awesome town house, with stunning views from multiple levels. gorgeous modern design, expansive volumes with double height ceiling, beautiful natural light, tastefully furnished - and very functional. a pleasant walk down to Zona Romentica and a quick taxi ride back. private chef experience, a must. and excellent hosts - welcoming, friendly and very responsive. one of the nicest airbnb overall experiences we’ve ever had, highly recommend!

Good communication with the hosts.

The hosts of this property allowed me to do a last minute booking after another host canceled my reservation last minute. I was so glad the first host canceled me after seeing this property in person. It is an exceptional property on a hill with outstanding views. Close to everything, I never waited more than a few short minutes for an uber. The property is very clean, very large, and decorated beautifully. The hosts were extremely responsive and made many suggestions throughout the trip. Don’t hesitate to book here. I’ll definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay and made such special memories here. I came with friends to celebrate my birthday, and we truly had an amazing time. Yassi, Fer, and Paola were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. There were a few minor issues, but they were quick to respond and did everything they could to help, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. I’d happily stay here again.

Spectacular place. We've stayed at many Airbnbs, but this one is different; it's like having your own mini-hotel. You have lots of amazing spaces with very attractive art, and the heated pool is a plus for those who don't like cold water, like my family. Also, the people who manage it are friendly and attentive.

I travel allot on of my favourite places . it’s peaceful up the mountains beautiful view great concept and beautiful decor ! we had a blast you could have seen all from the top located in a great area walking distance from all . and the most important privacy we loved it .

Very comfortable, everything is very clean.

Highly recommend Yassi's proeprty in zona romantic in Puerto Vallarta. We enjoyed waling down the hill to town for the restaurants and shops and it was quick and inexpensive to take a taxi or an uber back up. The location on the hill was great for stunning views of the town and the bay. The private pool was heated to a comfortable level and was a great place to relax in the late afternoon. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Yassi’s townhouse in Puerto Vallarta. The unit was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and comfortably fit our group of six adults. The ocean view was incredible. We were lucky enough to watch whales in the bay from the living area, which was a real highlight and occurred multiple times during our stay. The private rooftop pool was a great place to relax and the kitchen was a great size to hire private chefs and host our friends for a small celebration. Yassi was ultra responsive, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to meet. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. We’d happily stay at this property again and would gladly book any of Yassi’s places in the future.

Incredible place to splurge for a special occasion. Came to celebrate my 35th birthday with a few close friends and we were super impressed by the space, especially the views and the amenities (including the private rooftop terrace & pool). Definitely matches the pictures and felt like a luxury. Yassi and team were able to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out, which I recognize may not always be possible but made a huge difference for our stay.

We so enjoyed our stay. The home is exactly as the photos show and the description states. The home has beautiful art throughout, is light and bright, has a fabulously well stocked kitchen - even a milk steamer which I loved, and has incredible views and outdoor spaces. It is definitely on a hill so not as walkable as we had hoped but the Uber’s are literally five minutes away so never had any issues getting into town. Yass and Fer helped us with transportation from the airport, stocked up the kitchen with groceries and coordinated a chef’s dinner which was wonderful! Came to PV with our two sons and their girlfriends and everybody had privacy, their own bathrooms, yet plenty of communal areas. Would highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

This place is the absolute perfect spot. Easy ride to town and beach. Quickly made it back every evening to watch the sunset on the ocean. Very comfortable home with lots of space to escape and be alone. Yass stocked the fridge with groceries of our choosing upon arrival and even recommended local chefs to make us delicious dinners at home. We will book next year

Great experience from booking through our stay. The home was beautiful and the location was close enough to everything without the noise of Zona Romantica - Ubers were always within 5 minutes. Individual AC units made all guests comfortable and the home is perfect for 3 couples or a friend group with bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels. Yass and Fer were amazing and very helpful when anything came up. A couple of notes - be sure to check in with the front desk before going to the home. We didn’t know this was required and no one was there when we arrived so security was confused when they saw us later in the day. We also hired a chef for a night and security would not allow the chef to park in the designated parking for the home - they were required to park on the road a little further down and carry all food and items up the small hill and to the home. Thanks Yass and Fer for the great place to stay!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful place. Only a little issue with AC unit in master bedroom a couple times. Otherwise, perfect weekend spot!

