The view, community, plunge pool, layout of the home, the beach clubs were all incredible. This place is amazing, the owner Janice and property manager Paola were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Love this community and the home.

Beautiful and relaxing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kids especially loved the rides on the golf cart! 🛺 After booking, Janice herself reached out to us personally by email and made everything possible - in a short time so that we could access different amenities. Her property manager was also easy to reach and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would go back anytime! 🌞

The place was amazing. The only criticism I have is the pricing of the grocery store just outside the gates. Do yourself a favor and stop in Puerto Vallarta to buy food. The local grocery store is an absolute rip off and totally fleece you.

The space is perfect in terms of location and amenities. Overall, we felt comfortable at all times, and both Janice and Paola were helpful at all times. It has a beautiful view from the pool terrace.

Fantastic place and great forward information to help navigate your stay at Punta Mita. Great access to pools and spas. Highly recommend staying here.

Janice’s home is even nicer than expected and very spacious. The location is great, central time everything. Punta Mita exceeded our expectations. Jesus was a great concierge as well. We plan to return!

Lovely & clean condo - Pictures did not do this unit justice! The communication between her and the concierge was super easy. The gated community was very clean and grounds were beautiful, ALL OF THE STAFF ON-SITE were wonderful!!! We loved having access to the beach clubs. The golf cart was a great addition; being that we were able to drive into town as well as explore the community. We would absolutely recommend staying here and can’t wait to stay again, this time with our kids!

Excellent apartment , great ubication and access to all beach clubs

Janice and her "slice of paradise" in Punta Mita are both great! Janice and her concierge team made everything super easy and took the stress out of planning. The location and views are both wonderful. Janice provides a ton of notes that answers any and all questions you may have. Check in was beyond easy as was all communication. Great place to stay! We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay again!!

This was our first trip as a family outside of the country since COVID began. We could not have been more happy with our stay at Encanto. Everything was absolutely perfect and Janice was incredibly accommodating. The concierge, Julio, was also a pleasure and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The condo and beach clubs (Surf Club was out favorite) were very family friendly. I would certainly recommend 302 Encanto if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful space on one of the prettiest stretches of beach in all of Mexico.

The area is great, installations are very well attended and the people working in all the complex were very friendly. We visit all the beach clubs, they are very different in concept, but all are beautiful. The property has a great view to golf course and a big terrace with small pool for relax. We will return soon. Great place, love the art! Nice touches and very comfortable. The location and the amenities were awesome!!!

Janice's condo is beautiful, there is more than enough room for 8 people, the rooms and the bathrooms are the perfect size. The kitchen, living area and the terrace is the best part of the condo, you have great views of the golf course and the bay. As well there is a grill at the terrace and a pool. The Punta Mita complex is superb and the different kind of beach clubs makes the experience even better. 100% recommended.

Wonderful place! Use of a golf cart was fantastic and all of the Beach Clubs were special in their own way. We will be back, and this place will be our first choice.

This is a great value in Punta Mita. The condo is extremely large and has all the amenities you could need. Access to all the beach clubs was great. Decided to try a different one each day which really made the trip unique. Janice and Stephanie are wonderful and very responsive.

This property is in a fantastic location, is very clean, and Janice is a great host. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hosts really care that nothing is missing, the condominium is very comfortable and tastefully decorated and with a spectacular view.

Destination is perfect! Punta Mita is widely recommended to spend a few days in total privacy. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The apartment is very nice in terms of decoration and location. Everything is in order and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the common areas great, and it is best to have the golf cart available to move inside the subdivision and beach club. The latter is newly renovated and beautiful. Definitely excellent for family plan or as a couple. If you like golf it's amazing.

John and Janice were great hosts. They were very prompt in answering our questions and helped up set up taxis for us to get to the airport. The golf cart was probably our favorite part of the trip. We were able to get into Punta de Mita easily whenever we wanted. The booklet that comes with the house was also incredibly helpful for us to take advantage of the community. We spent a day at the St Regis pool and another at the Beach Club.

Janice and John's home is beautiful. It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the beach clubs and golf cart made it easy to get around.

Everything beyond expected! Best choice if you want to assure a great vacation in punta mita. The condo is perfectly located, pretty, very clean and well equipped... the kitchen is so well equipped too... we where a party of 8 and we where very confortable. We had the golf car so we could get to know all around. We asked for a cook and they arranged it perfectly. This is my first experience as an airbnb user and I am glad it went great (with no unconfortable suprises). Thank you John an Janice for such great opportunity.!!!! What a marvelous stay we had at Janice's lovely, spacious condo in El Encanto in Punta Mita, Mexico! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including access to the washer and dryer. There was a beautiful view of the ocean and of the golf course. The owners and property manager were easy to communicate with to answer questions. The security at the El Encanto gate were thorough, helpful and friendly. The access to the golf cart to travel around Punta Mita was an added bonus, which eliminated the need to rent a car. And the residence beach club was a little slice of heaven. We also had access to the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, which are two of the highest ranked courses in Mexico. It was a perfect vacation! Thank you!

We stayed here for just one night while our house was full of guests, and I have to say it was a perfect home for our 3 families. We will definitely recommend this condo to family and friends when they stay in Punta Mita. It is ideal for couples or families and has all the amenities you need. The nearby restaurants and beach clubs are very nice and couldn't be more convenient. Thank you for a lovely stay in your home!!

Hello we just spent the weekend in Janice's place and all was better than expected, since the beginning she was very helpful and kind, the pictures really correspond the reality. All the people there was very nice. Everything was clean and set to you just relax. We definetly are going to go back.
