Extremely convenient and useful for medium sized parties!

This Airbnb is beautiful and in a great location. We ate at the restaurant connected it to it (Huset) multiple times and it was awesome. If you have your wooden blinds open during Huset’s open hours, you can hear the noise from the restaurant, but closing the blinds resolves that issue. The rooftop is gorgeous and the hot tub was really nice. We would stay here again.

Overall great experience. Julio and Bernardo were great. The host was very responsive. Everyone who works there is very welcoming.

This is an amazing place to stay! Our girls weekend was perfect: perfect location, fantastic adjacent restaurant, wonderful security and help (thank you Bernardo). This area is walkable to museums, shops and fantastic restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so nice to have a little privacy and your own little room at night but so close together with your group.

This place rocks. It's in a great spot, close and walkable to everything. Many restaurants you see on social media or read about in reviews are within walking distance. The restaurant downstairs is super useful to grab a drink and watch the game, or for dinner with your whole family--and the food is fantastic. The host responded quickly to any request we had. All of the staff--restaurant hosts and waiters, the guards, the Airbnb host--were extremely gracious, delightful, and accomodating. Highly recommended!

We quite enjoyed our stay here. It’s situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms looked exactly like the listing and it was fun for our group to feel like we had the whole place to ourselves.

We booked the five rooms because we were a group of 10 women. It was perfect for our group and we loved the rooftop terrace to regroup all together. The neighbourhood is great and very central for visiting the city. Everything was like the description and the reviews are all pretty accurate. Thanks a lot Walter!

This is a special gem in the heart of Roma Norte. It feels like a speak easy with access to the restaurant onsite, shops below the Airbnb, and our own 24 hour security! 10/10 highly recommended. It can get mildly noisy on weekend from the restaurant but honestly unless you have a newborn or severe insomnia, we were able to sleep like babies. The terrace is beautiful. Too hot for us to enjoy but I bet great when cooler or if you are brave to chill in the included jacuzzi :) the host and manager both very responsive within 10-20 minutes for any concerns. Would highly recommend staying here. In fact we will likely stay here again when we return

Walter’s place was beautiful and very well located. As a group of young girls, we really appreciated the 24/7 security who were extremely kind and accommodating. The hosts were also very kind and extremely responsive. There was a cute spacious outdoor rooftop space; only thing to note is you have to pay an extra fee per person per day to use the pool/tub feature. We also did not expect that the windows of the bedrooms would face directly into the restaurant. We also found out on the last day that the restaurant offers 20% off to guests at the AirBnB. Overall, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean spacious stay in a lively and central area.

The Airbnb was lovely. Every suite has a bathroom and nice living space. The location is walkable and near many great restaurants, cafes and shops. I would book again if I returned without hesitation

Perfect location for a group of guests who wants to explore Roma. Security was friendly and it was an easy process to check in. It is also right next to a 24 hr oxxo and circle k which are both convenience stores for water and snacks. Since there wasn’t a common room/living room, we just picked one room to hang out and chit chat. WiFi can be spotty but it’s best in rooms facing the restaurant. Hot water for showers are great. It’s super strong so be careful adjusting temperature before you step into shower. If you want housekeeper to take out your trash, let the person who assist with the check in know. I would stay here again for the location. :)

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an overall great experience here! The location is unbeatable and, most importantly, the building felt very safe throughout our stay. Why we loved it: * Perfect for Groups: It was the ideal size for our group of five—plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable with their own bed and bathroom. * Amazing Staff: The security guards were super friendly and welcoming every time we walked through the door. * Great Communication: The host was excellent with speedy replies whenever we had a question. * Honest Listing: The description was accurate and honest, so there were no surprises when we arrived. A Note on Noise: Since there is a restaurant attached to the building, there was some noise to be expected. However, it didn't dampen our stay at all. Overall, we were all very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible place in Mexico City. We went on a girls trip with 5 people and it fit our needs perfectly. The location is wonderful, lots to do close by and very walkable neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and pictures are very reflective of each room. The restaurant that is on the main floor is great and we enjoyed cocktails at the bar on several occasions. As others note, three of the bedrooms face the restaurant and it is a lively location on weekends. Sensitive sleepers should take the backrooms, I had no issues getting good rest. I would certainly stay at this location again!

