The apartment is as described, it has everything you need for a city stay, while I was not in vacation it was perfect for my needs. The train is quite noisy but you can sort it out with earplugs. The building has incredible ambience and amenities and is kept organized and clean. The team was very kind on accommodating the change in my reservation to shorten it

I spent a month in 2503 and had a wonderful time, the building’s amenities are great and there are lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within walking distance. There is also a very good grocery store, Auto Mercado, about a 10 minute walk from URBN Escalante. My favorite thing about the apartment though was the balcony, especially at sunset.

The apartment is beautiful, and the price for the stay was very good. It has an excellent view. It was very easy to access, and the parking attendant is super friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. It is important to note that for those who plan to cook several meals, although the stove burners heat up well, it takes a long time to heat the pans. We couldn't find a rice cooker or a cord for the water heater, and we had to buy the salt ourselves, although we really appreciated that there was oil, pepper, herbs, and chicken bouillon. The armchair, bed, adjustable desk, and desk chair are of very good quality and very comfortable; there are stools on the balcony. During our stay, there was no internet on any of the days. We wrote to the Host, and he offered to send someone to check the equipment tomorrow; however, they didn't follow up, and we decided not to bother them again and to use our own data. I would recommend leaving some kind of cleaning product, like a disinfectant. I would definitely come back!

Amazing views from the apartment! The area around is walkable. We walked to the central market in under 30 minutes. Make sure to communicate when booking if you need a parking space. The service desk will help with check-in and parking pass/access key. The place was peaceful and clean. Access to shared amenities like the pool and rooftop was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

we had a great time staying here! The host is super responsive and super helpful! We had everything we needed in the apartment. Only thing I wish we had was access to local TV channels.

Good stay and good location. Walking distance to plenty of resturants and bars. Make sure to google maps "urbn" when arriving, it'll bring you right to it.

The apartment is just lovely. The night view from the balcony and windows is just spectacular. So much better than the pictures. I suggest you guys add some night view photos into your gallery. The building itself has everything you might need for a short city stay - gym, laundry, very nice view from the 29th floor that is available to all residents. The apartment really feels like home and we had a very good time staying in it.

This is a great place with a stellar view of San Jose! I made use of the gym, pool, and lounge area which were all in great shape! It’s small but beautifully decorated and efficient so it felt spacious enough! As a solo digital nomad, I’d recommend!

The apartment and the building are very nice with all the amenities. It has a pool, gym, security and ample parking. The area is excellent, close to all the sights, bars and restaurants. It's true about the train noises, but I didn't find it unbearable or uncomfortable. I recommend changing the mattress and pillows.

Amazing place just as described. Easy to walk into town and great setup for self catering. Very responsive and helpful host. Couldn’t fault it !! :)
