We had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable and just as described in the listing. The communication with the host was very good and he was always attentive. We definitely recommend it and would stay again. Thank you very much!

we travelled from the UK and Ireland for a family holiday. The property is in a gated community and is extremely safe. It was large and spacious and ideal for our family of 13 adults and 3 kids. Our host and her staff were very friendly, and proactive and were very quick to attend to any issues we had. Morgane was a very attentive host and checked in regularly to see if we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing.. we would highly recommend this villa to larger groups.and would definitely stay here again.

This spot was absolutely perfect for my bachelorette party of 10. It’s a tranquil spot, and a 15 minute walk into the stores and restaurants, about 30 minute walk to the heart of playa del Carmen (nightlife strip) but super easy to get a taxi (about 25 USD from the Villa to the center). The rooms were spacious, and the home itself had so many neat amenities. We felt safe and secure. We also appreciate Morgane allowing us to check in two hours early! Super flexible and kind. Only critique is we wish the Airbnb had a mini speaker and some more fresh bath towels. Other than that, wonderful stay and would recommend you stay here as well!

Morgane and her family were great hosts. the home was clean but not well stocked. we ran out of gas for the stove, water, didn't have dishtowels or paper towels. given that the house is meant for 16 ppl, these items are necessary for a pleasant stay. another problem is that taxis can not enter the estate without a QR code which can only be generated through an app that guests don't have access to. This became a really big annoyance When we simply wanted to go out for food but didn't have time to walk to the front gate of the estateans had multiple taxis cancel on us.inwish this was communicated beforehand. the recommended chef Chantal was absolutely amazing, and brought water when we needed it as well as paper products. thankful for the beautiful space, and the responsiveness, and recommendations.

The Good: Location: Excellent, with easy access to beaches, food, and shops. Space: Highly suitable for large groups (up to 14), with comfortable common areas, dining, and a pool area. Convenience: The inclusion of two refrigerators was a major highlight for the group since cooking in house. Layout: Nice, open layout with large sliding glass doors. The Improvements Needed: Supplies & Basics: Shortage of essentials, specifically toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap. Maintenance & Amenities: The pool was not heated as advertised, the pool table was damaged (cracked/broken bumper), the PS4 lacked a charging cable, and the bikes in pictures were not available. Utilities: Hot water was inconsistent, with many showers being only lukewarm Communication: Asked by host to move to a communication app where voice messages were difficult to understand which lead to several areas of miscommunication. Recommend staying on Airbnb for communication.

The house was perfect for 3 families. Each family had their own wing of the house. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. Playa Del Carmen is very accessible as well. It’s nice that it is a gated community.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday in total there was 13 of us and we had a great time. The photos do not do this place justice. We had a responsive host who was very helpful with recommendations. The place is in a private community which is beautiful! Great for large groups

Morgane’s place was absolutely great! My family of 17 spent our Thanksgiving reunion here and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The house was beautiful, spacious, and the open layout downstairs was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood is very secure and private, yet very close to the beach and restaurants. Lastly, Morgane was always responsive and extremely accommodating to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
