I’ve stayed in Airbnbs many times across Europe and North America and this stay blew all the rest of them out of the water in every possible measure. It’s absolutely stunning, with gorgeous art, heavenly beds and linens, a glorious kitchen with nearly every utensil, gadget, and table setting imaginable, not a speck of dirt to be found in or outdoors, hospitable building staff, and to top it off, a perfectly communicative host who proactively supplied helpful videos and responded in minutes to every inquiry. Do I sound like I’m being hyperbolic? If anything, I’m downplaying it. If you’re on the fence about staying here, don’t hesitate another minute—DO IT. Thank you, Michael and Eduardo, for a perfect stay in my new favorite Airbnb in my new favorite destination!

We had a great stay at Paramount Bay. The condo is beautiful, very clean, well furnished, and has a great view. The location is convenient to town, the gym is good, and the building is very secure. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the pool didn’t have a lot of sun during our stay, so future guests may want to consider the time of year. Also, drinks aren’t allowed in the pool. During our stay the dishwasher wasn’t working, but communication from the hosts was excellent. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed place to stay, and we would stay there again

The place was just like the pictures. Eduardo was very responsive and offered many options for things to do. He was also flexible with checkout time! I would definitely stay there again!!

Eduardo’s place was as it’s described in photos very clean, has all the amenities great panoramic views of puerto Vallarta my family and I enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience staying at Eduardo’s place in PVR! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Eduardo was incredibly responsive and detailed—he made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We had a brief issue with the hot water, but it was resolved immediately, which I really appreciated. The refrigerator had a few hiccups during our stay, but it didn’t majorly impact our trip. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Eduardo as a host!

This was hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. The home was absolutely spotless and spacious and exceeded every expectation we had. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—including tons of spices and cooking essentials. There were so many thoughtful amenities throughout the house, and our hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. The views were stunning, and the infinity pool was spectacular. The pictures don't even do it justice. The place was amazing. We went on a girls trips and loved having our own rooms and bathrooms. Each bed was super comfortable. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re considering booking, do it—you won’t regret it! We are looking forward to staying here again. :)

What a fabulous condo - perfect location with close proximity to the beach and town, gorgeous and spacious apartment, the largest and loveliest pool. Eduardo was a fabulous and communicative host with lots of recommendations on food, activities, and basics of navigating PV.

Eduardo's place is gorgeous & amazing! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to love our stay there. You must see the place in person, because the beautiful photos do not do it justice... it is better! (& we had been very impressed by the photos). The wall of sliding glass doors all along the bay side of the condo present a fantastic view of Puerto Vallarta and then you walk out onto the balcony. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is rare & it really made such a difference for all of us. The condo is impeccably decorated, between the furnishings, accessories & many works of art. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen has everything guests need. Not only more than enough of the usual essentials, but many small appliances, plus coffee, tea, spices, drinking water, etc. When we did have questions, the communication was great. So overall, I guess you can tell, we were very happy & would stay again. Thank you Eduardo!!!

What a condo! After staying at over 30 Airbnbs, this is the best one we've ever stayed in. Would give it 10 stars if I could. They are just out of the Romantico Zone, but only a 4 minute walk (or $2 taxi ride) to get into the hotspot of PV. The complex is very secure, and we felt completely safe the whole time we were there. When you walk in, there is a serious WOW factor. The place has beautiful original Mexican artwork from some of the finest artisans in Mexico (I recognized a couple). This is DEFINITELY not a place for kids, or rowdy adults. But we still felt very at home and not on edge around such beauty either. One of the highlights is the large balcony. We spent a lot of time there. Gorgeous view of Banderas Bay and the incredible pool below. As for the important stuff: it was VERY clean, beds were very comfortable, linens/pillows high quality, large drinking water dispenser, high end kitchen well stocked, lots of nice towels, hi def TVs, GREAT A/C. Our stay was perfect!

This Airbnb was a dream to stay in! Pure luxury! My husband and I fell in love with this place when we saw it on Airbnb but the pictures don’t do it justice. It is seriously gorgeous and massive. We stayed in July for 4 nights and were beyond comfortable. The a/c worked so well in the hot and humid weather that we had to turn it down a bit because it was getting so cold. The building is extremely well-maintained with tight security - we always felt super safe and taken care of. In my personal opinion, Puerto Vallarta is already a safe city and safer than most in the U.S. however, having that extra layer of security was very nice. The views are stunning and you can see the fireworks each evening. The proximity to everything is really great, we called an Uber everywhere and it came within 2-3 minutes every time. Michael and Eduardo are incredible hosts and thought of everything to make our stay luxurious and comfortable. I appreciated how communicative they and the staff were!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo with the best views of Puerto Vallarta. Was very professional from booking to check out. The condo was well appointed with everything you'd expect and then some. Definitely recommend.

Eduardo and Michael are absolutely wonderful hosts and their place is simply amazing! I’m a regular user of AirBnB and theirs is definitely among the best. Fantastic location, great amenities and the views from the balcony are perfect. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top notch experience in Puerto Vallarta.