We were a group of 5 and this was perfect for Us, We had individual rooms for when we wanted privacy and we meet communally or in one of the rooms. The best thing is the location, I thought it was weird coming in thru a restaurant but somehow that was really cool! There is 24/7 security do I felt safe and the area around it was great to explore close to shop and dining places, Good communication with the property manager also, so God forbid you have an issue you can communicate with them quickly! Would definitely recommend for people who want to be safe and close to the action.

Great space and super walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Very cozy place. Perfect for large parties who want to travel together, but want their own privacy. 5 individual rooms, each with their own living room and bathrooms. The terrace was beautiful as well! Excellent location, in the middle of all the best restaurants, bars and desserts! Check out Panaderia Rosetta for the best Guava roll. Great communication and will work out with any schedule. Will definitely stay again in the future

Walter and his team are proof that hospitality still exists. Walter was flexible when we had to rearrange our travel dates from cancelled flights and graciously accommodated us. The property manager Aline always checked in via messages with any questions/requests. Each room has its own perks but overall felt safe, reliable, and equal to one another for a group of 9. Everyone was truly comfortable. We loved the 24 hour security (the guards were so cheerful) and the self check-in keypad made it so we had autonomy from each other. None of us felt that the noise from the restaurant was intrusive. The plywood window coverings were an added bonus of being able to black out the rooms when we went to sleep. The communal rooftop was our favorite highlight of the trip and a peaceful retreat when we needed a break from the city. There’s only 4 chairs (some log stumps could add to the beach feel) but we were able to make do. We can’t thank you all enough & hope to come back to this special place!

This place is great! The first place I stayed when visiting Mexico City 10 years ago but the place did not feel aged at all. Great space for a group all with individual rooms and bathrooms. Can’t beat the location. Hoping to return soon again. Much thanks to Walter and Aline for such a great stay!

Spent a long weekend with extended family for 4 nights (9 ppl). Excellent location, easy to access Metro. Great for large groups. Saw a few complaints about noise, which is true, but having stayed in the neighborhood a couple times, there is going to be some late night noise regardless where you stay.

Absolutely amazing stay! 5*! It should be noted that although it’s not clear in the photos these apartments are on the second floor of a lively restaurant, with windows that open into the restaurant. So during the day we kept the shudders closed as anyone in the restaurant could easily look up and see our entire room through the large clear windows. The restaurant also stays open until around 1AM, which is a great spot to catch a late meal or drink but also means that we could hear music in the rooms until that late. Would definitely stay again for size, space, and location but be aware of the fact there will be some noise (4 out of 10 noise level) and it’s a little weird when the windows are open.

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb! We were 5 couples so this worked well to have our own room and bathrooms but still be all together. The pictures were extremely accurate and the place was clean. It was easy to find and felt very safe with security. The restaurant noise didn’t bother us because our group was out late quite often so for being in a lively part of the neighborhood that is just expected. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us walking around Roma Norte. 10/10 recommend!

We were a big group of friends coming in from different parts of the world to celebrate a friends wedding. This place was perfect, allowing each couple some privacy while having enough room to socialize upstairs on the roofdeck. The location was great and Walter's staff were extremely responsive. Definitely recommend for group stays!

We had a great stay overall! The space was large and easily accommodated our group, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, with a great restaurant conveniently attached. The security of the building made us feel safe, and the host was flexible, which was a huge help. We also appreciated that housekeeping and maintenance were available as needed, which made things smooth and stress-free. That said, there were a few downsides: the beds were on the smaller side (not quite as big as a queen as advertised), the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, and the bathroom floors tended to get quite wet after showers. There was also some unavoidable noise during our stay—we happened to be there on a particularly loud night with nearby dogs, but that was probably just bad timing. Overall, a solid stay with some great perks and responsive hosting—just a few small things to be aware of. Would still consider returning!!

We loved staying here! We had a girls trip to CDMX and having different rooms with their own bathrooms was awesome. We loved the layout and would definitely stay again! The restaurant next door is so beautiful and yummy. We felt so safe in this airbnb with the security.

Excellent location and amenities. Everything was as we expected. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The truth is highly recommended. As for the sound of the restaurant, it was very quiet. Would stay there again without thinking about it.

