It's an accessible and very comfortable place to stay. The host shared with us the numbers of local businesses that offer home delivery. The house is super suitable for large families due to the number of rooms and bathrooms it has. The common spaces are super comfortable. The pool was clean because they took care of its maintenance. It has ample space for cars and for your safety. In short, my whole family was very satisfied with the service of the accommodation and the amenities of the place.

He was always very friendly. He gave us check-in instructions, and the whole house was very clean. Yes, I would return.

Excellent place, very comfortable, pleasant, and it has a very nice view. Mr. Ignacio is a very attentive person; he contacts you the day before your stay, his instructions are clear, he provides you with contact information for a grocery store and a tortilleria, and he sends you a video with instructions for getting to the house. The house is quite spacious; I loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, and no, they are spacious. We always had hot water in all the bedrooms. The pool is clean and spacious. The grill works, the place is clean, and the location is good. Something we really liked, and it's personal, is that the sunrise looks amazing. The host was always attentive to us and gave us suggestions for local shopping. We will definitely be back to stay with Mr. Felipe.

An excellent option to enjoy as a family, the house is just like the photographs, very spacious, tidy and with privacy. I loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It has an excellent lake view. My only recommendations would be to check the flow of water coming out of the showers and deep cleaning of the bathrooms. I 100% recommend this property and I appreciate Ignacio's support, who was always attentive.

Everything was great overall, it was a great weekend. I would just like to mention that one of the bathrooms in the bedroom was not working properly. I would also like to share that I should buy new pans and pots, in order to cook better.

Ignacio’s place was awesome!!! The view from the pool took my heart from the beginning, welcoming all guests with warm and joy! I had a small party with friends and the place was just perfect! Enough parking space, confortable rooms, clean toilets, the grill was big enough, the shade by the pool was great, since the weather was really warm, sun was so strong!!! I didn’t wanted to leave and was able to check out late! I had a blast at his place, definitely I would come back soon!!! Thank you Ignacio!

the house in particular is great. it is seen that it does not have much time that they built it. the rooms very comfortable and spacious, there are no neighbors on the sides, but at night there is no light or movement outside. but what if it is uncomfortable that on one side of the house they grab it from "viewpoint" neighbors or people and the truth if it worries a little, why as there is nothing on the sides, if it scares a little. away from that, it is a good house for sale.....
