We had an amazing time at Cedric’s house. It is perfectly located with all amenities at walking distance. The house is spacious and well equipped. The host was very communicative and helpful in everything we needed. We highly recommend it for families with children as ours love the house and the swimming pool

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 7 ladies, and overall had a really great experience. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in early so we could decorate the house with balloons and set everything up for our bride before the rest of the group arrived, which we really appreciated. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location in La Veleta, Tulum — walking distance to oxo, pharmacy, many amazing restaurants, and cafes! We also felt very safe during our stay as the house had a security system in place. The only downside was that when we arrived on Thursday, the AC in the kitchen/common area was not blowing cold air. Thankfully, all of the bedroom AC units worked well. A mechanic came Friday morning to fix the issue, and we appreciated how promptly the host responded. We later noted that the refrigerator wasn’t cold either. Overall it was an amazing stay and beautifully home.
