"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house offers the perfect balance of comfort and that laid-back coastal atmosphere you look for in Puerto Escondido. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor spaces. The location felt like a private sanctuary to return to. Frank was great host; helpful and very friendly! Gloria, Itzel and Daniel were warm, helpful - simply amazing when it comes to spoil us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Frank’s for a family trip. It was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and the views were spectacular. Easy drive to other local beaches and town. Gloria and the house staff made delicious meals and were very friendly.

The ocean is a constant. pleasant present in the open living area of the house. The pool is inviting when the beach is too hot. Frank was helpful throughout our stay.

20 minutes away from Puerto Escondido, this property seemed far from the town but was actually perfectly located. Incredibly quiet and private, with miles of uninterrupted beaches, and a relaxed layout, this property was perfect to relax. A 20 minute drive brought you to all Puerto Escondido offers; it never seemed far. Gloria pampered us with breakfast and lunch: simple local treats -ceviche, enchiladas, steak, fish- but all amazing. All in all a wonderful location for a trip to the beach.

This house is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It's an artwork. Everything was perfect. Frank and the other people in the house are friendly and lovely. The girls came to cook the days we were and Dany made us the Super so everything is very easy. I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Frank! I had the best birthday!!

Frank is a great host. The house is located 10-15 minutes from the tourist area. My family and I, we had an incredible time, the place is quiet, with ocean views, the clean pool, has all the amenities. Mrs. Gloria is a plus during the stay, very rich cuisine. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful private house with nice beach! Top notch pool! Our family loved it. Gloria and Danny took good care of us through our stay. Bedrooms are comfortably air conditioned and protected from insects and wildlife.

Excellent place to vacation, away from touristy areas with direct beach beach access. The villa has a great design and is quite spacious. Nico took care of all our enquiries and recommended us to Gloria, who cooked us delicious (for an extra fee). Definitely a place I'd go back to.

This house is stunning! The reality is definitely even more incredible than the photos. We had an awesome short stay and absolutely will plan to go back and stay longer in the near future. The setting, pool, the well-equipped kitchen, the outdoor living, the spacious en-suite bedrooms were all immaculate and beautiful. Highly recommend!!
