We had a good time at this home, perfect for big Family, very centric to super market and restaurants. Will stay again if possible

Great place to stay

The place was very roomy and perfect for our big group! We all had our own rooms and there were a perfect amount of bathrooms/showers with great water pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make meals at home easily. Also, the AC units worked very well in the summer heat. There was plenty of street parking

Excellent option for a family or large group. The house has plenty of space and enough rooms for 12 people to be comfortable. The host is friendly and flexible, and the house is clean and well maintained. Definitely a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jose’s beautiful and exceptionally spacious home, which comfortably accommodated our large family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was well-suited for our group, and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The home was lovely overall, though we did notice that the television in the living room is quite outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. Additionally, having televisions in the bedrooms would have been a nice convenience, as it would have allowed family members some personal downtime during our gathering. Our only significant concern was that the oven was not functional, and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. This unfortunately required us to seek alternative cooking arrangements for our Thanksgiving dinner, which was disappointing, especially given the premium price paid for the rental. Great location. The house is big and had enough space for our party of 12 not feeling over crowded. We had a great time. I highly recommend this house for a big family or a friend’s gathering.

A truly excellent place to stay—spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The greatest recognition for José Luis, very attentive, helpful and cordial. We will definitely be back. The photos in the listing don't do the place justice, it's actually a very large house with well-distributed spaces. My whole family was delighted with the warmth of the place.

The house was great we had a small issue with the washer and dryer and Jose Luis came and was able to fix the dryer.

This house was perfect for our group of 12 adults. I have stayed in many Airbnbs that try to squeeze a bunch of people in a small space but this house had PLENTY of space for everyone to spread out. Each room had its own mini split air conditioner which was nice as we had friends staying one street over in a more expensive home that was smaller and had no ac! Additional nice touches include a large dinner table, HUGE kitchen island, plenty of bathrooms and 2 refrigerators!!! This house would be perfect for an a large group of adults or even a family with small kids as there was a crib and boy/girl themed rooms. Walking distance to the beach, stores, urgent care, and the university. I would/will definitely stay here again!!!

Love staying in the comfortable and huge house. My family of 11 can't wait to go back.

The house needs some work on the outside but once you walk in it is perfect. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make it very comfortable. It’s about a 1/2 walk or drive to the public beaches. 2 blocks to Walmart and a big shopping center. Calimax is a block away. A perfect place for our whole family to visit.

The house is in a quiet area and close to markets, hospital, red cross, walmart ,costco, pharmacies and eating areas. The house is located four streets away from the beach which is very convenient. Our family charms the environment of the house.. 100% recommended.

Very lovely home! When you first arrive it may seem unpleasant because the outside of the house still needs some work to be done BUT once you are inside everything is so beautiful. Very spacious and huge home, my family & I loved it!

This one was amazing it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at the Jose Luis was an awesome host. Responded to all our phone calls quickly. The house was clean beautiful we did not have one single problem. Can’t wait to come back again in October the family is so excited.

This place is fantastic, and to say that it is large is an understatement! There are air conditioners in every bedroom, and one in the common area which keep the house very comfortable in the summer, the kitchen is well appointed and stocked with dishes and cookware, there is a big washer and dryer, internet works well….I can go on and on. Something to note is that the place is still being finished and a few things are not yet complete. In particular the oven and garbage disposal didn’t work. We saw the oven in the pictures and assumed it was working even though it was not included in the description as an available appliance. Communicate with Jose Luis (he is very responsive) and plan accordingly. I will be staying here again if I bring a big group.

Beautiful and immaculate home. I am a returning renter, and Jose Luis continues to make improvements and additions that truly made our stay enjoyable. We were greeted on time, and the house was pristine and spacious. Plenty of towels, blankets, and personal amenities. Great wi-fi. The house is convenient to Walmart, Home Depot, Calimax, and several good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Great house - great location. We were 10 ppl in 3 families gathered for the holidays. House is huge - 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge kitchen and living room. Beds were all comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet and easy to sleep in. There is street parking and parking by the house. Washer and drier in the house. House is 4 blocks from the beach, neighbourhood is very safe - no gates or fences. There is a mall with Walmart, movies, etc. about 2 blocks away. You need a car or uber to get into the centre town or can walk along the streets or beach and get there in an hour. Jose Louis was very responsive and quick. We needed more garbage bags and the blender didn't work - he had dealt with everything in an hour, even over new years. thanks again Jose Louis.

Great place! Nice and spacious

Beautiful house, American style, tastefully decorated. The house is just as shown in the photos, very spacious. It has several shops around, and the seaside promenade is a few minutes away by car. The internet is somewhat slow. The kitchen is fully equipped. Don't be fooled by the unfinished exterior, the interior is perfect. We will definitely stay again if we return to Ensenada.

Comfortable home located next to stores. Loads of space. José Luis (host) was very fast in responding to our questions. The exterior of the house needs to still be completed but the indoors was excellent. Loved the house overall.
