Karen was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by setting up a bonfire for us, which we really appreciated. The place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Communication was easy and seamless, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Such a beautiful stay!! From the responsive host who helped us organize shuttles and reservations, to the beautiful clean property, to all of the gorgeous decor, we loved our stay! Would definitely come back!!

I hosted my baby shower/mother’s blessing ceremony and had the most beautiful experience, thanks to Maca! All of Karen’s and Maca’s recommendations were amazing, and everything turned out even better than I imagined. The catering from Criollo was delicious, the midwives who led the ceremony were absolutely wonderful, and every detail, from the cake to the flowers, made the day so special. The house was spacious and fit everyone comfortably. It could use a little extra love in some areas, but overall it was a truly memorable experience.

Our bachelorette group had a great stay! Maca, the house manager, was fantastic - she arranged a sound bath at the house (amazing), massages at the house (also amazing), grocery delivery, transportation (timely, kind driver), and a chef for dinner and brunch (highly recommend - delicious food with more than enough for 14 of us). We also paid for daily cleaning, which was great. The house had comfortable beds and plenty of space. Just a note: you’re in the jungle, so critters like scorpions, tarantulas, and cockroaches may appear, though the grounds staff quickly helped remove them. The bedrooms have A/C units (to be used only while in the room), but there’s no A/C in the common areas, so those areas are hot. The only real issue was the WiFi, which didn’t work well. This is important if you plan to work, and it made paying for extras by card tricky since the reader needed WiFi. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it, especially if you book extras through Maca!

We had an excellent experience, the house was divine, super comfortable and safe. They gave us extraordinary service, always ready for whatever we needed. Mac’s was an amazing host, helping us with whatever we requested, from kosher food to in villa personal shopping, she was always available and a breeze to work with! The place really has the “tulum” vibe going, loved the style and atmosphere! The water pressure and temperature can use a real improvement, temperature lasts for a few minutes and pressure is weak… this was the only issue With that said I would still definitely recommend this place as a tulum experience! Thanks Maca!

Karen was extremely helpful through out the whole process and helped us with just about everything like planning transportation to our events during our stay, planned a breakfast & dinner by the private chef which was delicious. They also were extremely helpful with any questions we had and very friendly. 100% recommended

Karen’s home is wonderful! We came with a group of 13 and we had the best time. The pool was very refreshing and there is plenty of spaces us to hang out. As an added bonus Karen went above and beyond helping us plan our trip from transportation, tours and even organizing a private chef! The area where the home is located is actively growing and there is a lot of construction however the noise did not bother us. The house is also remote and the roads are not yet paved by the home so organizing transportation is a must. There are shops in walking distance from the home where you can call as cab as well. Overall, we loved our visit and would highly recommend Karen’s home!

This was an amazing stay! It feels like you are in your own private jungle and the aesthetic here is unmatched. Karen was by far the most helpful host I've ever dealt with, helping to organize Vespas for our stay, as well as a private chef dinner in the Villa. She even had them come early to set up decorations for my wife's 30th birthday. We cannot recommend the chef dinner experience enough--we did it the day we arrived so we had no stress on arrival, just got to hang out in the pool while the chefs took care of everything from set up, cooking, and cleanup. We would love to visit again, especially with a big group. Thanks Karen for all your help!