Eduardo and Michael were wonderful hosts! I can't rave enough about the property. They were one of the best hosts I ever had the pleasure to work with in all my travels around the world. They provided clear instructions ahead of the arrival. There was a welcome guide in the property and their property manager, Alfredo was there on time and did a great check-in. Their property is perfect! The best view in all of Puerto Vallarta. Uber was very easy and the security staff were incredible and the building is very secure. The view from their apartment is incredible. I didn't want to leave the apartment as the view was so wonderful. Everything in the apartment is perfect and worked perfectly. AC worked fabulous in each room. The kitchen is fully furnished and I didn't plan to cook but it felt like home and I didn't want to leave that view. They had a washer and dryer that works perfectly and so nice so you don't have to pack so much close. 5 Star experience!

Lovely place to stay. Close to downtown easy 15 walk. View wonderful facing north so you see the town and bay and can use the deck all day.

Excellent property only a ten minute walk to town. Elizabeth the cleaner was amazing, apartment was spotless! Probably the best views in Puerto Vallarta. I would be happy to stay here again.

Wow - this apartment is stunning. The view alone is amazing, but also the kitchen and living space are very thoughtfully designed and furnished. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. The master bathroom is impressive. The bathrooms are clean and relaxing. And the air conditioning was very good, which was important in this heat. The pool area and gym are very good as well. We had a beautiful time. I would come back and bring friends or family. Perfect stay. Thank you again!

Puerto Vallarta was amazing yet one if the nicest things about visiting was sitting on the condo’s balcony and watching the fireworks over the city and the bay. Eduardo’s place is fabulous and the comfort of staying there was one of the primary highlights of our visit to this amazing part of Mexico. Ask about the private chef, Humberto, that Eduardo can provide. A very special treat. You cannot go wrong with this choice of accommodation in Puerto Vallarta!

We were fortunate enough to secure Eduardo's unit for our trip and it did not disappoint. We stayed in true luxury and we were the envy of our friends staying elsewhere. The layout was spacious, kitchen and bathrooms pristine, and the beds comfortable. The private deck with view of the bay was sublime. The grounds were well-treated and the pool and gym were the perfect amenitites to pivot to when we did not want to leave the property. We hope to stay in this unit on our next visit to PVR.

This Airbnb is one of a kind, we had an amazing week-long stay. The location is A+ with the condo being in a quiet area but still walking distance from old town PV. The condo contains everything you could possibly need for your vacation, from cooking supplies to beach towels and sunscreen, and the hosts and all of the property staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Not to mention the art in the condo was some of the most amazing we’ve ever seen…we absolutely would return and were very sad to leave!

This place was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking! Eduardo was very communicative and responsive. We truly fell in love with this place. Victor, the property manager and his assistant Francia were very attentive.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years in multiple countries. It's easy to see which ones are the full time investment only rentals as they are usually rundown and have limited household items. This condo at paramount Bay is the opposite. It is probably the best stocked place we have every rented and feels like a true home. From cutlery, cooking ware, glassware, and appliances were all high-end and abundant. We only used the kitchen for a handful of meals during the 8 days, but it was nice when we did. Most people may not notice other things line that the primary TV was a LG OLED which is the best and $$. Everything felt high-end and functional. The pictures clearly show the view and decorations . We had cleaning service twice during our stay which kept the spotless place spotless.

We stayed a week at this wonderful Condo. It was nothing short of Spectacular!! The view is breathtaking. The condo is in tip top condition with everything anyone could ever ask for. Eduardo & Michael were very helpful prior to our arrival and absolutely wonderful Hosts. The manager Victor & his assistant Rosmy were very helpful & great to deal before, during & after our stay. I hope to stay there again on a future trip to Puerta Vallarta.

This isn’t just another AirBnB with pretty pictures, it’s truly a magnificent home. Every detail has been thought of and provided for, including a welcome gift of Nespresso pods, chocolate and wine. The space is stunning, comfortable, beyond clean, stylish and both close enough to the Zona Romantica to enjoy everything it has to offer but far enough that you won’t have to worry about too much noise. There’s not a single amenity missing - AC, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ area - literally everything you need for a phenomenal vacation. Michael, the owner, and his right hand guy Victor are both easily reachable for any questions and communication was excellent. The building is safe and secure, the pool is gorgeous, and Uber/taxis are readily available and super affordable for getting around. 5 stars simply isn’t enough! ♥️

We loved everything about this place. I really can't say enough about how nice it is, true luxury in every way.

This condo exceeds every expectation. Absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and the most amazing view of the bay and the pier. Michael and his agent were always available and messaged occasionally to check in to see that everything was going ok. There was no need the condo has everything you could possibly need and more.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay. The location had a beautiful view and was only a few minutes walk to the nearby beachfront resorts, which we would often frequent. The nightlife was a bit further, often would require an uber or taxi late at night since the main entrance is on a high-traffic road. The place was well-kept and the premises were secure. Aldo, our point-of-contact who managed our check-in, was amazing and always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this place for small quiet groups.
