Our stay was very pleasant. We were well taken care of from the beginning. From booking to handing over the place at the end of our stay. The place met 100% of our expectations, and we enjoyed it in the best way possible. If I were to be near the area again and needed to rent it, I would do it without thinking.

Acceptable stay; we would have liked more privacy. It doesn't have air conditioning, not even in some areas of the house, such as the kitchen. We loved the warm temperature of the pool and the fact that the house was pet-friendly. The host was always attentive and gave us recommendations for places to visit, and he was also empathetic about our setbacks. The house is comfortable, as are the bedrooms. We found the garden to be lacking in space; it is smaller than what you see in the photos. I recommend bringing towels and toiletries, as they do not provide enough.

I am very sorry that the garden did not meet your expectations. Perhaps it seemed small to you because one of your 3 pets is one of the largest dog breeds in existence. I assure you that the photos in the listing have not been altered in any way. If you felt that you were being watched, from the moment you arrived, I informed you about the surveillance camera that is present, which is also mentioned in our listing. At no point did we pressure you to leave, As we agreed, and in consideration of the issue with your vehicles not being able to circulate, we allowed you to leave at 8:00 p.m., 3 hours later than our specified check-out time. We arrived 5 minutes before the agreed-upon time, and yet you left half an hour later. I am very sorry if you felt pressured by this. As for the amenities available in the house, they are those specified in the listing. I apologize for any misunderstandings.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos, very good. However, I believe that some courtesy amenities are missing, as this is not a budget stay. The bathrooms only have a hand towel and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom; there is no complimentary shampoo or shower soap. In the kitchen, there is not a single complimentary condiment, not even salt. For the trash, there is only a small bin. There were 13 of us; we would appreciate an extra-large trash bin. I hope you can improve on these points; everything else was excellent.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced due to the items you mention that, in your opinion, are missing from the house. The concept of a vacation rental is different from that of a hotel, as in a hotel, these amenities are provided as a requirement; in a vacation rental, which offers HOME-STYLE ACCOMMODATIONS, the idea is that guests feel at home, bringing their own personal items for daily use and the necessary supplies to prepare their own meals. In our defense, the wording of our house's listing specifies the amenities we offer. If we don't provide food supplies, it's because each family has different habits. Furthermore, since the pandemic, we haven't provided supplies, as guests, not being familiar with the health controls they experienced, feel distrustful. We've observed this with our guests; if there's something in the kitchen, for example, salt, they don't use it because they don't trust it. I apologize again, but for future occasions, I recommend reading all the information about the houses to avoid unnecessary disappointments.

It's a great place to spend the weekend with the family, the spaces allow you to share moments together and at the same time spaces to enjoy individually. The garden and pool with water at a very pleasant temperature that is very enjoyable. Highly recommended. The service was excellent.

Excellent option. We were very satisfied. If I could say one thing, it would be that the bedrooms should have either a ceiling fan or a mobile air conditioner. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The pool was great all day. Thank you. I hope to return very soon

The house is beautiful and impeccable, you can see the care in each space. Everything felt and looked super clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms, which were fresh and well cared for. The perfectly air-conditioned pool was ideal for relaxing. Really it was a perfect stay to enjoy as a family. Definitely a beautiful place I would recommend to anyone.

The nice and big house, the pool was a little warm the day we arrived , the following days cold . In the room where we stayed they left bed bugs on the beds , the lady was communicated and the next day they went to fumigate , but they left again that night. I think for the price there are better options

Recommended for traveling with family, but family without young people or children as you can't make a lot of noise from the audio meter, it was almost important to keep children and young people quiet without listening to their music or dancing. They sent us messages that we lower the volume of our music and the most curious thing was that on September 15th you could hear another house next door with the music quite loud My family is quiet but if it is a lot of listening to music to sing and dance so they were uncomfortable in that aspect

The house is very comfortable and clean, the images and description match. The host's service was impeccable. The pool is a pleasant temperature and the garden is in good condition. What I didn't like so much was that the host lives in the annex of the house and although she respected our privacy at all times, it was uncomfortable that she was there. I liked that for an extra cost I could bring my dogs.

The house met expectations. Just like the photos. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which shows when they take care of it. I really liked that the host always responded to me and I help me find solutions to our needs. He gave us home service recommendations to make our stay more comfortable. The only small detail I didn't like was that the rules are very strict when they are quiet after 10 pm, we really only spent time with the family listening to music in the garden ending at 11:30pm and with nothing outside of a quiet family coexistence and they caught our eye along with the risk of paying a warning, when in the house next door there was a party that ended at 9 am with very loud music and people singing. I found the wake-up call a bit of an exaggeration because we were going to have a nice time with your family. It is a good opc but for people who are only resting.

The accommodation is quite spacious and very clean, both the garden and the pool are in extraordinary condition, so they are the parts of the house that we enjoyed the most, the pool water was always at a fairly pleasant temperature and the swing under the tree gives a bonus to the space. On the other hand, the interior of the accommodation is in good condition, probably some renovation to both the kitchen and the rooms would improve the experience. In general, it is an extraordinary option to enjoy a weekend with family or friends. The contact with the host was immediate and she was always attentive if any inconvenience arose.

The house is very nice, as in the photos, the location is ideal, everything is close, the large and spacious rooms, we had a theme with a blind and although they tried to fix it, it was not left in our stay but they were attentive since the notification and the follow-up was ideal... I agree with the comments that the kitchen utensils are very worn but the garden and the pool, in general the patio is the most beautiful part of the house!

Hello.. The house was according to those mentioned in the amazing pool publication... Temperature and cleanliness... There is only a small detail... If they go in terms of vacations and going out to buy food or go out to eat have no issues... In our case it would only take a renovation in the Utencilios kitchen as we if we cook most days and the Utencilios and crockery are a little worn that is the only detail for our trip.

The stay was very comfortable, the photographs are 100% truthful, the communication and attention is unparalleled, from when I asked for reports until I gave the house all the communication was very assertive. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to prepare food, plates, glasses, blender, microwave oven, water bottle. All rooms have full bathroom, their hot water tooth if all get into a bath at the same time. The sunbeds, chairs and tables in the garden are sufficient and in good condition. Garage on the property for two vehicles, good lighting at night. Tip: bring mosquito repellent. We'll definitely be back soon !

The house is very nice, it is exactly as shown in the photos. The solar heating system helped us a lot, as it kept the pool temperature very pleasant. We needed a frying pan but we were able to replace it with other utensils, outside of that everything was great. Super recommended.

House is just like the photos, very good stay and excellent hosts! Highly recommended. We booked the house to spend New Year and everything was true to what the posting indicated. The photos of the house are just like the house. The hosts were very good and responded very quickly to our questions. The kitchen is spacious and we were able to cook without a problem (very helpful that the house has an oven). Consider two things if you decide to book: 1) The pool is heated with solar cells. We were there in December, with temperatures of 26 to 28 C, and the pool was a bit cold during the day. The children were able to use it without any problems, especially since they were active in the pool, but the adults mostly did not use it. 2) As indicated in the posting (as of the date of this review), it does not include "essentials" (e.g. bring towels, shampoo, etc.). Includes sheets, quilts, extra blankets, etc. for the beds (all very clean). I recommend asking the host what's included so they can bring what's missing. Great stay!

It was a great stay, having everything on the page and more. The house is very nice, as you can see in the photos. The service with Guille was excellent and he was always attentive to all the questions we had. So the cleanliness, quality, service, and location allowed us to have an unforgettable weekend.
