Great place to stay un Oaxaca. Location is extraordinary, walking distance from logs of great places to visit. Service is AWESOME.

Great location and everything was walking distance. I would stay here again. The check-in was a bit complicated for me since we arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant opened and we had to wait. David and his team were responsive and helpful!

It’s a unique Spanish-style hacienda hidden behind a restaurant. The hosts are extremely motivated and responsive. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and visit. There were only two of us so the property was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a traditional mexican courtyard style home- one room deep between the propert wall and the courtyard, which looks exactly like the photos- even better... so, yes, to get to the bathroom you have to move through adjoining rooms, or go directly through the courtyard under a second-floor porch... one room and a bathroom are seperate across the courtyard, which was great for us as we were travelling with my mother in law and she had her own 'suite'... it's amazingly charming but not your typical floorplan... everything was tidy and spacious- it's quite a big place... can't wait to return to both Oaxaca and this accommodation! The folks that run it are also very nice and extremely responsive...

Very attentive to us and an excellent place.

I would always recommend this place to anybody now if you’re thinking of finding the most comfortable beds! This place not your place to stay and especially if you have back problems. The only reason that I mention about the beds because my friends had a hard time sleeping but I am not too picky I like to travel so I know I will end up getting something not so comfortable and I’m OK with it. If you are very picky about beds again this is not your place but if you’re trying to find something affordable and close and nice. This is your place! They went out of their way to make my friends comfortable because they were not happy with the beds so thank you!! Stay here. You are close to everything and you have a breakfast restaurant not too expensive. There’s also a bar in front of this place so go check it out! The bar is cute and fun. We enjoyed it!!

space was larger than it looks. beautiful patio... very clean. someone is always available, at a moments notice. close to great restaurants and bars. it could not have been a better stay!

A lovely, spacious house with everything you need! We loved our stay here, 4 of us easily had enough space. The house is in a perfect location for everything you need in Oaxaca city, walkable to all parts and very close to a market for lovely local breakfasts. Couldn’t have asked for a better location

I loved the place, highly recommended, very nice, everyone was very friendly. Both the cleaning girls and Alexis Triana. They gave us very good recommendations. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a very good market for breakfast at the corner of the Airbnb. Around the corner there is also a laundry and there are many very nice restaurants nearby, I would stay in this place again! Space is very large and private! Courtyard is well kept. It neighbors a yummy cafe and lots more to do in surrounding area.

Great stay in the heart of Oaxaca. Despite being right off a main road, it was private and quiet. Simple accommodations but more than you need.

Nice space with private garden. You enter and cross through a little cafe area, and then a large patio with small rental rooms off of it to get our rental area. They were working on the top floor rooms, but were very respectful noise-wise. (It wasn't noisy). One room has its own bathroom, and then the other rooms and kitchen are in the main area, and you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to that other bathroom. Great location, very friendly and nice.

Great spacious place walking distance to all things downtown/historic Oaxaca. Comfy and quite quiet for it's location!

Wonderful place

This is a very unique Airbnb in a perfect location for walking everywhere in Oaxaca. David was helpful and responsive. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Central but not noisy, the plus is that in front there is a coffee shop that gets out of trouble, very rich breakfasts, flexible and easy arrival, we travel with 18 months old baby and the space is safe and spacious, there is a central garden so I recommend carrying repellent.

My stay was comfortable and the host was communicative through my stay. The shower pressure was decent and the hot water was very hot. I would stay here again next time I visit. Thank you for the comfortable stay!
