We booked this massive property for a 3-night weekend. One night we had 20 people and the property fit everyone comfortably. Endless hours of fun were had in the pool/jacuzzi area. Loved being able to have boats pull up directly to the dock. The staff were very professional and kind. Chefs Mary and Billie made delicious use of groceries we bought and kept us well fed. Groundskeeper John was very helpful when we had additional asks like charcoal. Remember to tip!!! Our host, Raul was very helpful when we were looking for contacts for boats and wanted to extend the run time of the jacuzzi later into the night. A few things we think could be improved: - The jacuzzi runs lukewarm. When we asked to turn it up a little we met some resistance. It seems they try but the heating is brief. - Small comforts like floor mats for the bathrooms are lacking. As other reviews mention, you only get one towel per person. But hey, that's a lot of towels. Overall, excellent time and value for money.
