one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The home itself is beautiful, the staff who work there are so kind and attentive, and Josefina as a host was very responsive. The backdrop was stunning, peaceful, and truly a relaxing holiday.

This is an amazing house in a quiet and residencial part of Valle de Bravo. Ample, tasteful and very well maintained thanks to the formidable house staff. We will definitely look for a return trip.

We just came back from an amazing family vacation in Valle de Bravo and had such a wonderful time. The town is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed great food, relaxing mornings, and fun activities for the whole family. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to disconnect and spend quality time together. Watching the sunset over the lake was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had an incredible Christmas stay at Josefina’s home. The house was stunning and worked perfectly for our large, multi-generational family. The layout made it easy to be together while still giving everyone privacy and quiet space when needed. We all loved the pool and hot tub, and the mountain and lake views were beautiful. Dalia and Lupita made the experience truly exceptional! They were warm, attentive, and thoughtful in ways that went far beyond expectations—from delicious meals to helping us coordinate local plans. One especially memorable touch was when Lupita added lights to the tree where we had placed the children’s gifts, making it feel even more like Christmas. It meant so much to our family. This was an unforgettable stay and easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We loved the gathering spaces both inside and out. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were comfortable and private - very nice for an extended family group. The pool was a big hit with the children in our group, and the hot tub was perfect too. The mountains and lake were beautiful, and the staff were so helpful. This was the first time we had ever rented a house with staff, and Dalia and Lupita were delightful in every way. The food they cooked for us was delicious, the house was clean and ready for our enjoyment every day, and Dalia was so helpful in arranging for transportation and bookings for the activities in the area that we chose. This house officially ranks as the best Airbnb we’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful family weekend!

Beautiful house with a spectacular view of the lake. The house has perfect spaces for living together with a super nice view of the lake. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The teenagers had a lot of fun with the ping pong table. The two women who helped us, "Dalia" and "Lupita", were super kind and efficient. The house is very well located just 15 minutes walk from the zocalo.

The house is spectacular and Lupita's help is the best to enjoy the days to the fullest.

It is an incredible house, pool and jacuzzi at an excellent temperature, large garden and access to the lake area, comfortable rooms, equipped with everything you need, and the people who help give excellent service.

Josefina was always on top of the reservation and in contact with me. The house in general is good, the common area is very nice, the dining room for 10 people is very good, the 2 rooms are very good, the pool and jacuzzi are clean and the water temperature is very pleasant. The 3 rooms upstairs are very good, each with its own private bathroom. The 2 basement rooms are generally good, although they share the bathroom, I think that's already out of use. I appreciate the service staff's attention.

This place was AMAZING for my family of 11. It is pristine and equipped with anything you might need, from kitchen tools to some amenities in your room. The house is big enough to fit 11 people comfortably, just keep in mind that the rooms are in different floors, though this wasn’t an issue for us. The pool is very convenient and it’s temperature is lovely! You can walk to the lake but to any other place in town you need to take your car. Lupita and Dalia were very accommodating and friendly! We would definitely come back.

The house and location were spectacular!! Most relaxing 3 days we’ve had in years!! The house and location are beautiful, but the best part was the cooking/cleaning team of Lupita and Dalia. The food was spectacular and they were so friendly and attentive. Whatever you do, opt to hire them as an addition. Such a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cleaning and cleaning service is included with the reservation, and the girls attended us super well. Always very attentive and with the best disposition, and they cooked very rich. The pool was always at the temperature we wanted. Everything is exactly as we saw in the pictures! Espectacular! Fantastic place!

It's the prettiest house we've ever stayed in Valle de Bravo. Clean, full of nice touches, comfortable beds. We didn't even want to leave the house the whole weekend. The pool is clean and warm. You just have to bring mosquito repellent because in the afternoon there are many, since it is next to the lake. Dalia took care of us, helping us with breakfasts and meals, and she was wonderful. She cooks very well and was very willing and concerned that we were happy. Ms. Lupita is also a sweetheart. Both had a very nice, helpful attitude. Josefina was very friendly from the beginning and always responded almost immediately to my questions. We'll definitely be back whenever we go to Valle, which we hope will be soon.

Look no further, this house is as good as it gets. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for families. You will love relaxing in the terrace and enjoying the spectacular view. Our favorite part was the incredible meals prepared by Lupita and Dalia. They were great hosts and talented chefs. We chose this house for the location near town, but ended up not ever leaving the house because it was so perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place

This is an amazing house if you have a larger group to spend a weekend together. We had a group of 9 and we all comfortably stayed here. There are more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The pool is heated, so it’s super comfortable. We spent so much time in it! The rest of the house is nicely decorated with a nice bright and airy feel throughout. The view of the lake is spectacular. There is a game room with ping pong too, which was fun. The kitchen had everything we needed other than some ingredients to cook our meals. There is an espresso machine and a drip coffee maker. The microwave needs to be updated since the display doesn’t work, but other than that everything worked well. Check- in was super smooth thanks to sweet Lupita, the housekeeper. She also helped with any issues we had including turning on some lights that we couldn’t turn on and adjusting the temperature of the pool. Finally, the house is close to town too. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house! The view is sleepy!! Josefina's service is always punctual and kind. Maricarmen's cuisine is a delight and Lupita is very nice person. You don't even have to leave because the honor of the house and everything it offers(the pool is always rich and the jacuzzi is not even said; the view, the games below), everything invites you to stay 😊 Maybe only a few light mattresses in the living room would not be left over for those of us who are friolentos and we clutter at night on the terrace-side 😉 But everything is great.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Valle de Bravo, this is it! The property is beautiful, the views are stunning, the interior design is thoughtful and lends itself to its surroundings. All 10 of us slept comfortably, enjoyed the well-designed living spaces, and generally couldn’t have selected a better location for our trip. The ladies working within the property were more than accommodating, and make fantastic food! I truly can’t recommend this property enough.

Josefina’s home was exactly as pictured, but photos really don’t do the view justice. Upon entering, you can feel that every piece of artwork was handpicked for the home, making it feel incredibly warm and far from your standard Airbnb rental. I was in Valle de Bravo for my wedding and used Josefina’s home for the women to get ready at and to take photos. The 180 degree views of Lake Avandaro were spectacular and the staff were so gracious and kind, despite me knowing very little Spanish to communicate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Josefina’s home and feel so fortunate she shared her home to make my wedding day picture perfect!
