Beautiful everything! I enjoyed it more than I expected. It's the most beautiful ocean I've seen in Yucatan. If you get up very early, you can see a beautiful blue and beautiful creatures on the shore, such as needlefish, pufferfish, and starfish. If you like tranquility and respecting animals, this is the right place. The house is large. I did find everything they offered, and the pool has an excellent depth for children and adults. Thank you to the host for his trust.

We loved our stay at Casa Flamingo! The pool was a hit with our kids and us and the beach is so close, it was like a second pool. The beach is almost completely isolated and idyllic, with swaying palms, a swing set, and a sun shelter, and a set of nice beach chairs. Our favorite part may have been the kayaks. The water is so calm (especially in the morning) you can kayak until the house is just a dot. I caught a fish on one and was eating fresh ceviche within 30 mins! (Bought a rod and reel at Snook Fishing Club in the center of town). All in all, it’s a lovely place to stay! Thank you!

Mariana was always attentive to our accommodation needs. She sent us a welcome message prior to our arrival and a farewell message upon our departure. Her accommodation is very comfortable and has a warm, homey feel that invites relaxation. It has all the amenities needed for a luxury stay. The place was impeccably clean, and the maintenance staff was attentive to anything we might need. Communication is fast. You really feel at home. The beach was spectacular, the beds were very comfortable, and the rules of the accommodation are simple to follow, the basics that anyone would do in their home. We tried to return the house in the same condition in which we found it. We sincerely thank Mariana for the opportunity she gave us to experience her dream house, with a dream beach just a few steps away and a beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely love to come back in the near future! Thank you for everything!

The house is very nice in relation to the price. It is very well maintained and clean. They leave soap for washing clothes and for the bathrooms. All the rooms have air conditioning. I just think the mamey tree is dangerous next to the pool because they can fall while you're swimming. And there are actually 3 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. Everything else is ok.

An excellent place for a family vacation. It's the second time we've been there, and we had a great time. It's just that the refrigerator takes a while to cool down due to the power fluctuations, but we still bought perishables for 4 days and everything stayed good. The location of the house is beautiful.

We loved the spaciousness of the house and the pool is very nice to have! Many bathrooms and rooms met our family’s needs. There were 4 adults and two children. Beds were very comfortable and good quality. Each room has air conditioning so the house was comfortable at all times. It is adjustable in each room. Mérida is a city with much to do. The Uber drivers are fantastic! Each and everyone. We would be happy to stay again.

Great house and host!

Casa Flamingo beach house was absolutely perfect for our large family of 10! The house has everything you need and so many beautiful spots to relax. It is steps to the beautiful beach with calm blue waters, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and hunting for shells. We loved the sunset views over the ocean from the top deck. Lots of thoughtful additions like outdoor shower and foot rinse, huge screened in porch, big screen TV, make this the perfect relaxing family getaway. Mariana was very gracious, relaxed and responsive host. 5 stars all around!

We really liked Casa Mamey. It is an ideal house to go with the family. The garden is beautiful, with some very nice furniture and the Mamey tree gives it a spectacular shade. We took advantage of the grill and had a very nice dinner in the garden. The cleaning was very good and the decoration of the house was simple but very nice. Mariana and Lolita are always very attentive to everything. I recommend it 100%

My father said, "I could imagine staying here for a while." It was a lovely start for our group of five. There is space for quite a few more. The place is set up for relaxing and enjoying. We particularly loved the screened-in veranda that allowed us to have dinner outside in the evenings. (Be aware there are mosquitoes.) The small pool is clean and inviting and the beach is steps beyond the gate. One added plus is that the hosts have an osmosis filter set up which decreases the need to buy bottled water.

A lovely house and very well furnished, and the garden and pool in the shade of the huge mamey tree was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs - water filter was a massive plus. The three main downstairs bedrooms were also lovely, spacious, very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was ok (all en suite with air con and fan) but not as nice as the main ones and noisy in the day with the pool heat pump (at least that's what I guess it was). the fifth extra bedroom with massive TV was also not as nice as the others but was a big hit with our 10yo daughter and her cousin! Pool was a bit on the cold side in December but we made good use of it. Washing machine and dryer were good - we didn't find a place to hang clothes to air dry, which would have been helpful. Merida main square is 2.4km walk but there are frequent and really good buses (you can use a Mexican debit card to pay the 12 peso fare or buy a travel card you can top up in any Oxxo). A great stay overall and charming house.