This house is immaculate. Separate from the hotel, has multiple stories, elevator, and everything was spotless! What a beautiful sunset every night with the glass windows. Rooftop pool great benefit on the top floor. Thank you for everything. We will be back soon!

This place is outstanding. Hands down. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and were blown away. The place is BEAUTIFUL, so clean, private, and safe. Yass and Fer were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. What a treat. The Airbnb is elevated on a cliff that is not that easy to walk to (which is why it is one of the most beautiful places you can stay…), but please DO NOT be deterred by the elevation or walk because taxis/Ubers to town are $2-3 USD max and are so easy and comfortable, and they come within 6-10 min. The decor, the thoughtfulness, and the beauty of this place are unmatched. You will fully enjoy your stay here, my husband and I could not recommend it any more highly.

This rental is GORGEOUS, literally the photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better and bigger in person. Yass was amazing, super responsive throughout the entire trip and extremely accommodating. The airbnb was spotless, clean and so welcoming. Each bedroom has a bathroom in room and there’s also a separate guest bathroom on the main floor (2nd floor, living room floor with gorgeous balcony views.) Also another gorgeous view on 4th floor/roof where the private pool and additional seating area/bbq grill is located. We had a chef come cook for us one night that we booked on airbnb and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed. We were served on the 2nd floor balcony at the outdoor table that has ample seating space. We were about a 13-16 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, grocery stores etc., we all felt very safe and welcomed walking through the town. Check in was a breeze and there is a private elevator to get all bags up. AMAZING TIME! 20/10 recommend!

The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with good amenities. The location was excellent; just a short walk to the beach, shops, and the vibrant Zona Romántica. After nights out, we’d take quick and affordable $6 Ubers back to the Airbnb, which made everything super convenient. Yass and Fer, our hosts, were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We especially appreciated the private elevator and spacious layout across four levels—it truly felt like a luxury resort. This home is a gem in Puerto Vallarta and I would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a smooth, relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything is excellent with this house!

This was our first time traveling with our little baby. We reached out to Yass about a portable crib or pack and play. We were going to pay for one ourselves, but Yass proactively offered to pay as well and get a new pack and play for our stay. He also arranged to have a high chair set up for our arrival. These types of details made our stay so comfortable and we felt welcomed. These types place is gorgeous with beautiful views. The place is super roomy with a bedroom on each floor. This made our stay with my mom and step dad super enjoyable too. We all had our personal space. One thing that impressed all of us is the beautiful details that make up the entire space, from art work, to furniture, to accents, everything is done with such attention to details and quality. We loved our stay. One thing to call out is that it’s not walking friendly to town if that’s your plan. The walk is doable (only 10 minutes or so), but the incline is steep. The good news is that Uber is great and cheap

This place is beyond amazing. Probably the only place i have ever stayed at that is better than the pictures. The place is gorgeous, super spacious, and located on top of a beautiful hill. We watched the sunset every night, you can see the ocean. It’s breathtaking. The hosts were amazing. Super quick to respond. This place definitely made our vacation unforgettable. We requested early check in & late check out, and the host happily accommodated.

We had a great time! Hosts were great communicators and even booked our taxis to and from the airport. They also went grocery shopping for us so our fridge was stocked when we arrived!

Yass's Airbnb was an amazing stay! It's not really walkable but it was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The pool had an amazing view and Yass was always communicating with us. I recommend it! (Tip: Airbnb is for 6 people and one kid - not 7 adults :) )

What an amazing place! I was delighted to stay at this property and have found it to be one of the best Airbnb’s in PV. The house itself is pure luxury. From the chef’s kitchen to the roof pool, internal elevator, automated shades, and all of the thoughtful comforts are thoroughly considered. The space itself is full of unique and interesting art pieces that the owner has curated, separating this from the wealth of ‘empty box’ options. This place is designed to delight. As for management, Yass was charming and considerately helpful in many ways. He recommended a great chef (shout out to Regina) and he even went out of his way to be accommodating while I was dealing with a lost wallet. He truly cared that we were taken care of and he was extremely responsive. If there was a negative, it was noise from other units in the building, but the posted quiet hours were always respected, making any inconvenience temporary. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

