Stayed 5 days in January, we used the pool almost every day, was clean and well maintained if a little small. The house itself is in a private gated community, very quiet but close to Playa proper. Rooms were clean and comfortable (although master bathroom has no door which takes getting used to.) kitchen, dining, and living space were as advertised. Roof has amazing views but no furniture so if you want to use, you need to bring up from porch below. Super close to beautiful beaches, that are not at all crowded. Would stay here again! Rosa was a delight, there to help but not in the way.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here so much, I highly recommend staying here. This was our first time staying at a house and it was so much better than an all inclusive resort. Rosa was amazing! She helped us put together a menu for the week and took us grocery shopping, so we were stocked for the week. She made us breakfast and lunch every day and even prepared a dinner for us one night. The pool is a perfect size and it is just over 4 and a half feet deep throughout the entire pool. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk from the front door to feet in the water. Though the house is in a great location, I would say the walk to 5th Avenue is a bit far. It is definitely doable, but it’s about a 20minute walk. If you want to have a relaxing vacation and not have to share all the amenities with a bunch of strangers then this is the place for you.

Casa Price was just as the pictures show. Very nice place about a block from the beach. The beach chairs and coolers were provided which was great. The private pool was small but refreshing. Shopping and restaurants were about a 15 minute walk. Honestly, we didn’t even eat out much as we had Rosa. She was great! She’s a very gracious and sweet lady. She made us breakfast and lunch every day. All meals were delicious. We were also very happy with Darryl’s suggestion to use Happy Shuttle from the Cancun airport. It was a private shuttle and the drivers were very polite. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Casa Price.

Wow is all I can sau about this home. What an amazing property in an amazing part of Playa del Carmen. The home is quite beautiful with everything one needs for a family or group of friends. And its only blocks away from one of the most beautiful beaches. The beach chairs and coolers make for a perfect way to just relax and unwind at home and at the beach. The home is tucked away in a beautiful private neighborhood with cobblestone streets, jungle flora and remnants of Mayan ruins. You may want to rent a car to access the town tho. Of course, its also a complex area of wealth and privilege to stay as a foreigner. And the best part was Rosa! She's so sweet and skilled! Her being there to keep the home tidy and fix meals, esp for my parents who just retired. What an amazing cook, we had some of our favorite meals at home. Definitely get her to make you some fresh chipotle salsa, enchiladas and chilaquiles with salsa verde. Be generous with your tips to support her livelihood and family

Casa Price is a great place to stay if you want to be near the beach and enjoy a bit of a quieter location than downtown Playa. The house was very comfortable and Rosa was kind, efficient and helpful. The Playacar neighborhood felt very safe and calm.

This place is wonderful nice pool and very close to the beach with Rosa being there it makes it an awesome place she is great cook and keeps the house very clean

Great host, great house, in the perfect location. Own private pool and few yards from the beach. AC units are on point in every room, no issues with bathrooms. Really clean and well maintained. Housekeeper/Cook (Rosa) is amazing. She will cook you amazing meals and leave place spotless every day!

Its a beautiful house with perfect location . You have everything near. Rosa its so kind and she cooked delicious .

It was a great vacation. Rosa was amazing! She made us breakfast and lunch everyday - including tamales, ceviche, enchiladas, chilaquiles, fajitas, guacamole and pico de Gallo. She did our laundry daily and cleaned the entire house. The house was good if somewhat rustic. The beach was about a two block walk - since you have to walk down to the corner for beach access near The Reef. The private pool was nice too.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location! We are a family of four and stayed here for a week. Everything was just perfect. So close to the beach that you don’t need to bring anything but your swim short (we went three times a day). We slept with the balcony door open all night and fell asleep to the sounds of waves and woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning, 10/10! Rosa made the best breakfast and lunch while keeping the house immaculate. In the evenings we mostly got delivery from one of the many places in Playa del Carmen.

Casa price was perfect for our little family! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice balcony and pool area, we had everything we needed! The location is prime, just 1 block from the beach but a little further from the 5th avenue but still walking distance. Check in was super easy, Darryl sent all the instructions prior to our arrival which was great! Rosa was absolutely amazing! she made us some great meals for breakfast and lunch when needed! she keeps the house very clean! Make sure you purchase all home essentials before arriving; toilet paper, scott towels, soap for the shower, soap for the dishes, etc.. Other than that everything was perfect for us!! Thank you to Rosa and to Darryl for sharing his home!

Darryl, Rosa, and Casa Price exceeded all our expectations. We are a family of 6 adults (plus one baby) and had a varying range of needs that were all met by Rosa, the home, and the fabulous location. The photos do not do this place justice. We will definitely come back.

This place is amazing, close to beach, close to town, and Rosa makes the best breakfast! Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway
