Everything was perfect

A house with an amazing view of the trees, very comfortable for family living, many places to be. The pool and hot tub are ideal and they heat them to the temperature you want. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Without a doubt, the staff and house staff are the most spectacular thing about the house. Luis and his family always made us feel at home, super friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent it again.

This is an amazing house in amazing surroundings. Very private (you feel like you live in the woods), yet very close to town center. Bedrooms are large and all include large walk-in closets with individual bathrooms. The pool was very nice at +31'C and the hot tub at +39.5'C. We also very much enjoyed the tennis court. The house is fully serviced and comes with a keeper, cook and an assistant (who serves the table, cleans the rooms, etc) - all did an amazing job overall. You need to bring the cooking ingredients with you (including salt, pepper, etc.) or send them a purchase list ahead of time (at least a day). Depending on your needs, there are cheaper grocery stores or Fresko - a rather posh and very well stocked supermarket in town center, which also has an amazing wine selection. The cook can prepare food either from the menu or whatever you ask them. Everything was very tasty. Whatever food/ingredients are left at the end - will be packed for you to take home. Highly recommended

The house is nice. In the middle of the trees that give it a touch of great tranquility, the ideal pool temperature. The attention from the staff, Luis and his family was very attentive, always attentive and friendly.

Awesome place with outstanding service!

Definitely the best stay I've had in Valle de Bravo (Avandaro), the house is very large and tasteful, but the best thing is the service that Luis and his family provided us at all times, it made my guests feel really like "guests at my house". The food is simply delicious! It's worth every peso of the price!!

Excellent stay and service! We really appreciated Luis and family taking care of us with amazing home cooked food. Outdoor space is a place you don’t want to leave. We had a great family vacation staying in the villa the entire time. Well worth the price especially if you are sharing with other friends and family. Thank you for everything!

Casa Ficus was amazing! With a huge garden, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi and the tennis court. But for us the top was the fantastic service! Luis and his team were the best! They made our stay perfect and took all the work out of our hands. Cooking, cleaning, doing groceries, bringing drinks to the pool, cleaning the car and even play with our baby. They were the best! And also Patricia the owner was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend to stay at Casa Ficus!

Casa Ficus is perfect in nearly every way. The house staff is wonderful, Luis is seriously incredible (and we’ve been to a bunch of places like this) - he not only had all of our meals and drinks by the pool done perfectly, he also washed our car proactively since it had gotten quite dusty visiting the butterfly’s, he blew up and deflated at the end a bunch of pool toys we brought for the kids, and every time we played tennis he brought a little table set with waters and towels. It was wonderful. The house and grounds are lovely. The rooms are quite comfortable (only minor issues we had were some trouble with hot water in the master, and the pillows were a bit overstuffed), the bathrooms are all huge with tons of closet space, and there’s just lots of space in all the rooms to comfortable sleep lots of family members or friends. The outdoor space was really where the place shines - the pool and hot tub were perfect, great temp and nice layout, there’s a nice trampolines flush with the ground that you don’t see in photos, the fire pit and s’more setup is awesome, we had them every night, and the tennis court is wonderful. We played everyday, and couldn’t have asked for a nicer setup. And, final thing - Patricia was a great host. She was super responsive, accommodating, and sent good recs before our arrival. Would love to stay at any other places she has, as she clearly cares deeply about making things nice and seamless for guests. Thanks!