We had a great stay with a group of 6 adults. The space was clean, check-in was fairly smooth (about a 15-min wait), and the location felt safe and walkable with easy access. Three rooms face the restaurant but noise wasn’t an issue for our Mon-Fri stay. The two interior rooms are much darker. Bathrooms in the front rooms are very tight—tough for tall guests. Beds were comfy but full-size, which can be snug for two adults. There’s no shared indoor space; we used an extra room as a hangout since the rooftop wasn’t usable due to rain. No comfy seating, just beds. We expected daily housekeeping (as listed) but it must be requested. Internet was reliable, A/C worked well, fridges didn’t get very cold, and TVs were tricky to use. Steep stairs to beds with one handrail could be unsafe for kids or elderly. Great for adult groups who plan to be out most of the day.

The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The place is a bit older, but still clean and well-kept. Just a heads-up for larger groups: there’s no common area to gather, which could be a drawback if you're looking to spend time together indoors. Otherwise, a very nice stay overall.

We had an amazing stay during a guys trip to Mexico City. The space was perfect for our group of five — each of us had our own room, private bathroom, and lofted bed, so it felt private but still connected. The home is beautifully designed, and the rooftop patio was a great hangout spot (just wish there was one more chair up there!). Roma Norte is a fantastic neighborhood — super walkable, bikeable, and filled with great restaurants and culture. The Airbnb is attached to a chic restaurant where we had our final dinner — it was spectacular. A few rooms face the restaurant courtyard, but the sound didn’t bother anyone. A huge thanks to Aline, who was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and to Walter and the kind, professional staff — including the friendly security guards out front. We felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this spot and would stay again!

We stayed in this apartment as a group of 8. It is located just inside the doorway of the beautiful restaurant Huset, which adds a lot of charm to the entry way. The inside of the apartment is beautiful and has five bedrooms, each with a lofted bed space. As mentioned in the description and other reviews, this is inside the same building as a restaurant, so it does stay loud until about 1 AM. Within the apartment, there is no common space for a group to gather, but there is a rooftop area that can be that common space. The rooftop only had four chairs on it while we were staying there, but they told us they were working on getting more. The location could not be better. If you were looking for a comfortable place to return to after a night out in the city, this is perfect for you. I would not recommend this apartment for an older person that may have trouble with stairs or not want to hear music late into the night.

The place is great I would highly recommend for a group trip. The location is perfect and the rooftop with the hot tub is incredible. Only things to note is the rooms are fairly dark and it is located in a restaurant. 3 of the rooms look into the restaurant which may seem strange at first but is private enough not to worry. This is a 5-suite hotel, not really a house (no kitchen or anything that would make it possible to eat in the room), walkable to almost anywhere. We walked to the Lucha Libre Arena Mexico, La Condesa restaurants, even walked to Reforma Avenue which is closed on Sunday, even walked to El Zocalo (long but beautiful walk). Inside the property is a restaurant, so 3 room’s windows look over the restaurant and it actually makes it so much nicer, the music at the restaurant and people eating/talking can be heard in the room if window is open, that actually made it so lovely. The music is great btw! Everyone in my group had a great time!

5 suites is slightly hard to find at first as the entrance is inside a restaurant. But it’s very comfortable and nice

Overall, a great place right in the heart of Roma Norte! The neighborhood is amazing, there are lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and rooftops to visit easily within walking distance. We had 10 people in our group and our check-in experience was very easy, even with several of us coming in at different times. We communicated with Aline the property manager (super responsive) and she made sure each of the security guards were aware of our arrival times. Everyday the security guards greeted us with a smile and made sure all guests were in after each late night. There was a little bit of restaurant noise in the rooms closest to the restaurant, but it didn’t bother us! We actually loved the vibes of having the restaurant right there and made us always want to get up and wander the neighborhood! We also loved the rooftop and enjoyed the hot tub after very long days on our feet, it was the perfect way to rest and recover. 100% recommend if coming to CDMX!

We had a fantastic stay at Walter’s! The location is perfect and we were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop space. The manager, Aline, was responsive and so helpful. The security guards were also so helpful and pleasant. The rooms on the restaurant side do get more noise, but have more natural light. The rooms on the other side don’t have as much natural light but have bigger bathrooms. The suite at the back on the left was the biggest. Some people in our group were able to check out late and store their luggage, so helpful! Aline also gave a great recommendation for laundry. Walter was so helpful and responsive ahead of our trip. Overall, highly recommend.

