We really liked the house; it has very nice details. The stay was very pleasant, and the people who checked us in were super friendly, attentive, and helpful. They really enhanced the experience and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance. Some lights didn't work, the pool water was green, we found the coffee maker and oven dirty, the mattresses are very old, the umbrella in the photos was broken, one of the refrigerators didn't work, and there were many broken chairs. And they charge you for everything: if you want to use the firewood, if you leave trash or dirty dishes (even though there is already a cleaning fee), and if you want more chairs because the ones they have are not enough for 16 people or are broken.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and we were delighted. The place is very large and even better than in the photos. Also, the service was very good, and the directions to get there were very clear. We would definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zare's house. From day one, communication was clear and responsible. The house is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which allowed us to rest peacefully, and at all times we felt safe. The house is huge! It has everything you need to make a roast meat/BBQ, and although it was not the main reason for our trip, the pool was the best with the intense heat of the Bajío. As it is a house in the countryside, it is normal to find insects such as ants or mosquitoes, but nothing that has bothered us — it is part of being in nature! The lady who greeted us with the keys and helped us at the end was super friendly. We'd definitely come back.

I have many places how home is and I can tell you with certainty that it is the best cared for and most equipped we have stayed in, super easy to get to, in a very nice and safe area, the house is huge the photos do not do it justice, Mrs. Marisol is a super plus and Luis and Zare the best hosts, we can't wait to return.

An excellent place to rest and relax, but also with lots of activities for fun. The decor details of the house are very beautiful. The answer was always immediate to any questions or needs we had, everyone was very kind. We had an incredible few days, definitely recommended

A house with all the facilities, the reception and service were first, very father to go with children as they had a great time. There are many sidewalks to ride a motorcycle if someone likes it. Shopping nearby. It's very quiet, perfect for resting on the weekend.

Better you can't!!! From the beginning Luis was attentive to us, without knowing it they left us a cake ( we were celebrating my birthday) and decorated the very Mexican house; Luis' mom welcomed us and showed empathy for my mom that a day before she had had a car accident, she offered to bring her medicine or whatever she needed.... tell me if that's not worthy to be thankful!.... every time we sent a message the answer was immediate, the house is beautiful with a very special energy, we felt like home!!..... we are hoping to be able to return..... Thank you for opening your home to us are the best!!!

Excellent reception. A nice touch with a beautiful and delicious walnut rosca, which was amazing, and a couple of bottles of wine. Also, the cordiality and helpfulness of the hosts was first-rate. Some beds are very firm. Those who have back problems have a choice, as there are firm beds, soft beds, and sofa beds.
