It is a beautiful place, it includes daily cleaning and RATZEL who was in charge of preparing the food, very friendly and helpful and delicious cooking.

Bayam is a really beautiful house, with an incredible atmosphere and a perfect space to enjoy and relax. Being so close to the ocean makes the experience unique, from waking up to the sound of the waves to enjoying every sunset. The team's service was exceptional: Eva was always attentive to every detail, the chef cooks delicious food and makes every meal a real pleasure, and the cleaning lady was always available. Definitely an experience to repeat and highly recommend.

The place is beautiful!! We arrived without any problems and even though we arrived at night, the host was always available. When we arrived they showed us the house and explained all the services we had during the time we were going to be in the house. The house is just as seen in the photos, a few steps from the beach and with a private pool. The beach is very quiet. Ideal to go with family or friends to enjoy and disconnect from everything. The house is about 25-30 minutes from downtown Puerto Escondido, very close. Although the truth is that we didn't need to go out because the hosts helped us with the shopping and everything we needed. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

We had an incredible vacation. The house is spectacular, better than the photos, on a quiet and beautiful beach. Eva was always very attentive to everything and made sure that we had everything we needed. Juan Carlos' cooking is excellent, a great chef who served us 10 out of 10. An ideal place to rest and have a good time! We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this beach front villa for a week and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The house is just a few steps from the sand—you wake up to ocean views and the sound of waves, every single day. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. What really stood out was how peaceful it felt!

Our recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in a beautiful, secluded location, offering us the perfect getaway to enjoy each other with marvelous sunsets every night. Miles of endless beach, the serene beauty of the coastline; we even saw whales! The layout of the property was well thought out. We loved being able to transition seamlessly between the indoor spaces and the inviting outdoor areas (no bugs!) Eva provided outstanding service with efficiency and warmth. The delicious chef service with Ivan and Jesus was another highlight. Prepared delicious meals that added a special touch to our experience with a local touch of fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh squeezed pineapple juice and hibiscus water. Sweet Faviola did a fantastic job of keeping the property clean and tidy. She was discreet and did not get in the way, allowing us to fully enjoy our time at the property. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Amazing place!!!! It exceeded all our expectations, the house is beautiful, the location is very comfortable. But what surprised us the most was the excellent service! Eva was always attentive, super friendly and helped us with everything, the chef Ivan cooked us delicious food and Faviola helped us with the cleaning, super friendly!! A highly recommended place! Excellent for a family vacation and everything is just as advertised in the photos. In general, everything was very good.

The only thing is that we would add curtains for the upstairs rooms, but really an amazing place and experience. Eli and Ivan, who worked on the house, did a spectacular job

Hosts always gave care no matter what the time. We order food service and it was delicious, Dona the chef gave us many food options and everything is delicious. We had some light issues but due to conditions out of reach and there was always support and attention from Eva the host. The distance to Zicatela if it is a little far but if you want to have privacy and tranquility is the best option since it has everything you need.

The house is divine, with all the amenities, without damage, beautiful views and everything excellent! from the comfort of the living room we could see dolphins! Chef Dani's food was delicious, all the meals and drinks, very good. Definitely a place to go back to!

It is a perfect place to spend a few days in a very comfortable atmosphere with spectacular views of the sea and sunset. It was the perfect place to disconnect and live with family. Chef Dany service was excellent, we ate delicious!!! Paola's attention and service was top notch! And Eva is always on the lookout and available to help us. A 100% recommended experience!

The house is beautiful, you have the beach just a few steps away, it just matches the photos, the sunsets are incredible. Mrs. Eva and Mrs. Lucy's attention was exceptional! You have to consider that this open sea and enter the water you have to be careful, there is very little influx of people during the day which for us was excellent since we were looking for a place to rest, relax and that there was not much noise from people, this place was the ideal! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Puerto Escondido.

We travel as a family in search of quiet days and this house exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach, the waves, the ocean view is spectacular. The house is much better than the photos, it has good internet to work if required, that's the winner. We hired the chef service and it was the best thing we could do. We would go back to this villa without any question.

This house is a great choice for accommodation. Isacc , Eva, Ade and Abi are great at making you feel right at home. They have the best arrangement for all you need on your vacation days. The house is beautiful , it has an incredible view of the sea and luckily we have to see whales and flamingos. Thanks for making us feel right at home!

Wonderful stay we recommend to everyone

The place is amazing, everything was perfect. The house is divine, super comfortable, the staff are always very attentive. We feel very fortunate to have been able to spend 4 nights in such a privileged place. Thank you very much

The house is amazing and beautiful and very well designed and furnished. The kitchen is super well stocked with everything needed to cook big meals. Ade, the daily housekeeper, is a sweet gem. She was always willing to help. Eva, the property manager, always responded to messages within a few mins. We had a cook come once, organized by Eva, to prepare a dinner. The place is stunning. If you are looking for peace and quiet, it depends on who else is renting at Plataforma. The houses are very very close together so other people’s conversations and music can be easily heard. The group pool for all the houses is right next to this house so all the noise from there can be an issue. Also, trucks and motorcycles drive onto beach in front of house so there were lot’s of people hanging right in front of house that drove there including a pickup parked on beach in front of our house blocking our view. It wasn’t as peaceful as I was expecting, because of people in other houses and on the beach.

The food and service of the chef and service are exceptional. The house is very comfortable and clean.

There were 10 of us and we had a great time. A very good place to rest. It's clean, organized, and better than what you see in the photos. There is also the option to have a cook paying a little more which turned out to be very helpful. The price is reasonable for everything it offers, it is a very quiet area. I would definitely come back!

The house is spectacular, but the most incredible thing is the service they provide. The food and service were out of this world.

It's an excellent property. We stayed 5 days and it's a paradise because it's isolated from the city. In addition, the service that Eva, Ade and Dani provided was top notch, many congratulations.

We had an excellent stay. Our host was outstanding in communication and helping us with everything we needed-thank you Eva & Gloria. We opted for the private chef and she was so professional and catered for all of our needs including dietary requirements. The house itself is the perfect beach house for a luxury escape. We surfed everyday and delighted in the natural surrounds. An unforgettable stay.

The house looks exactly like the photos, the place is beautiful and very quiet, the house has practically anything you need. The service was excellent, at no time did we need anything, they were always attentive to us and anything we needed. In the complex there was a man who always took care of the house and constantly asked us if we needed anything. My family and I had a very pleasant stay, we had a lot of fun and achieved our goal which was to rest and enjoy :)

Beautiful place that offers privacy, 30 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is recommended to rent a car for greater ease of movement. Open sea with moderate waves that allow you to enjoy with caution, smooth sand, surfers enjoy it almost daily from very early in the morning. Isacc and Eva were always very helpful and friendly from the beginning, very flexible with the check-in/check-out time, and their response was always prompt. My family and I had a great time throughout our stay. There is a young lady (Ade) who takes care of the cleaning on a daily basis. She was always very nice and attentive, keeping everything in order from very early in the morning. The workers who are supporting the construction of the new complexes are also always very friendly. We had the advantage of fully enjoying the main pool since there were no guests in the other complexes. Thank you, Isacc and Eva, for all your attention!! We have fond memories!

If you want an experience facing the sea and enjoying its proximity, this is the perfect choice. Its architecture allows you to open your doors and feel like the sea is part of your home. Also, Eva's attention is simply exceptional. They took care of us and pampered us at all times, providing excellent service and communication. In fact, we felt so good in the house that we didn't want to go out anywhere else during our stay. It really was an unforgettable experience!
