We were 3 families with 6 children ages 2 to 4, and we wanted to get away from the city! The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool, which were at a very good temperature. Javier and Dalia were very friendly and helped us with food and cleaning. They cooked delicious food for adults and children! The view over the lake helps a lot to relax and feel far from the city.

We had a wonderful family time here. Our goal was to be in a place with a beautiful view and peaceful so we could recharge, spend some quality time. Beautiful architecture, eclectic decor. I’ve been in Valle de Bravo multiple times so I know it’s not easy to drive around, but one of the reasons we didn’t want to go in and out.

Sergio's house is very nice! It has a beautiful view and is exactly as described! We had a great weekend. Bettina helped us with the food and was always very attentive.

A completely eclectic place that gives you the necessary comfort to have a few great days of rest, along with all the architectural and decorative details to make you feel like you are living in an art gallery, simply a wonderful house. And our stay would not have been so fantastic without the help of Bettina and Javier, magnificent people who with their attentions made our stay unforgettable.

Our stay at Sergio’s house was absolutely perfect. We were a group of 12 adults plus a baby, and everything exceeded expectations. The pool and jacuzzi were both nicely heated, and there was always plenty of hot water for everyone to shower comfortably. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the house, ideal for work and streaming. Sergio was a great host, always responsive, kind, and truly proactive. The couple who helps maintain the house, Bettina and Javier, were also amazing. They helped with everything from cleaning to preparing breakfast, and their breakfasts were outstanding. Special thanks to them for always going the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Highly recommended, we would return in a heartbeat.

The place is spectacular. The house is perfectly cared for and the people who take care of it. The house is tremendously friendly. The view is spectacular and the whole house inspires incredible calm. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. I traveled with five children and although it is not the perfect house for children since it has several steps. The kids had a great time and the house is not dangerous for kids. I'd be delighted to stay again. Thank you very much to Sergio for his kindness.

I echo what many other reviewers have said—the house is absolutely amazing, and the views are truly unbeatable. It comfortably accommodated our family of nine, and we especially enjoyed dining in the BBQ area and spending time in the beautiful garden and pool. Bettina and Javier were incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, and the cook prepared some truly delicious meals. The property is about a 10–15 minute drive from the center of town, which was perfect for us—close enough to explore, yet peaceful and private. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Valle!

We fell in love with the house, you find art in even the smallest corner, they consider all the necessary details to make a stay very comfortable, from the rooms to the bathrooms, the kitchen etc ... everything was perfect. Excellent property and the people who are there to help with cleaning, the pool, etc. are super attentive and friendly. The design of the house and decoration are first-class, the owner has very good taste. The only thing missing was hot water, because it was warm, but it's a minor detail. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing from the terrace and rooms.

Beautiful house! In every corner you find beautiful details, nice to the view and comfortable spaces. The beds are very comfortable, nice and clean. The grill area and the very good pool to be able to spend there all day. The friendly service staff and willing to help with whatever is needed. We definitely highly recommend the house and I hope to return soon. We had a nice weekend.

Our family of 10 people had an amazing time at Sergio’s place! It was our first time in Valle and although getting there was a bit tricky on the last road mainly because of the rain, the staff was able to help us out. Betina and Josue were amazing, never intrusive, very helpful, and always went above and beyond for us and any needs we had. Their cooking was excellent and very appreciated! We truly enjoyed their presence and hospitality. Overall the place was great, everyone had their own private rooms with showers, and the pool with the view was so worth it. We hope to be back soon!!

The house is very nice. Very good rooms. Mrs. Betina and Mr. Josué's service was very helpful and agile. Very good attitude of both. Overall, everything was perfect. Just a detail with the light. Lack of some lighting in the dining room and the stay. There is some short in the downstairs room and some other in the grill area. We were very comfortable and well cared for. Thank you for everything.

This was the best rental we’ve had the opportunity to stay in. As some other guests have said, the pictures really don’t do the place justice. The layout is spectacular and every corner has some surprising and exquisitely decorated comfy place you’d like your spend some time in. I didn’t realize that the reservation included attention from Bettina and Josue who cooked our meals for us and looked after us to a degree that felt like next level luxury. I would 100% come back and would recommend anyone who is on the fence to just do it (:

We had a great time. The house has many interesting things, both in the decor and in the construction. The best thing is the service. They treated us very well and we ate very well. We will definitely return.

