Great home and location with pristine beach and water. The staff was incredible and made the stay much better than anticipated.

Villa Chan Kah exceeded all expectations from the moment we booked. Emilia, our e-concierge, went above and beyond coordinating a photographer, boat trips, and excellent restaurant reservations. The grocery pre-stocking service was incredibly convenient. Additionally, Abel the caretaker and Marie the chef were wonderful. They arranged taxis, picked up extra groceries, and prepared delicious breakfasts, lunches, pool-side snacks, and frozen cocktails. We also hired their special dinner chef service for a birthday celebration, which was a major highlight. The property was in pristine condition, perfectly equipped for a large group, and offered direct access to a beautiful beach. With a kid-friendly pool, hot tub, and several walkable cafes nearby, we highly recommend this villa!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were amazing and supportive the entire time. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Isla Mujeres.

Beautiful house, amazing staff. We were a family of 15 people - from a 1 yr old to a 71 yr old and it was just lovely.

What a place! We came down with three other couples for my wife’s birthday and the house and staff exceeded our expectations on every level. From the start, Emilia was incredibly responsive with my questions and also assisted with transportation, dinner reservations and helped us book a boat for a day. The house itself is incredible…just as nice if not nicer than the pictures. It’s one of the only (if not the only) house in the area with beach access for swimming, snorkeling or just lounging. The on-site staff were also amazing and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough and we are already planning our trip back!

We went for my bachelorette and this house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, big enough so we didn’t feel cramped, plenty of bathrooms and the staff that comes a long with it go out of their way to make your stay great. Emilia helped me so much with everything! Would highly recommend staying!

Wonderful place to stay on island! The host was extremely accommodating and had expert knowledge/service for experiencing Isla Mujeres.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Chan Kha. After spending a few days at a resort, this private oasis was a welcome change with a beautiful view to match. The kids made lots of use of the pool and hot tub, and the short walk down the stairs led to a fantastic little beach. All of the staff were amazing, and very helpful with setting up umbrellas and chairs at the beach, ordering taxis, arranging golf cart deliveries, helping with reservations, cooking wonderful breakfasts and lunches, and just keeping the place clean and tidy. We all relished our time here and look forward to returning one day.

Emelia was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating with us on several different things, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Communication was easy, and she genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The house itself is incredible — beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for when staying in Isla Mujeres. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and Emelia to anyone considering a visit.

The place was beautiful with breathtaking views, amazing staff on site, and beach access! Emilia helped us coordinate everything from transportation to meals and groceries for our group of 14! We had the best stay!!

9 people traveled for get together. Much better than an all inclusive for group settings! A lot of common areas where everyone can socialize yet enough privacy if time out is needed. Rooms spread across 3 floors. 1. A lot of beds!!! Noone needed to share a bed and 2 beds were still left free. So 11 beds. 2 king beds, others i think are full size. Lots of couches, chairs, loungers. 2. Beautiful private settings! 3. Comes with an e-concierge, cook, a cleaning person, and maintenance. Eliza made the most delicious food we ate on the island! Grilled fish, ceviches, tacos. 4. Lots of smaller and larger restaurants nearby. We opted out from traveling to the town and walked everywhere. 5. Amazing sandy beach surrounded by 2 docks (no access to docks) with crystal clean water, not too deep, not too shallow! Beach isnt private, people go there but it was mainly empty and all to ourselves. 6. Emilia!! The e-consierge addressed any questions, concerns, provided great recommendations! Superb!

Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views. Thee best staff!! The pictures do this place no justice and the on site staff and hosts are amazing and made planning and executing a bachelorette weekend for 11 women coming from all over such a seamless experience. I highly recommend booking!

The house was even more amazing than the pictures. Eliza is a wonderful chef and every meal was delicious. Abel was always available and responsive to our needs. Our host Emilia was super responsive and helpful. The beach access from the house is worth it in its own. It’s like having Playa Norte at your footsteps. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again!

Villa Chan Kah is a dream. The house matches the description and pictures perfectly. The views are insane! We had an amazing stay. The staff at the house were very helpful. Emilia our host was very responsive and helped make dinner reservations at some of her favorite local restaurants. Emilia also arranged golf carts to be delivered to the home and helped coordinate with a local chef to make us breakfast and lunch. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Loved Villa Chan Kha it was an amazing stay and extremely beautiful better in person than the picture! Emilia was the perfect host and got everything set up for us upon arrival. The house came with a 24 hour hostess (Abel) which helped us daily and was super nice, attentive and friendly got us literally whatever we wanted and needed during the stay. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyway visiting and I can’t wait to return again!

The best place! Wonderful views, everything was as described, great chef, great cooker and housekeeping, Abel who takes care of the house was always responsive and helpful! Excellent communication with Emilia since day one. Will be back!!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our week stay here. This was our 6th luxury home we have rented on the island and it did not disappoint. Would stay here again! The house is more beautiful and spacious than it appears in pictures! This house has the most tech than any other rental I’ve encountered on island. TVs every room, Connectable Speakers throughout, remote shades, and smart lighting everywhere. We love our music and hope we was not too loud :). Air conditioning was top notch as well. Never hot or uncomfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. We had private chef service and they were super impressed. Very clean and host/staff were A+. Host was helpful in arranging groceries, boat, and golf carts for us. Short walk down a private stairway to beach was a great feature. Oh, water wall is epic. It’s massive. Entrance feels like you’re walking into a resort all for yourself.
