Both Veronica and her maintenance team (Paco and Oswaldo) were responsive to my questions and/or problems that I reported. I commend them. However, there were 3 main aspects that did not meet expectations, and I would recommend making the necessary adjustments to improve the quality of the service. - In two villas, there was no hot water in the showers, and the water pressure was very low. - In the pool, we only had lukewarm to cold water. The solar panels are not sufficient. - The pool pump did not work automatically during the 4 days of my stay. In addition, it operated for a short time each day, and that did not allow for adequate filtering and cleaning of the water.
