The house has its own personality. It's super spacious and comfortable, fresh and clean. The rooms are comfortable. My family had an amazing time. The hosts were always available and willing to provide support. The area is quiet and has its own parking lot. In short, it's a great choice as a 100% recommended place to stay. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent penthouse with a nice view and amenities. My daughter was happy with the playroom and the comfort. The kitchen is very beautiful and has everything you need for cooking. I definitely recommend it, and we plan to be back soon. Your host is very friendly, and he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Our stay at Jeremy's place was absolutely wonderful! He was quick to communicate and someone greeted us upon arrival with a quick tour. His place is clean, spacious and has 2 kitchens with plenty of refrigeration. The location is convenient to amazing restaurants, transportation and cafes. We enjoyed walking the area so much we hardly had to drive. Could not recommend highly enough, and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was fantastic, and the space itself was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring. The water pressure wasn’t the strongest, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a more centralized common area, as the layout felt a bit segmented and separate at times. That said, it was still a wonderful place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others visiting the area.

We enjoyed staying at Jeremy’s unique three-floor apartment in Condesa that is easily walkable to parks and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The rooms and common areas were clean when we arrived, and Jeremy was timely in his responses and accommodating throughout our stay by offering us thoughtful gifts and helpful suggestions. We would recommend his place for any groups who may be planning a visit to Mexico City.

Excellent Host Service

The accommodation is a very comfortable, clean place with wonderful night views. The building security is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

My biggest regret is that we didn’t stay longer… Not only is it a great place to stay but the hosts are great people. Although checkin could have been self checkin, we had a group arriving earlier and it was my mom who never used Airbnb before and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable (just seems like who they are rather than it being something special)… they went as far as getting her pastries for breakfast. A simple thing but it made it incredibly clear that we were dealing with genuinely kind people.

Beautiful house with plenty of character. Perfect for our girl's weekend - 4 separate suites. What a luxury for each of us to have our own bedroom/bathroom! We loved the roofdeck and perfect location to explore Condesa and nearby Roma Norte.

We stayed two days at this beautiful loft and we loved it, this place is awesome it has a beautiful view. There’s a small coffee shop and a restaurant in front of the building that we highly recommend, stores near as well, very very convenient. Jeremy is awesome, so kind, friendly, responsive and always helpful. We’re fascinated with this place. :)

Great spot for our group. Clean, perfect location, and had everything we needed including comfortable beds. A few things happened that were out of Jeremy’s control, but he was extremely communicative and quick to resolve them. We loved hanging out on the rooftop.

Jeremy’s place was amazing! A great view of the city! Space was big and just as described. There is an event hall next door and one night there was a party, but the space is pretty quiet in general. The amenities were great! Jeremy was very attentive with any questions or concerns! Super accommodating! The space is about 10 mins from my favorite area in the city, Coyoacan. I would definitely return!

amazing place that shows better in person , great value

The house was perfect for our family, which included a set of older adults and young kids. Rooms were spacious and all had en suite bathrooms. The second floor bedroom is the same layout as one on the third floor, which meant no arguing between the kids about who got the better room. Location is fantastic, it's accessible to everything in Condesa including Parque México and Parque España plus all the cafés and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and on Fridays there's a street market set up on the other side of the street. Jeremy was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s home! Their team was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our group that arrived a little before check in. The house is well decorated with private spaces for everyone. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the roof each day. Would recommend as the location couldn’t be better.

Amazing duplex apartment with great design and huge screens, very close to Coyoacán and other attractions in the south of the city. Ideal for a large family or a group. Jeremy was super attentive and helpful; he helped us a lot and quickly fixed a door that got stuck shut. We highly recommend it.

Loved out stay here! It was a beautiful apartment and Jeremy was very responsive with any questions I had.

We stayed here with a group of friends ( 8 of us in total) & had a great time in this house. The bedrooms are all spacious / have a bathroom which was really lovely considering we had so many people. The rooftop was the highlight of our stay for sure! A great place to drink a coffee in the am and perfect for a mid day hangout before dinner out. There are a lot of stairs, which we were perfectly fine with, but should be taken into account for someone who may have mobility issues. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. All bedrooms do share a window with the Main Street outside, so you can hear traffic - as well on Fridays there is a street market that sets up early. We were up early happily everyday, but for those who may sleep in just keep in mind. Hot water in the showers / sinks took a long time to get hot, but eventually was ok. The house was beautiful & our host Jeremy was so lovely/super responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place for sure!

Everything was excellent. Communication with Jeremy is impeccable. The depa is super comfortable. For us, it was more than enough, because there were only 4 of us, but it's a great apartment with a great host. We will definitely be back for future dates.

We were staying in a group of 6 people and everything was great! We loved this place and found the location great to get anywhere! Jeremy is super responsive and when there weren’t enough keys, he organized for us to get more immediately to solve the issue! We were also allowed to drop our bags earlier which was really convenient. The only thing that Jeremy and the team should look into is the hot water situation. We sometimes didn’t have hot water for all of us. As this happened during our last day, we did not text Jeremy to let him know that it wasn’t working. Other than that the house is really lovely and great for a group of people, we would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, great pool area

We had a fantastic stay at Jeremy's Airbnb in Condesa. It is an absolutely beautiful house with lots of space and an incredible rooftop. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with one of the locks and Jeremy sent someone out right away to come fix it. The apartment is also in the perfect area and on not too loud of a street. Would absolutely stay here again!

This Mexico City home is the real deal. Beautiful space, an exceptional neighborhood, and a rooftop that’s pure magic. We didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be back.

Overall, my stay was fine. We were a large group, and we all had our own room and full bathroom. Only one room had some issues with the bathroom, but our host was very attentive and always available. The entire house lacks maintenance; the furniture is already worn out, the dishes could use a little more cleaning, and some of the paintings are odd… If they fix all that, the place would be 10/10, as it has a lot of potential.

