The apartment is really nice, cozy, safe and well equipped! And Pablo made just everything possible to make our stay comfortable and stress-free! We would stay here again!

Everything is excellent. Pablo gives us a house full of utilities and things that may be needed. Towels, shampoo, dryer, washing machine, soaps, and even food. She was always in touch and was very flexible with check in and check out times. Although the place is not very centrally located, it is a very comfortable and quiet private. Great place! Great host! Pablo made us feel super welcomed. the place is very accurate and true to photos. a few notes, not close to city center, so I highly recommend having a car. Also the water pressure in the whole area is a little low, just so you know, not a negative of the house. It's a new, and very quiet development, we felt very safe the whole time. Pablo had it stocked with so many goodies we barely needed to shop. The internet was a tad spotty but overall I'd stay again, if nothing else for the super comfy bed!

Pablo's apartment is an ideal place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen very quietly, and at the same time enjoy all that the Riviera Maya has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

New, clean, spacious apartment for adequate money for Playa Del Carmen. The complex is located away from the city center, but you can safely get to the center by car in 10 minutes, there is also a public transport stop near the complex. 2 minutes from the complex there is a large shopping center, where you can buy everything you need. I recommend to everyone who does not care about living in the noise center.
