Staying at Christopher’s place was great! The location was very safe/private & beautiful! He was very responsive & helpful with finding the home. In a gated community, the guards were very friendly as well. We would be happy to come back here!

My wife and I had a great time here on our honeymoon! Lovely house that feels secluded and safe. Chris was a great host and was very responsive with all of our questions. For sure recommend for anyone staying in playa hermosa/jaco.

An absolute gem in Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the hospitality of our host. Every detail was intentional — stunning surroundings, immaculate accommodations, and an atmosphere that felt both adventurous and deeply restorative. The host went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable, offering thoughtful touches and incredible recommendations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and pura vida. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

The place was as described, in a tranquil location and well appointed. Christopher was very responsive and always available. we had a couple of issues due to the hot weather but he fixed issues ASAP and provided good instructions. we particularly enjoyed the daily visits of the two resident iguanas!

Christopher's house was great! Best was the pool. Our daughters loved playing and swimming there. Christopher was always super easy to reach and gave us good tips on shopping, dining, and much more. In the house was everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some things needed a bit of maintenance/repair. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would come back anytime. The location is super private, and the animals in the immediate vicinity (monkeys, birds, iguanas, and more) were great.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing with many restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The house is beautiful with lots of space. There was a bit of miscommunication with the check in but Christopher was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely come back again.

Christopher's house is beautifully designed and built! A couple features that stood out for me are the open concept living space onto a spacious deck/pool area. The outdoor shower/bathroom ensuite to the master room was also a very neat feature! The kitchen has everything you would need, we cooked there most nights. The development is secure and there are walking trails through the area. Capuchin monkeys came by the house a few times - it was such a special experience! Playa Hermosa itself has a small-town beach vibe that felt laid back; we would definitely visit again! Christopher as a host was so accommodating and made great local recommendations as well.

We traveled as a family and had a great time staying here. As soon as we arrived, a family of monkeys swing by to check us out. It was super cute. The pool was great, the house was awesome. Easy in and out of the development. Chris was great with communication. Very responsive and proactive ensuring we had a great time.

Beautiful spot. Monkeys came to visit twice in the pool area. Macaws flew over a couple times. Far enough away from the Jaco craziness but close enough for any of the options. The only thing I would do differently is stay longer!

Everything was as described and the wildlife is amazing : monkeys crossing the garden in the morning, all kind of birds during the day and the iguanas ruling the garden
