We had a wonderful stay at Marvida Penthouse. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great for enjoying San Carlos very close to restaurants, supermarkets and the Marina itself. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
This place was amazing and great location, you just walk downstairs and your at the marina. Beautiful sunsets, plan to return.
This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. You have many places and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easily accessible, the view is beautiful, and the apartment is very large. I totally recommend it.

A place to enjoy, beautiful views, impeccable service from the host, who was always in communication during the stay. The view is the best thing we found about the place. There is a lot of security at night. Everything was very clean, it was a really pleasant stay, I'll be back soon.
I would have liked you to tell me that on the other side of the bedroom wall there is a bar and on the weekend there is very loud music until midnight. I told you that I was traveling with 3 children. We found live bugs in the kitchen. So it was impossible to use it. Of course, the view from the balcony is beautiful.

We were very satisfied, very nice view, good area and comfortable atmosphere.
The place is great, beautiful area I would recommend it. In my case I traveled with a baby and a 5 year old and one of them had trouble sleeping due to the music on the bar right next to the penthouse. I think if you are in the mood for that that’s okay it’s good ambience. The location is great from being just in front of the marine and the view is amazing, so I would recommend
Marvida Penthouse was amazing. The directions finding it were a bit confusing. For anyone reading this the entrance to the door that leads to the front door is to the left of the sushi restaurant! We circled for at least 20min trying to find it. The apartment and the view of the marina are gorgeous, we especially loved that the adjoining apartment which allowed for both of our groups to have their own space. Ramon was very responsive and nice. Will definitely be back for next year’s Eterno Music Festival!
The best location in San Carlos! It's the perfect place, you have everything nearby, the place is super comfortable and the service is not even said! We would definitely go back

We had a wonderful stay at Ernesto’s condo!! It’s a beautiful property right in the middle of the action in San Carlos!! Sitting on the balcony sipping wine and watching the endless parade of boats and people was perfectly relaxing and entertaining!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Loved the area and the apartment itself. It was very busy and noisy since it was the weekend but I didn’t mind. Had lots of restaurants surrounding us. Everything was great but we were charged 100 pesos to use the pool. We were under the impression that we could use it as part of the house. We had to purchase a bracelet to access the pool. We did only pay once and used it 3 days.
We enjoyed our stay. It was a great view of the marina and proximity to our boat and restaurants was excellent. The condo is very spacious and had all we needed. At no fault to the host, the condo is above a couple of restaurants that play loud music at night on F, Sat, and Sunday. But we knew that could happen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thank you.
100% recommended 🌟😃 The Penthouse is located right in the marina like San Carlos, as described in the listing, the place is quite spacious, clean, it has everything you need for a home needs. The balcony and terrace surround the place and you can appreciate the sunrise and sunset overlooking the iconic Tetakawi hill. It has a door to divide the Penthouse into two with separate entrances, washing machines, drying, refrigerators and separate kitchens also in both areas. The parking lot is particular and private and you can well see you have at the view. The rooms and everything is very clean; wi-fi account and televisions for entertainment too. We had a family reunion and were very quiet and at ease at the place. The owner and the Penthouse manager were aware and in touch, always responsive, attentive and very friendly. We all were delighted with the place and wish to return soon. Thank you Ernesto and greetings, that you are very well. ✨
The place and location are very good. The only downside is that below the place there is a club with very loud music until late at night.

Very nice unit in an ideal location! Had an issue with one of the AC units, but Ernesto got it repaired within an hour. Many amenities and so much space in the unit!

The Penthouse condo was large and spacious with great views . The down side it was located above a bar which blasted out music till 12 am so if you need to get an early night not the best place to stay.

Beautiful place, with an awesome scenic view of the boat docking area. Easy to walk to the nearby stores, restaurants, and bars. Area can be a bit loud and busy as it’s right above a night club/ bar. Lots of rooms, living spaces, and bathrooms, so definitely a good place for larger groups.

Ernesto’s place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big pharmacy which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Great location with amazing views of the marina and yachts, if you like music theres plenty of that on the weekends. The penthouse was real nice with plenty of space.

Excellent service from the reservation, arrival, and delivery of the condo. The location is very good, it has a great view of the marina and the condominium is very comfortable, it was very clean and very spacious, an excellent stay for both families and groups of friends, I recommend it 100%.

Beautiful penthouse perfectly located. We really enjoyed the large balcony watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We also took our paddle boards and enjoyed paddling to the beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place.
