I did not stay in Karen’s unit as we showed up afternoon and had a room booked. We had asked that the unit have air conditioning and she had confirmed it did which was true, but only in one bedroom she quickly processed my refund and we went on our way. It was a seamless transaction and she is a phenomenally good communicator.