100 STARS! Yass and team accommodated my group in more ways than one. By far one of the most sincere hosts I’ve ever dealt with. He leaves no stone unturned. Stay was perfect, he checked in on us just enough to let us know he’s still there for anything. Elevator was helpful in so many ways. Good pick up spot for Ubers they come right to the driveway. The rooftop is a dream and each bedroom has enough space to lay your suitcase out. The outside dining table is such a comforting space to have a meal. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope to be able to come back to this BEAUTY.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—hands down. I’ve visited Puerto Vallarta a few times and stayed at top-rated hotels like Hotel Mousai, but this home takes the experience to another level. Every detail is thoughtful, stylish, and perfectly executed. If you’re someone who appreciates good design, this place will blow you away. The beds were incredibly comfortable (I need to find out what mattress that was), and the entire space felt like a retreat—elevated but welcoming. It’s tucked up on the hill, which means you get stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being just minutes from everything in town. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, kind, and truly care about their guests’ experience. I only wish I had booked a longer stay, but I’m already planning to come back next winter for an extended trip. This is easily the nicest place I’ve stayed not just in Puerto Vallarta, but in any Airbnb I’ve booked to date. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was our third time to Puerto Vallarta and we could not be happier with our stay. The townhouse was beautiful and had all of the conveniences we needed while we were there. We spent our days between the community pool and our rooftop pool, with plenty of space for all of us to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location has amazing views of the ocean and the city, and is a short walk away from restaurants and shops, including a local grocery store that had any items we needed. We were able to easily walk to breakfast and dinner each day, with lunches at the townhouse. Ubers are plentiful and we had no problem grabbing one when we didn’t feel like walking back up the hill. The hosts were super helpful and responsive to any and all questions that came up. I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Absolute luxury! Photos don't do the view and the layout justice. Every amenity you could need. Well outfitted kitchen. Linen sheets. Comfy beds. Private elevator to all floors. Heated private pool. Remote operated blinds. Soaps and creams in bathrooms. Plenty of linens. Perfectly clean. Secure parking. Security desk. Incredible decks and views (saw some whales jumping!). Quiet neighbourhood. We only wished we booked a longer stay so could spend more time in the townhouse! Thank you again so much for a wonderful stay...we'll be back!

Yass's place is gorgeous. It has stunning views, plenty of space and is filled with beautiful art. The pool was the highlight! We spent every afternoon in the pool before heading down to Puerto to enjoy food and the beach! As a mom, I don't know that I would bring kids. Even though there is ample space, there are beautiful pieces of art and sculptures out, making it something I would worry about the entire time. But the place was perfect for adults. We had 4 of us. There was room for at least 2 more. We never went into the office. That may sleep one more!

Yass was extremely communicative and responsive. He was helpful in finding us transport to and from the airport and helped us navigate all questions quickly and professionally. Cannot say enough how perfect this location was for our group of 6. The property was ideal, allowing 6 adults to comfortably sleep in their own quarters with privacy. Incredible layout that allowed for lounging, conversing, and hanging out comfortably. Love the private rooftop pool and deck area, which made hosting a private chef for brunch ideal. The private elevator made movement between floors easy. Would 100% come back to this property for future trips to PV.

The townhouse was great! The space was gorgeous - the roof deck and pool were perfect. The house was super spacious, and the location is walkable to the bars / restaurants in Zona Romantica, or really easy to catch an uber if going farther. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Before I get into the space, I just want to talk about the AMAZING host Yass. His communication was amazing . He is literally only a text away. He was available almost immediately whenever we encountered any situation. Extremely nice and friendly. He arranged our transportation from the airport to the house. Offered solutions at an hour of the day/night. He also brought me a cake for my birthday out of the kindness of his heart. Truly a blessing to be hosted by him!! If he is attached to any other listing I’m definitely booking!!! Now to get to the house! This house 100% matches the description and photos. This home is definitely a content creator dream! The area is private yet so close to everything. Ubers were always 1-5 minutes away so that was perfect when we didn’t want to walk. Less than 8 minutes away from the beach! The workers were very nice and friendly as well. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about the home. Very Luxury and beautiful! Will definitely book again!

We had the opportunity to bring in a massage therapist for in-home massages, and there was plenty of space for the setup. We also hired a private chef for a special dinner, and the kitchen and dining areas easily accommodated the experience. The layout of the home made everything feel so effortless and luxurious.
