Patrick’s home is better than the pictures. It’s impossible to capture the beauty of this place in a photo. The facilities are top notch and the staff are dedicated and friendly. The pool bar food was excellent and a nice surprise. The gym was way better than expected and always spotless. The pool was lovely and private with pool stools for viewing the ocean. It is big enough to swim laps, which I did every morning. Patrick’s home had everything we needed or wanted, and his local Co-Host Luis responded immediately when we had a question. It was so relaxing to be able to cook and do laundry with ease just like we were at home. The location is perfect, with short jaunts to absolutely everything. And the beach is ridiculously beautiful with surfers carving waves from sunrise to sunset. Visiting in the “offseason” felt like a cheat code, because the weather was perfect and we literally had the whole place to ourselves. What an incredible find! We would absolutely comeback. Thank you.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The view was breathtaking. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The pool was great, the restaurant right next to the pool was amazing. (The food was really good.) You can just walk down to the beach. We traveled with two kids, and they absolutely loved it as well. We rented a car and everything was literally about five minutes away. I would love to come back here and stay even longer. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was enough towels for everybody. I also loved the washer and dryer in the unit. This was hotel quality in an amazing place.

Great spot, would book again with no doubts. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained, with all the things we needed for a perfect vacation with our two little ones. The pool downstairs was always clean and beautiful with the best ocean view. The restaurant in the building is also great and everyone was very friendly.

My family and I had great time at the condo! Definitely recommend going! 2 close-by restaurants on the beach , also a pizza stand down the street. The restaurant on the premises was great too! Very clean condo and pool. The beach is nice, waves are strong. Alot of surfers, they do have surf lessons up the beach. My 8 yr old son said it was the best 500 pesos he ever spent!

Luis, the Property Manager, was available the whole time. Excellent communication. The apartment is right in front of the ocean at a surf spot. The building is very safe and recommended for families. It has a restaurant in the pool area. It is very well equipped for cooking, and its balcony is very pleasant for having coffee or a drink. Thank you very much.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful condo with friends and had an awesome time. The views are exactly like the photos and the condo had a very modern feel. Super clean with all the amenities one needs for an enjoyable stay. Great location, with only a 10 min drive to San Jose del Cabo. We will be back again!!

We love this condo. We've been coming to San jose del Cabo for 30 years and Patrick's condo was wonderful and located right at Zippers so we could surf every day.

We had a fantastic stay. Patrick’s place was perfect for us and we loved the location. We are looking forward to our next visit to Cabo.

Patrick’s place is absolutely stunning. The condo is beautiful and the view is truly unmatched. I’ve been to Cabo countless times, and this was by far the most beautiful view and condo I’ve stayed in. The on-site restaurant was incredible-amazing food and drinks, easily Michelin-star quality. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve visited San Jose half a dozen times and have never stayed in a place as comfortable or as beautiful as Patrick’s! The unobstructed ocean view is like no other and the pool/ hot tub is that of a luxury resort. Costa Azul is our favorite place to stay in San Jose, so we will absolutely be back!

We loved the accommodations and will definitely return! The security guard was very helpful and welcoming, he even helped us with the keypad when we had trouble. The entire facility was super clean, well managed and the staff were all extremely friendly. There are a couple of beach restaurants that are walkable but breakfast/lunch at the pool was the best! Belinda is the server and we loved her!

The view from condo was incredible! Nice beach in front and it was swimmable! Condo was very nice and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed, except there wasn’t any snorkel gear. They had all the baby stuff that we needed and more. Hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a change in check-in/check-out. Only downsides were the freeway noise and public park noise from back of condo, but it really didn’t impact us a lot. I do wish that they had more chairs ant the pool. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in Patrick’s place! The building feels very new and is beautifully maintained, and the unit is incredibly spacious and comfortable with everything we could need for stay. We are a family of four but the unit could easily handle larger groups. My teens loved having their own rooms and there is really good air conditioning in each room, although we rarely needed it with the breezes off the ocean. We throughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the shaded loungers on the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but would recommend a car for getting to grocery stores and downtown SJC. Thanks Patrick and Luis!
