Beautiful house in a great location, easy walk into city center for restaurants, sightseeing & shopping. House nicely furnished and bedrooms/adjoining bathrooms are nice. The downside for our family of 6 adults is that the layout and furniture doesn’t provide a gathering/sitting area for the group. The entire downstairs living area&kitchen were very cold with no heating source other than a very small gas fire in a separate room w/out seating. There is a wood burning fireplace, outdoor grill and pizza oven but unusable as no wood or charcoal was provided. The pool is also very small and can only be heated for short periods of time so we didn’t use that either. We still had a great time in SMA but basically only used the house for sleeping & showering.

Just a beautifully designed house in a lovely and safe gated community of a few homes. Comfortable modern furniture and decorative items. Fantastic bathrooms and comfy beds and linens. Lovely patios and a rooftop garden to enjoy beautiful views!
