We really enjoyed Casa Lucia! There were 10 of us and we fit perfectly. The house has very good services, it is cozy and perfectly well equipped, and it is in a very safe area so we slept peacefully. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Casa Lucia was very pleasant, the house was very well equipped and it’s exactly as described. Ana since I nooked the house was very attentive, however I’d always in contact with Ziul Lopez, the Concierge, who was beyond helpful. He was very diligently, answering on time all my questions and give us recommendations on what activities to do because we had in the group two kids, so any suggestion was more than welcome. He’s very knowledgeable about San Miguel, best places to visit and best restaurants. He also helped us with the transportation company from the airport. Casa Lucia as well have a unique service with breakfast and meals at home (chef included!) and off course we took advantage of this, as a result we enjoyed a delicious Mexican breakfast every mornong and a wonderful dinner one night at home. The only thing to have in account is the complex is still under construction so of course there is noise around and a lot of workers but it was not issue for us.

Exelente place, it is the same as the photos, the subdivision is very safe and it is located in a good area, Ana and Ziul's attention were great, always very attentive to the needs of the guests and available at all times, I will definitely return soon...

We went as a group of 3 families and Ana's place was perfect for us. Spacious, well equipped and nice places to hangout around kitchen/dining/living room, patio, terrace with hot tub and community clubhouse. Short drive 10-min into town and well served by Uber. Concierge serves by Ziul were top-of-the-line - fast response and very resourceful to arrange taxis, reservations, general local information and anything related to the house. Thanks to Ana and Ziul we gad a memorable trip and would use this house again if we go.

The house is very nice, ideal to spend a few days away from the city and feel at home. Unfortunately my visit was for business and I did not know many of the amenities shown. Another issue is that there are still many houses under construction in the subdivision, they do not bother but there are many people all around. An area, quiet, safe and far from everything, recommended to bring a car.

Wide recommended for large groups!! Ana and her team were a very friendly, flexible, and helpful host. Especially Zuriel who was our concierge in charge. They were aware of any inconvenience raised during our stay and provided all the facilities we need. The home is in excellent condition of cleanliness and furniture condition. My only comment would be to try to improve the speed and power of the internet, since being a large accommodation and many of us work on the first day, it was difficult for us to do it from the internet of the house. The other days, it worked perfectly. However, everything else makes up for our overall experience and we would gladly stay here again! Thank you very much!

Hello!! Ana's place is very nice and spacious, it makes you feel right at home. The amenities, the jacuzzi and the pool make it unique and it's worth it. The location is very good, we asked for Uber eats and without theme, communication with Carmen is excellent.

From the beginning of the reservation, there was always very good communication, always attentive to any questions and very flexible for different requests. The facilities of the house are incredible. It has every luxury down to the smallest detail. I even took a picture of the sheets and the mattress to buy the same ones because they were spectacular. The service upon our arrival was excellent. They gave us a tour of the house and explained how everything works. The clubhouse is very well equipped in the residential development, and the house, pool, hot tub, and amenities are literally in front of you, all in excellent condition and very tastefully decorated. Overall, the experience was excellent, definitely recommended, and we would stay there again. Thank you very much for everything

The house is beautiful and super complete, excellent attention and friendliness of the hostess , the common area is very good , the pool is heated and the ambient music is very nice, the extra services such as massages are a plus in your reservation. The private is very nice and very quiet . It is important to know that there are still homes under construction so there is movement of maintenance people if you go on weekdays. But overall everything is excellent . Highly recommended !!!!

SPECTACULAR!!! THE HOUSE IS SIMPLY SPECTACULAR, LOCATED INSIDE A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM WITH TOTAL SECURITY AND CONTROLLED ACCESS. IT HAS A CLUBHOUSE WITH FIRST-RATE AMENITIES. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, with high-quality, comfortable beds. The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable, and there is a terrace with a BBQ on the first level. Not to mention the large rooftop terrace with a heated hot tub, bar, TV, etc. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD ON AIRBNB.

Anas place was wonderful. We LOVED that all rooms had an en-suite bathroom!! Great for a grown up girls trip.😀 Carmen, the property manager, was our contact on site and she was super efficient, responsive and nice. We had a couple of small issues which were resolved asap and with great care for our comfort and satisfaction. Beds were comfy , linens and towels were top notch. The in unit washer and dryer is a real bonus Roof deck sunsets were spectacular as well as the jacuzzi. Last, but not least, the house is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Excellent house in San Miguel de Allende, new residence with everything you need

Ana's house is perfect for spending a few days in San Miguel de Allende. A few minutes drive from the village, and the property alone has everything you need to spend well. Carmen de concierge made sure it was perfect all the time. Thank you so much for having us
