Pura Vida!

We absolutely loved our stay! Robin responds very quickly, and an on-site caretaker is also available for any questions or needs. The condo is very well equipped, safe, and the Internet works perfectly. The view is beautiful: we saw monkeys, iguanas and horses from the balcony, while enjoying the birdsong. The pool is superb, and it's convenient to have an on-site laundry room. The location is ideal: about a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the center of Sámara. A small, quieter beach is also accessible on foot or by bicycle. My two boys loved the place and would have gladly extended their stay and the pool! We would recommend this condo without hesitation!

Our stay at las palmerias upper end unit was a little slice of paradise in the north end of Samara. Great spot for the view and fresh upstairs breezes! We loved the walking distance to the less touristy part of the north end of the beach. More Quiet than some places in town and comfortable. Thankful for the opportunity to spend a month here! Pura vida!

Very nice, clean. The neighbors are very friendly, as are the security guards. Mr. Robin is a very good host, and it feels like a blessed space.

Friendly neighbors in the condo facility and a refreshing swimming pool. Easy walking distance for groceries, restaurants and of course Samara beach. Car rental available in downtown Samara for exploring the greater area.

Super cute. I thought 1 km was a lot less but that is totally my fault. We LOVED the pool. The he guys working there were great! Fun stay! Robyn was super responsive to everything!

Great place! The tranquility and comfort for our family (1 baby and 2 children 6-8 years old) plus three adults. It was really great. From the officer with his kindness to the coordinator and of course the owners. Really a great choice

Very beautiful and unfortunately too short stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including pool towels, which was really much appreciated and used! I highly recommend this listing!

Our two months stay at condo was relaxing, we had great views from both balconies, the beach and town are walkable, laundry facilities convenient, and Daniela the property manager was very helpful, when needed 😊 Thanks again Mark and Robin for letting us stay at your place in Samara.

We stayed in the Condo for over a month and the place was a great location. The condo is well equipped for a young family and has everything you need. The host and manager are great at dealing with any issues and they actively try to solve any problems or request promptly. The A/C and fans was perfect for the climate and the family had no problems sleeping in the condo. The swimming pool is perfect for both younger and older children and they can be supervised comfortably from the Rancho. The laundry facilities work well and are big enough to accommodate a family wash when needed. A shop on the corner for most ingredients and cold drinks. The surrounding neighbours are so kind and engaging with us and the children and we often shared breakfast or drinks outside with them. The people here really do make the stay safe and more enjoyable. The wildlife in the immediate area is incredible from monkeys and iguanas to horses and coati’s all while having a coffee on the balcony. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Mark and Robin’s. Great location, close to the beach and other amenities. The kids loved the pool and the laundry facilities on site were great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Samara.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay with our 2 young kids at las palmeras. The pool is key with little kids - ours practically lived in it. They spent lots of time watching the resident iguanas, horses and cows in the meadow, leaf cutter ants, geckos and monkeys. Neighbors and community also made the stay special. Short walk to lovely beach where you can snorkel on the right (clarity spotty in rainy season). Daniella the property manager was extremely responsive. In the unit itself, the stairs to 2nd floor bedroom are very steep as noted in other reviews. Also note that all units in this condo complex are generally small. We were ok with the absence of a living room but with older kids or more than 2 adults, it might be a challenge. If people are staying in the unit next door, you will hear them going up their internal stairs. Otherwise, it's a very quiet and relaxing place. Would definitely stay again!

the stay is very nice, close to the beach. view from the balcony is nice, with hammock and bouncer completely top. pool is fine and a cozy area with the tenants/owners of the complex.

The atmosphere is very nice, the apartment meets the needs for comfort. The condominium is very safe and the cleanliness is excellent. The host makes sure all was well. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.