I went with my family to spend the weekend at rest and it's truly an amazing place! The view and fabulous, the house is stunning and very nice, cute rooms, the unbeatable pool and jacuzzi! and has everything you need to have an amazing time, the managers Josue and Betina are super friendly and attentive to every need. What I do highly recommend is to bring mosquito repellant because the amount is awesome! Review the rooms well because there were several insects (very large spiders and beetles specifically ) that managed to enter the rooms which is normal for the number of plants in the house, the house is uphill with somewhat steep slopes and I do not recommend walking through the stones of the road, that everything is by car But in general 10/10, highly recommended!

Our stay was spectacular. We were 9 people and we all agreed that it was the best choice. The photos don't do the house justice and everything it has. Everything is tidy and clean. Very tastefully decorated. The staff is always attentive to our needs, punctual, with initiative, respectful and polite. Sergio always answered my messages and was attentive. We will definitely return and of course we totally recommend staying here to spend a few quiet days with family and/or friends.

Sergio's house is a great place to spend a few relaxing days enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and lake view. Everything looks like in the photos, the only one that would put it is that throughout our stay we find many spiders, centipedes and other insects, it is understood that it is where the house is located but more exhaustive fumigation would be a point to improve. Outside of that our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time! The property is beautiful - every direction you look, you discover another treasure. Amazing local art, interesting architectural details - this house is as far from cookie cutter as you possibly can be. We felt right at home. In the house, tradition meets modernity: There's traditional Mexican art on the walls and in the corners, and then you have a super modern triangle sliding door that opens up the indoor-outdoor connection. Perhaps the best was the 2 staff who kept the place tidy, shopped for us, and cooked us 2 meals a day. It was amazing to stay with the kids and not have to think about the logistics of meal planning or preparation. The staff also arranged a paragliding trip for us with local guides they knew. 10/10, incredible experience, strongly recommend!

It is not the first time we stayed there, the decoration of the house is beautiful, the temperature of the pool is perfect and the best of everything is the house staff, always helpful and with the best attitude.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergio's place. The decorations and interior design in general is very father. The layout of the house is very good and despite being of a good size it feels quite intimate. All the rooms are very well equipped and spacious. Domestic workers are very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful house with lots of details to notice, very picturesque. The rooms are spacious and equally decorated with objects of art of different styles and colors. Letty and Josue's attention was impeccable, always concerned about the well-being of the whole group.

Everything was great. Our friends asked my wife and me to book the Airbnb. They loved it! They complimented us a lot because they really liked the house, the decor, the spaciousness, the privacy, and the functionality of the rooms. They also really liked the small pool and the Jacuzzi. Another plus was the help from Josué and Betina: they took great care of us! Thank you very much, Sérgio! Everything was great!

We spent a few wonderful days relaxing as a family. Bettina and Josue's attention was unmatched, and Josue's great skill should be highlighted in the kitchen. I would not hesitate to return to this house on my return to Valle de Bravo.

Very nice house

The house is hands down the most beautiful in which we have ever stayed. You can see the love Sergio has put into the house. It is full of amazing details, me and my family would love to hear the stories behind each of them. We had problems and arrived one day after programmed, Sergio was really understanding and offer us an extra night. Josue and Betina are amazing and made our stay so comfortable. I cannot recommend enough this beautiful house and we are looking forward to staying again.

The accommodation is very nice, the views are incredible, if it is missing a little maintenance but this is not opaque to our stay at all, Josue and Betina's attention was incredible and they helped us at all times by making the trip more memorable, recommended for a long weekend with friends and family

During our stay, we were very comfortable in the house. We had some difficulty accommodating the girls, because of the rooms, but in the end we settled in very well. The house staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Zero problems.

A quiet place. The house needs maintenance in some areas and a lot of light at night. We had to buy bulbs. Josué, who is in charge of the house, is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It needs a thorough cleaning. They clean the kitchen very poorly. It is too small and dirty. In general, the house meets expectations but needs renovations. We had a great time. Overall, I would rate it well

This beautiful house is decorated really chic with great views of the lake and a perfect size warm pool. In a very exclusive neighborhood. (Facing the sunset) Staff was super friendly and hard working I will give them 6 out of 5. The grill and outdoor table made dinners super special. Beds were confortable with good linens.
