Best kitchen in Las Conchas! No rocks directly in front of property make wading into the water easy and worry free. Comfy beds with cotton linens and beach view bedrooms. The pool was a great addition when the water was too choppy for swimming.

This place has everything you need, absolutely perfect for our group of 8 (four adults, four kids). The swimming pool is a huge plus, the kids can continue swimming after the adults get too pooped to supervise them in the ocean.

We’ve stayed in las conchas multiple times with different houses and this house has been the most modern, clean and almost fully stocked home, with endless towels, blankets, utensils and kitchen tools, beautiful views and overall amazing

The house is amazing. Has everything you need to have a great time. In our stay there were 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and a kid - everyone loved the place. The patio is very relaxing and the access to the beach just steps away.

This is a wonderful rental, perfectly situated on a beautiful sandy beach, and Lisa was very responsive in answering all of our questions. We have visited Las Conchas every year since 1999, and Lisa's place was the best! We will definitely return.

Lisa‘s place is awesome. We had such a great time. It is beautiful and right on the beach. The place is so well stocked. There’s nothing that you will need. The views and the pool are amazing. The locals are friendly and the drive down was nothing but safe and secure. We felt so at home And it was a wonderful trip for all. We highly recommend Lisa’s place and would insist that you go soon and often.

The location is great, still have some beach at high tide. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The showers aren’t great with very low water pressure in the secondary bath and having repeatedly to reset the water heater breaker in the primary.

It’s feels like an adventure to get there, but it was worth the trip. Modern and updated interior of the house, but the beach is the star. Very few other people, no vendors, unique tides. The kids loved it. Would definitely go back. Lisa was very communicative and made it easy.

We had the best vacation staying in Peñasco. This house was exactly as described! You cannot beat these views and the private beach especially directly off the property is clean and so much fun! We never needed for anything and if I had questions Lisa always was quick to respond.. we will be returning! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

Beautiful beach front house. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious. Couple of stairs to go down to the beach. Lights did go out a couple of times during our last night stay but we found plenty of lamps! A little hard to find the house but once we got in contact with the host we were able to find it. Wonderful beach house for our family of 6. Well stocked with beach toys. Plenty of sitting inside and out. Lisa was awesome! We will stay here again.

Amazing home, exactly as described. Right on the beach with everything we needed for an amazing get away. Neighbors were friendly, felt secure, and right at home. Lisa (host) was incredibly responsive messaging back within minutes and more than helpful. Most of the things we brought we could of left behind the home was so well furnished and stocked. From beach toys to cheese shredders we never needed something that we didn’t have provided. We literally coulda showed up with a bathing suit and some food and been right at home. Beautiful views, water was perfect, plenty to do for the kids, and adults. Massages by the beach, drinks delivered to the beach, but never felt overwhelmed by vendors walking the beaches: Couldn’t of asked for a more beautiful home and gracious host. We will definitely recommend and return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Matched description, beautiful place.

Dos Hermanos is a beautiful home directly on the beach in Las Conchas, and a perfect place to enjoy a surprise birthday for my husband with our family. Very spacious; some highlights are a very nice kitchen with large open living area, and nice bathrooms, a washer/dryer, plus ample space for lounging outside with two levels of outdoor space. The plunge pool/spa was amazing and gave us a perfect place to relax and admire the beach while keeping out of the sand. The water cooler was a real bonus, and it was easy to cook anything, and there is a nice grill outside too. We enjoyed amazing massages by Carmen in the shade of the gazebo while listening to the waves crash- truly wonderful. This house actually looks like the photos and possibly even nicer in person. And Lisa, the host, was so responsive- I truly appreciate feeling like she was our personal host- that meant a lot. We will be back!

Just as pictured and then some. We really enjoyed our family vacation here. The pool was a nice bonus. When it was high tide you felt like you were on a ship in the ocean.

Let me start by saying that as a STR super host myself, I am admittedly and obnoxiously picky with the properties we rent. My family and I have been going down to Rocky Point several times a year for almost 40 years and Lisa’s property, Dos Hermanos, is the very first that we are excited to rent again. Everything was as advertised and worked flawlessly. Communication with Lisa was easy and quick whenever we had a question. The house and property felt very secure and had plenty of parking within the gate. The house had everything we needed (hello drink fridge so we didn’t have to buy ice every day for the cooler - WINNING!); the beds were comfy, the AC was cold, the showers were hot, plenty of seating on the porch and blankets to keep you warm under the stars in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the house, including a crock pot for our Nacho night and griddle for pancakes in the morning. Almost everyone in our group had massages on the top porch by Betty and her team, who gave us a deal for being guests of “Lisa, la señora de la casa”. High tide at Dos Hermanos comes all the way up to the property crashing on the front wall, which was amazing to watch but didn’t allow for us to stay on the beach all day, not a big deal - the new pool will be perfect to chill in during high tide. Needless to say, we are already tossing out dates for our next stay!! Thank you, Lisa - from one host to another, great job!

I think this is the best house I’ve rented in Puerto Penasco. The location is perfect, it’s incredibly well-equipped and just really nice. No negatives. We loved it!

My family and I have been staying in Las Conchas for a few years now. This house, by far, is our new favorite rental! It has been beautifully renovated, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Location was perfect, beach was not at all crowded. We can't wait to go back! BTW, Betty is an excellent masseuse and Enrique (with Monkey Drinks) makes the best margaritas with lime and cucumber!!

Our stay at this lovely home was perfection! It was updated with the finest materials and amenities. The furnishings were beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the views from the entire house were unparalleled!!! The kitchen is so well equipped and the home was even supplied with all the beach necessities! It really is the most beautiful home in Las Conchas! This is by far the best beach house in Rocky Point! The home was clean, minimal and spacious. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc, and some basic spices. We already looking forward to our next trip!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you'll love! Owner is quick to respond to questions vi text and there's a book of photons numbers and recommends for food & services. We will stay again!