This stay was so incredibly lovely! The space itself is very beautiful, decorated by adjoining restaurant’s lights and green vines. We had a group of 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still being close together. It was nice to be greeted by security & the host every time we left & came back as it felt very safe. Property manager was very responsive with any housekeeping or maintenance needs. Location was perfect as there were so many things to do, see, and eat! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved staying here! We ended up being sick on vacation and spent our whole time in our Airbnb and were so thankful to have such amazing hosts! I don’t think I’ve ever had such responsive and wonderful hosts, Walter and Aline were so kind and helpful! They literally had everything ready early just so I could have a room to be sick and lay down in. Kindest hosts ever! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will 100% be back! If you’re looking for a chill and upbeat vibe along with wonderful community surrounding this is the place to stay!

The private rooftop and hot tub is a true oasis. Aline the property manager was so helpful and kind, the security guards, Oscar and Martin, were always welcoming. We had a great stay. The location can’t be beat. Check in was easy and the host and building manager were responsive and easy to communicate with. There was a little bit of restaurant noise, but it didn’t bother us! We actually loved the vibe of having the restaurant right there. We also loved the beautiful rooftop patio. One note is that there are a lot of narrow stairs both to the lofted beds and rooftop so consider that if you have anyone in your party who has difficultly with stairs (we didn’t).

Walter’s place was perfect for our large group of friends! It felt like a luxury hotel in many ways. We each got our own loft style bedroom that was well insulated from outside (this was important since it is attached to a popular restaurant). The rooms were very well maintained and there were lots of little details in each room that made us feel at home like: fresh bouquets, soft towels, and plenty of toiletries. There are fridges in each room, but no kitchens. I don’t think that matters because you are in a great neighborhood filled with amazing food! The private rooftop area was really easy to access and enjoy. The location is also central to many attractions like convenience stores, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We were able to have direct contact with the Airbnb manager the whole time. She was very helpful and responsive. The housekeeping staff also came and freshened up during our stay. Overall a great experience!

This place was amazing. More beautiful than the photos and the location could not have been better. The previous reviews saying that it was difficult to get into the Airbnb late at night are no longer accurate, the security guard was available 24/7 to let us in. This was a great stay for the money paid and I would definitely consider staying again next trip!

Wonderful spot to stay with a large family. All 6 adults and 2 small children fit easily and everyone had their own area to rest and escape. Very clean. Great location. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Super cool right next to an awesome restaurant! Doorman was wonderful and always available to let us in or out. Host super responsive.

Super cute and a wonderful location! The restaurant noise is something to consider before booking your stay. The restaurant closes at 12am but the music continues until around 1:30-2:00 am. The rooms are beautifully decorated (included a fresh bouquet of flowers), but they could use more light or lighting fixtures. The outdoor space is on the rooftop and is truly lovely. The stairs to get up to the space are steep and difficult to navigate so if you're traveling with children or elderly may want to take this into consideration before booking. All that being said, would definitely stay again! Walter and the property manager are very accommodating, and space was great!

Great airbnb for a large group and in a very walkable neighborhood. We used the first room on the right as a common area as well as the terrace. The noise from the restaurant wasn’t too bad on weekdays especially if the wooden blinds were closed. Heads up, the 3 rooms on the restaurant side of the hallway have smaller bathrooms whereas the 2 rooms that are street side have bigger bathrooms and more natural light. It was great to have 24/7 security, daily cleaning, a local contact, and a bar/restaurant just outside the front door.

Great place in a great location. They’re very flexible and responsive as well. As for the noise, it can be bothersome if a light sleeper. Definitely not suitable for light sleepers as it can be loud. For us we get so tired at night after excursions that we knock out. And I always bring white noise with me so it worked out perfectly.

Wow! The airbnb was a gem! The upstairs patio with jacuzzi was the perfect hang out spot after a long day exploring the city. I was with a group of 9 and we all had such an amazing time and enjoyed the studio suites. It is semi loud at night but music stops around 12am- not bad at all if you’re a night owl.

I’d recommend this place for young people who want to explore the nightlife. The other reviews are accurate about the noise from the music that is right next door.