My friends and I had a great time at Mariana’s home. We were a 6 minute uber away from most of the places you will want to go/see in Merida. The house was spotless and has a ensuite for every room. The backyard space is amazing. One thing to note about the backyard is that the pool will not be directly in the sun for the november-march time period due to the positioning of the sun and the neighbours trees. Overall it was a wonderful time, would recommend.

Casa Flamingo was perfect for us - a family vacation for three generations. The rooms were exactly as described, the house was right on the beach with birds to watch, shells to collect and a shallow gentle beach that was safe for kids to play in. The pool provided additional hours of entertainment. Having Netflix for evening entertainment was a plus Town was walkable for adults, but we drove in for dinners and there were many great choices. The small grocery and fruit/vegetable stores were totally fine for all of our breakfast and lunch needs, and the kitchen was pretty well supplied with what we needed for simple meal preparation. Mariana was easily available for any questions.

We had a nice weekend. Hiring Ms. Ruby for kitchen support made a difference; we ate delicious. The terrace with mosquito nets was wonderful. I recommend going to the supermarket in Merida and bringing shoes for the sea, as there are many shells.

Everything was great, the beach was very quiet and no noise. The truth is that the variety of things in the house such as kayaks, chairs and other things help you have a good time.

We spent a great stay at Mariana’s house. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard under the majestic mamey tree as well as the swimming pool, especially the kids. We liked that each room was equipped with its own bathroom. The air condition system worked very well, which is important in a city like Merida, The house is practical and nicely decorated. Mariana responded very quickly to our questions.

The whole experience here was perfect, everything was great. My family and I fell in love with this beautiful home, we will definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay at Mariana's place in Merida! The house was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect, close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. The host was very nice and attentive, always available to answer questions. The space had a charming atmosphere, with beautiful decor and all the necessary amenities, including fast WiFi and air conditioning (essential in the heat of Merida!). I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Merida. It's a fantastic place for both short and long stays, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is beautiful in a lovely little neighborhood with one of our favorite cafes right near by. The pool and space were perfect for our family.

Wonderful retreat right on the beach - you feel like you are in a private oasis. Amazing sunsets and quiet walks down the beach.

The house and gardens were simply spectacular, and everyone in our family loved this place. My 6-year-old keeps insisting that we should go back to visit again - here's for hoping it will be possible one day!

My family loved staying at Mariana’s spacious waterfront house. The sea breezes were so refreshing and beautiful that we never turned on the AC! There are terrific family spaces and we adored the kayaks and the surf board! We will be back!

Very nice house and very equipped, great place.

The stay was excellent, it is much more beautiful than in the photos, the sea is impressive, super quiet for swimming, almost no waves, easy 300m or more and you are still standing, many conchitas and conacolas, the village is very quiet, the people are very friendly, the restaurants are like 10 minutes away and they are very good, the mototaxi service is quite economical, they have a raccoon area to visit and once like collecting the salt and the prosearan, the sunsets of the best I have seen, the heat is strong but all the recharges have air conditioning and fans, the bathrooms are not visible in the photos but there are 10 of 10 The beach view from the main bedroom is super incredible, and the bedrooms are super spacious, Mariana was always on the lookout and responded to the brevity, I would definitely come back without hesitation, my family and I had a great time, in this season the sea was for us alone **** :)

Casa Flamingo is a great house. Everything was as advertised. had lots of amenities my family enjoyed during our stay. Would recommend 10/10.

My husband and I stayed there with three other couples. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. Our room was up a flight of stairs around the side of the house. We love the privacy. The backyard is a beautiful space and she has a barbecue as well. Keys were in a lockbox for us. The only thing we missed (and this was our fault was the A on the address when we first got there. But the neighbor directed us next-door. Easy access in and out. Mariana was very responsive to all of our questions.