We loved our stay at Jeremy's place! It was comfortable, clean, and Jeremy was very responsive and accommodating. The view from the apartment was stunning, and the location was close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions (walking distance to Frida Kahlo museum, market, etc.) Apartment was next to an event space so we did hear some music a little late into the evening one night during our stay, but the apt itself was amazing! Security downstairs was friendly as well.

it was my sisters bachelor party and this was the perfect house for our group. I like that the rooms had different levels and also a beautiful communal living room. We also really enjoyed the rooftop. Such a great location and the home itself was clean and beautiful. Jeremy was super easy to communicate with! would def stay again!

Staying in the heart of Condesa at Joya Iconica was the best way to experience Mexico City! The house is walkable to so many restaurants and parks, and close to museums. The house is set up perfectly for friends or a family traveling together! There is enough space for togetherness and enough space for alone time! I can’t say enough about the rooftop! Perfect for coffee or cocktails. Jeremy and his team were great to work with!!

Fascinating Villa Octavia in the heart of Merida: it is spectacular, especially for large families, the details and exquisite decoration, impeccable facilities and an excellent location to walk through the center of Merida. The rooms have different themes, each with its own small private pool. The main pool is huge and beautiful. And also spectacular for family and couple photo sessions. It's great to find places like this villa, which are a real gem of accommodation. Thank you for having us and sharing this little paradise.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hippodromo—one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in CDMX. Jeremy was super communicative and so helpful all throughout our stay and the house is perfectly located, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your trip. There are so many amazing bars and restaurants within a short walk, and an easy distance to galleries, museums, et al. Jeremy’s home in a gem in Mexico City and we already cannot wait to return!

Our group of seven had a wonderful stay at Jeremy's place! The airbnb is as beautiful as the photos, and each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of privacy. We also loved the large dining room and rooftop for gathering as a group. In terms of location, it can't be beat. We were centrally located in a walkable area in Condesa, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Jeremy and his team were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Jeremy’s home in Condesa, Joya Icónica, is a charming art deco gem. Three of us spent seven days enjoying the en suite bedrooms, the large roof deck, and the great location, close to tree-lined Amsterdam Avenue and Parques España and México. The thoughtful, personable communication with Jeremy - before, during and after our stay - was tantamount to making our stay comfortable and secure. The individuals Jeremy has entrusted to care for the house (we added and paid for daily cleaning and “refreshening”) were also extremely conscientious, thorough, polite and respectful. Overall, a great place to share among friends and enjoy Mexico City!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! Finding a place that comfortably fits a group of 7 can be tough, but this home was spacious and offered some of the best views in the city. The location is unbeatable, we loved being able to walk to the Frida Kahlo Museum and explore the local neighborhood. A huge thank you to our Jeremy, who was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. 5 stars all around!

We really liked Jeremy's apartment. We spent New Year there with my parents and my children and we were very happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, very nice and looked just like the photos. My kids used the first floor game room a lot, and we also really enjoyed the huge TV in the living room :). Communication with Jeremy was always good and fast. In addition, he was always very willing to help us with anything. We highly recommend staying in his apartment.

Great stay in Condesa! Definitely recommend to others

We loved staying in this villa. Old world Merida architecture (beautiful tile throughout, huge wooden doors and iron windows) but still very functional, including the furniture and appliances. Eclectic decor and artwork. The villa was clean and we were greeted by a fresh flower arrangement and grocery-stocked kitchen. Host also arranged a chef and assistant who prepared a lovely formal New Years dinner on site for our group of 9 and also arranged mid-week laundry service pick up and drop off. Plenty of common space for our large group to still have privacy and also enjoy group activities. Host was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to my questions. Location a quick 15-20 minute walk to Centro and Paseo de Montejo. Would love to return at some point.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is lovely. It was very clean with all the amenities we needed and lots of privacy. The neighborhood is great, with tons of coffee shops and restaurants very nearby. Jeremy is the best host I've encountered on Airbnb. He recommended a great guide for Teotihuacan, suggested restaurants for Christmas Day, and responded immediately to all my questions. There was an electrical issue one day that he went to great lengths to resolve immediately (and he left us a gift basket as an apology!). Highly recommend!

This airbnb was beautiful and perfect for our group of 8! Everyone essentially had their own floor or suite for privacy, but could gather in the common areas like the dining room, rooftop, and patio. I loved the different styles of each room, and the additional kitchen in the first suite was a lifesaver. The location of the airbnb is also in the convenient and gorgeous Condesa. Jeremy was extremely kind and helpful when it came to questions we had during our stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, but Jeremy's place takes the cake. We were staying at his Airbnb for our wedding in Mexico City, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and accommodating space. I am a clean freak, and his place was spotless. As well, it is aesthetically beautiful. We took so many gorgeous wedding photos throughout the space and in the outdoor areas (we LOVED the rooftop and the courtyard). very comfortable, beautiful property

We had the whole house for a family vacation consisting of me & my partner, my brother, and my parents (in their 70s). The 3 floors made it perfect for everyone having some privacy, everything was spotless, and the host was proactive and communicative. I think the only thing to be aware of is the common spaces are a lot smaller and more spread out than they appear to be in the photos- the common area on the first floor is only big enough for a couple people to sit, and while the dining table on the second floor can fit at least 8, the kitchen is super tiny, and there is no common space on the third floor (which we already knew). The roof top is beautiful but my parents felt a little uneasy on the stair case to the roof, which consists of metal slatted stairs with gaps that are further apart than something you’d encounter in the states. However my partner, brother and myself found the place great and perfect for what we needed.
