Sagiv

Sagiv and his property were truly a gem in Tulum. When our plane landed our first Airbnb host canceled our reservation and we were scrambling to find a new place to stay. Sagiv answered the phone at 8pm Tulum time and was able to make last minute accommodations for our group of 8. With the help of the amazing property manager they were able to clean the property into the night and were very accommodating towards us by letting us go inside before the property was fully cleaned. We had a small issue with the water on the second day and the property manager was super responsive and sent out a technician to fix the problem immediately. The rooms and property themselves are beautiful and a close proximity to good food, beaches, and clubs. I cannot recommend this property enough, I am grateful we were able to stay here and have such an amazing experience.

Loved the property! The host was beyond helpful and proactive! Gave great recommendations and help make the trip planning a breeze. Lizete took a lot of the hassle away and took care of us! Beyond grateful. 10/10 would recommend.. we said we would be back for sure!
