This place is great! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and you could see 4 sets of fireworks right off the deck area. Conveniently located to everything and the staff was prompt and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. We had 6 people and there is plenty of room. Amazing views and very clean.

Giving five stars because the host was wonderful. The place itself was solid, but definitely more of a hotel than an Airbnb. As other people stated they really don’t provide much at all and the home related things like utensils that they have were not great (rusty knives, old cutting boards, nothing for cooking like salt/pepper/etc). That being said it is close to the beach and five minute golf cart right away from the heart of City center. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. If you are okay with more of a hotel vibe with limited things offerings than this is perfect. For an Airbnb it could use a bit of extra things.
