It's an amazing and spacious property. It's a short cab ride to the beach zone or into central Tulúm. It offers the best of both worlds between relaxing quietly or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Edgar, the host, was helpful through it all.

I would 100% recommend this listing in Tulum. I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to host my family for my birthday. It was just amazing, both the villa and the host, who was exceptional. Edgar helped us have a great stay; he took care of everything for us. I recommend the yoga class at home as well as the personal chef at home that he offers. It was amazing. Thanks again

I loved my stay there

We stayed at Casa Luna for a bachelorette party with 12 girls. The place was incredible and fit all of us very comfortably. Our coordinator Edgar was so helpful in assisting with all our scheduled events and logistics. The on-site personnel Daniel was the absolutely best! He helped us with anything we needed. Overall we were so well taken care of and would go back in a heart beat.

This property is absolutely stunning! The check-in process was incredibly quick and hassle-free. Leo, the host, greeted us warmly upon arrival, assisted us with the check-in, and even showed us around the property. The home boasts an immaculate courtyard with a delightful dip pool in the center, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or hosting gatherings. All five bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering breathtaking views of the courtyard. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a beautiful and convenient getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Tulum and loved staying at this villa! Daniel was an exceptional host and house manager and was quick to respond to any needs and made us feel at home! Would def recommend this place!

I took family to this house. There were 3 generations in this spacious home. The living area was a great place to congregate and talk, play games, watch TV, etc. There are very few close neighbors, but it was easy to get to places we wanted to go. Edgar did a great job in recommending places to go and arranging reservations when we needed them. There was an on-site aide by the name of Daniel. He was fantastic in helping us keep the place working and secure on our daily trips to beaches, cenotes and of course the Mayan ruins. Everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and felt private and safe. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Daniel and his team were amazing—so kind, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing to note is that you’ll need to drive or take a shuttle to the beach. We originally thought we could walk, but the road isn’t wide enough and isn’t safe for pedestrians. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we’d definitely stay here again
