He also gave us recommendations about the pool that were very helpful. Me and my whole family had a great time.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pool temperature is good with the solar panels, but since it was a bit cloudy, we decided to request the use of the boiler (at an additional cost), and it was totally worth it because the water was at a perfect temperature. The service was very good at all times, and the manager was very friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, very nicely decorated, and super well equipped. The service was excellent and very friendly at all times. We had an incident with a light bulb at midnight, and they were super attentive and helped us right away. We also requested the use of the boiler (at a separate cost), which is well worth it if you want the water to be super warm and to be able to use it even at night. Even without the boiler, the water is at a very good temperature with just the solar heating. Also, our dogs were very happy because they could run around a lot in the garden. Overall, it was a very good experience and we definitely recommend the house.

We had a great stay. There were six friends staying here and there was plenty of space. It had rained a lot and the grounds were quite wet/muddy but outside of that, there were no issues. Lots of bedding, towels and kitchen supplies. Excellent communication in english throughout our stay.

The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped. I highlight the pool with solar panels that allows you to enjoy the water at a good temperature and the large garden, ideal for our two pets. The location is quiet and safe, with easy access to services. The host was attentive and responded quickly to our questions. Great option in Cuernavaca.

Diegos home was exactly as described. We booked very last minute and Diego was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cuernavaca. Luis, the house keeper, was also very helpful. He contacted his masseuse who stopped by to give some of us massages and acupuncture. Would definitely book again.

Everything is very good, clean, communication with everyone flowed in an agile and useful way. The house is very nice, modern. Maybe not very suitable for older adults, but in general everything is fine.

Excellent option for a weekend stay in Cuernavaca. The accommodation has very cozy spaces. Design, comfort, and tranquility are aspects that stand out at Diego's place. Luis's service was exceptional. The property is impeccably maintained, and his service was very pleasant for my family.

Undoubtedly we would return, the temperature of the pool very pleasant, great location, there are many useful places near the house, it met our expectations! We definitely highly recommend it. The house was beautiful and clean. Great layout and lots of space. Nice garden. The pool was wonderful. Do pay extra to have it heated, it is worth it. The lap pool is NOT heated, but people in our party still went in and loved it! Especially after a workout or when it was really hot. The kitchen does not have a stove, but who bakes on a vacation? The amenities were great. I loved having a washer and dryer handy for pool towels and bathing suits. All in all a wonderful retreat!

It was a good experience. The house was very clean and if it looked like the listing. Somewhat difficult access for seniors as there is not a lot of protections for access to the house. Lugar facile to find arriving from the highway, although it is in a small private that does not look good the first time we arrived. Diego and Luis are very attentive to anything.

The place was excellent

Diego's house is awesome! And I don't mean the facilities, you can tell that Luis, the caretaker is very fond of him and pay attention to every detail, from leaving water and jugs of water in the cooler for guests, towels, extra blankets and explaining in detail where everything was located. Although he is not all day or every day, all the time was communicative and open, the hosting is perfect for either few or many people! Especially super recommended if you have pets, our dog was happy running in the garden!

Amazing place, better than what you see in the photos! We had an amazing weekend. Diego was attentive the whole time along with Luis who solved absolutely everything for us, he even brought us sunscreen and charcoal. Believe me when I tell them they won't regret it! The house was a pleasant surprise from the start. With many extremely comfortable rooms and beds, it was ideal for our large group. The meeting places like the living room, TV room, and rooftop terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying together. The pool was also a great plus, especially to cool off during sunny days. But what really made our stay special was Luis. He was on the lookout for every detail, even when we had a bit of a problem with the water at night. Their ability to fix it quickly was awesome. Not only that, he also cooked for us a delicious barbecue that we will all remember for its flavor and affection. Her helpful and kind attitude made us feel exceptionally well cared for throughout the stay. The experience definitely left us wanting to be back. The house and Luis made our vacation easy and carefree.
