I spent a month in 2503 and had a wonderful time, the building’s amenities are great and there are lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within walking distance. There is also a very good grocery store, Auto Mercado, about a 10 minute walk from URBN Escalante. My favorite thing about the apartment though was the balcony, especially at sunset.

El apartamento es precioso y fue un muy buen precio por la estancia, tiene una excelente vista. Fue muy fácil acceder y el guarda del parqueo es súper amable. La cocina está bien equipada, es importante mencionar que para quien vaya a cocinar varias comidas, si bien los discos de la estufa calientan bien, dura mucho en calentar los sartenes. No encontramos olla arrocera ni cable para el calentador de agua, la sal tuvimos que comprarla por nuestra parte aunque se aprecia mucho que había aceite, pimienta, hierbas y consomé de pollo. El sillón, cama, escritorio regulable y silla de escritorio son de una muy buena calidad y muy cómodas, en el balcón hay taburetes. Durante nuestra estadía, no hubo internet ninguno de los días, se escribió al anfitrión y tuvo iniciativa de enviar a alguien a revisar el equipo mañana, sin embargo no avisaron nada y decidimos no molestar nuevamente y usar nuestros datos. Recomendaría dejar algún tipo de limpiador como desinfectante. Sin duda volvería!

Amazing views from the apartment! The area around is walkable. We walked to the central market in under 30 minutes. Make sure to communicate when booking if you need a parking space. The service desk will help with check-in and parking pass/access key. The place was peaceful and clean. Access to shared amenities like the pool and rooftop was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

we had a great time staying here! The host is super responsive and super helpful! We had everything we needed in the apartment. Only thing I wish we had was access to local TV channels.

Good stay and good location. Walking distance to plenty of resturants and bars. Make sure to google maps "urbn" when arriving, it'll bring you right to it.

The apartment is just lovely. The night view from the balcony and windows is just spectacular. So much better than the pictures. I suggest you guys add some night view photos into your gallery. The building itself has everything you might need for a short city stay - gym, laundry, very nice view from the 29th floor that is available to all residents. The apartment really feels like home and we had a very good time staying in it.

This is a great place with a stellar view of San Jose! I made use of the gym, pool, and lounge area which were all in great shape! It’s small but beautifully decorated and efficient so it felt spacious enough! As a solo digital nomad, I’d recommend!

El departamento y el edificio son muy bonitos con todas las comodidades. Tiene pileta, gym, seguridad y un amplio parking. La zona es excelente, cerca de todos los lugares de interés, de bares y restaurantes. Es cierto lo de los ruidos del tren, pero no me pareció algo insoportable o incómodo. Si aconsejo cambiar el colchón y las almohadas.

Loved this place and would stay here again! The location was great and the apartment had everything. The view and the amenities in the building were also amazing.
