The house is beautiful, the location is unbeatable, and Loreto Bay is an incredible development. The views from the house are spectacular, and the proximity to the beach is a gem. I would stay there again without thinking twice.

The stay was wonderful. Our goal was a vacation in a quiet, nice and comfortable environment. Casa Miramar exceeded our expectations. The house is very nice and well maintained, and it shows in the care taken with each room. It's a place that far exceeds any hotel in comfort. It doesn't lack any of the basic items for personal use. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms have enough bed linens and towels, as well as beach items. By the way, the beach is just a few meters from the house. It's literally just the distance of a very well-maintained vacant lot, and there's a stone path to get to the beach, just like any other path in the Villa. It's definitely a place to come back to whenever we want to enjoy a few days of rest on a practically empty, private beach with calm waters. Zulma and Luisa were excellent hosts, so we had a wonderful impression of the whole experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is very spacious and clean. Great views and walking distance to the beach, hotel, coffee shop, restaurants, and Oxxo big plus! Lots of amenities. Friendly and responsive host.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was extremely helpful with clear instructions and great recommendations for the area. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, and it had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth.

Our family of 8 stayed at Zulmas house for a week and loved every minute. It is a beautiful house in a gorgeous location. We all loved hanging out on the 2nd floor deck with beautiful sea of Cortez views. We saw dolphins swim by most mornings as well as whales in the distance. We spent many days on the beach down by the hotel resort there is good snorkeling by the rock and we rented paddle boards. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfy and the kitchen area is lovely with great views. Perfect in every way.

This is a very beautiful and luxurious house in an excellent location, and Zulma and Luisa were so welcoming and attentive. The house has a private courtyard with access to all 4 beautiful bedrooms and then upstairs is a wonderful indoor/outdoor living area, with a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq and firepit – perfect for enjoying the long cool evenings. The views from the deck are extensive taking in the beach, the entire bay and islands, and the Sierra de la Giganta rising high behind. And on a third level there is a delightful shaded upper terrace which was perfect for watching sunrise each morning and for sun lounging in the afternoon. Everything is in easy walking distance – beach, lap pool, and grocery stores are just steps away, and community pool, restaurants, kayak rental, and boat trips were an easy 5-10 minute walk. We were there in January with two grandchildren and it was perfect. Zulma and Luisa could not have made us feel more welcome and well cared for.

The home was perfect for 4 adults. Each of us had our own bedroom suite. The kitchen was well appointed, had everything we needed. The view from the main floor patio and upstairs patio were priceless. I will book again.

Great location. Near lap pool and rooftop bar. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to dine in with 5 people We really enjoyed the Sea view, rented kayaks nearby. Overall great vacation.

It's hard to know where to begin with Casa Mira Mar. Beyond gorgeous villa, with an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez. Furnishings were scrupulously clean, beds are comfy, kitchen to die for, and a view of the Sea for miles! Four of us stayed a week, and we were there 3 days when we all decided we are coming back. We each had our own en suite bedroom that we just beautiful. Lots of linens, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of amenities in the baths, gorgeous spa tub.. Three stories of excellence. Really...I just cannot say enough good things about this villa Zulma is a excellent host! Responded to every email from the beginning, promptly and respectfully. There was even a welcome card, snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Too many little touches to list. Suffice it to say, the photos do not do this amazing treasure of a casa and sweetness of our host, justice. We will def be back! None of is wanted to leave! Thank you zulma for your kindness, and home!

It exceeded our expectations !!! The house is beautiful. It's perfect for going with the family since you have privacy, spectacular views, it's in front of the sea, a perfect location. But especially the attention they gave us was excellent!!! They made us feel right at home 🥰 Thank you !!!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. Casa Miramar exceeded our expectations. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the terraces. Zulma and Luisa were great hosts. We will definitely be back here♥️.

Zumbas property was amazing. Very close to the beach and in a very beautiful community. The house is pretty big and has plenty of space to socialize while also having private spaces to rest. Zulema was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in the Baja.

The stay was excellent. Quiet, relaxing and being right next to the beach and hearing the sound of the waves was more than we had expected. The family enjoyed the stay at such a wonderful property.

We have stayed in this house multiple times. We love it. Walk everywhere and steps to the water.

Zulma's home is a great spot for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a bit difficult for people with mobility issues due to the stairs to the living area from the entrance/bedrooms. Also walking to the home from the parking area is far. However we were aware of this and chose to book it anyway. It did prove to be more difficult for my 95 year old mother than we had hoped. For other groups it would be perfect. The views of the beach are unmatched, and we enjoyed it very much. The outdoor grill and gas fire pit were a great addition to the outdoor space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal and it has a whole home water filtration system which is great in Mexico, so we were able to drink the water. Also she has a bottled water dispenser if you want hot or cold water. The bathrooms were very clean with lots of towels and soap and shampoo as well as toilet paper is provided. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

excellent location , its so close to everything .the view of the ocean was amazing. and also they have xoxo store right next to the one the entrance of the place. I can't say anything anymore but good thing about the place. Will definitely will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zulma’s casa (we called it the “villa”). It was perfect for our group and the host in residence, Luisa was excellent in corresponding with us. Great views and great accommodations. thanks so much!

We have traveled many times to Loreto and always stay in the Founders Neighborhood. This was by far our favorite stay.

we stayed as a family for the celebration of thanksgiving 2024, Zulma's house was perfect for all of us, spacious bedrooms with its own bathroom each one was the best, the kitchen was excellent with all the necessary utensils, the living room and terrace with a great view, I definitely recommend it and we would stay again!! thanks 👏

The house was perfect in every faucet, steps from the beach, steps from the pool, close to restaurants and more. it's a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute drive to town. a perfect location in between Loreto and Danzante Bay. the layout of the hose was great for a group of 6 guys. I could see this being a perfect location for a couples retreat with 4 separate and private rooms connected by an outdoor courtyard. the best part of the house is the deck on the second floor just off the kitchen, with views of the entire coastline up to Loreto. Luisa saved the day with her private chef recommendation of Wilbert and Edilia who were more than gracious to prepare our fresh catch. Edilia extended the offer to cook and prepare our remaining fish at the Augie's bar and bait shop on the Melicone. again the experience did not disappoint. Thank you Zulma and Luisa for hosting me and my friends for the weekend, we will definitely be back again!

Spectacular home on the water in Loreto Bay. We’ve stayed in Nopolo at many different homes and this is by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

Great home beautiful ocean view

Loved this beautiful house everything exceeded our expectations with the high end finishes everywhere and beautiful multiple patios and it was right on the ocean. A little tricky to find the first time and you have to park on the street and walk a ways into the complex , but would definitely stay here again
