Exclusive Pool Villa Very Close to the Beach

This Villa is Beautiful. It made us feel at home. My family was in awe with the entire stay. The staff was Amazing and I would recommend this Villa to my family and friends. This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfy. We felt very safe and were close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. Edgar was amazing—he helped us with reservations, transportation, and recommendations. He made my 30th birthday trip to Mexico perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough! Ten stars! ⭐️

What can I say!! Our stay was absolutely amazing. I contacted our host many times to set things up prior to our visit and everything was set up for us perfectly. Edgar was so responsive and made sure to continue checking on us throughout our stay. I wasn’t aware of the rolling blackouts that occur and there was a moment we were without power and when we were able to contact Edgar to let him know he immediately tried to make things happen for us so that we were safe & comfortable and did something nice for us because of that situation. I would recommend this villa 1000 times over. Everything was beautiful, just like the pictures. Every recommendation he gave, we loved. Best host ever.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning, new, and modern home! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a sleek and contemporary design that exuded luxury and comfort. The attention to detail throughout the house was impeccable. Above all, our host, Edgar, was absolutely exceptional. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. His thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Please note that this home is located in the jungle and in a construction zone. You can't hear any construction going on. The roads surrounding the property are still being paved. I think this area will be finished in the next couple months.

Wow con las atenciones de Edgar !!!! Nos recibió, siempre estuvo al pendiente inclusive después de las 12 pm. La casa es hermosa, es como un mini hotel. Te proporcionan servicios adicionales a muy buen precio. Nosotros contratamos chef y riquísimo todo. Vale la pena hospedarse ahí, te sentirás en un hotel. Felicidades a Edgar !!! Gracias por todo.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist nah zum Beach - ca. 5-8 min mit dem Auto. Leider gibt es in der Nähe fussläufig keine Restaurants. Der Taxifahrer Vladimir den uns LEO empfohlen hat war immer zuverlässig und pünktlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Edgar was an awesome host. Very responsive, always available to help with anything including transportation to and from the airport, as well as locally in Tulum. Very friendly. The house is beautiful and as advertised. The location is secluded and not much around currently, which we preferred. Additionally, the house is an easy taxi ride to both Tulum town or the hotel zone/beach. Great stay and would book again for sure!
