We spent an amazing vacation with kids in this stunning place. The apartment is very big and beautiful. The area was just perfect for us it’s peaceful and private, about 40 min from downtown but we were aiming for more quiet place to stay and this was just perfect! Huge resort next door you have access to all the restaurants, gyms , pools and golf for small fee. Definitely coming back

The accommodation is first class. Sarita attended to us, super attentive. The place had everything, everything tidy and clean. The area is the best, the facilities, the view. Highly recommended, whoever goes will be fascinated, just like us.

Very nice place, very spacious, very quiet common areas, excellent beach. 100% recommended. Communication was only through the AirBNB app and it was a bit slow but everything went very well, easy check-in, Sara the person who received us was very attentive and the condominium staff were also very attentive and helped us with all the questions. We would definitely return.

Great location and view. Three large bedrooms each with a full size bathroom. The condo was very open and bright. If you want an ocean front condo with a great location this is the place.

The view is spectacular, from the moment you arrive it is the first thing that impresses you, the apartment does not need anything, the rooms are very spacious and all with their own bathroom, Mané and Dominga are always attentive, they helped us with everything and were even accessible with the arrival and departure time.

Very well located, well-equipped, clean and safe apartment. There is no shortage of hot water even if there are several of us. Just be careful of bedroom doors slamming if you open the front door when a window is open. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The staff is numerous and helpful. The pool is very quiet and there are always plenty of chairs available around. The beach is clean, huge and uncrowded. Mané quickly and kindly takes care of small problems that may arise. And the sunsets on the balcony are simply unforgettable.

Excellent apartment with a million dollar view. We could see the ocean from the living room, master bedroom, and the second bedroom. The view of the sunset from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The huge apartment is clean, with modern furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, massive bedrooms with walk-in closets. Mane and her team were great and very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this unit and we will stay here again (if available!).

Very well located. Comfortable. Spacious

Check in was efficient. We arrived and Dominga (Mane’s assistant) gave us a tour and keys in about 10 min tops. The condo is very spacious with a beautiful view. It accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Even had toys my 1 year old could play with. Prime location next to Grand Mayan Vidanta. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice condominium, with a super father view, private beach and the pool area very clean and nice. It is very close to many other beaches, and about 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. We received very good service from the building staff, and check-in and check-out were very fast. 😁 There were only a few small details with the air conditioning in the place, and they told us they were going to send someone to check it out and they didn't check it out, plus there was a detail with one of the TVs since it was taking and listening but not watching, and one of the doors of one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed as an accident may have passed an accident because it is very loose and heavy. Despite that, the condominium leaves nothing to be desired. It is super nice and very well equipped.

The place is spectacular for relaxing; everything is very quiet, right on the beach, with a huge pool to enjoy, and the location is excellent.

Carlos's apartment is the same or better than the photos; everything works really well, it has everything you need, and the complex is very safe. It has access to the beach and there are several very good restaurants very close to there, communication with Hector was excellent and we were very satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Carlos places was just what we were looking for, everything went smooth and commimication with Hector was easy and he was always checking on us in case we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to the city.

The apartment is in excellent condition, much better than what it looks like in the photos. The pools of the complex have heating that are only activated on certain dates of the year, so if your stay is in winter time, please check the activation dates because we were touched by the very cold pools.

Stylish 3 bedroom beach-front condo (4 bedrooms if you include a small den like space with a bed that isn't nearly as nice as the other 3). Beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all the essential utensils. The bedrooms are beautiful and there are 3 full large bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and another full bathroom that is not quite as impressive in the den area. The place is about a 35-45 min Uber drive (~250-350 Mexican pesos) from downtown Puerto Vallarta and about 20 min Uber from the airport. There is a nearby Oxxo (<10 min walk) for your basic needs and there is a larger grocery store "Chedraui" about 15 minute drive away. Overall, the place is beautiful, safe, accessible and it was a treat for my group of 7 to stay here. Would repeat - enjoy!

We spent 4 dreamy days. The photos don't do justice to the beauty and comfort offered by the apartment. It has a SPECTACULAR view!!! Each of the three rooms has a bathroom and dressing room, which offers complete privacy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. The sofas in the living room are as comfortable as the beds, or more so. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for a total rest vacation. The pool is great!!! And the beach is beautiful, it is extremely wide, as in few places in that bay, practically without waves, ideal for children. We will be back soon!!

The apartment is very nice, super spacious, as observation, the fourth bedroom is service, has its full bathroom but if it is service, it has a double blind bed, we do not use it but in case of more people it is fine just clarifying this. Elizabeth is very attentive, the location of the condominium is great, next to the Grand Mayan, the beach is very clean, the pools are huge, a very quiet place perfect for families. It's worth mentioning that it has everything you need in the kitchen, everything!

The apartment is incredible. Very clean, modern and comfortable. A/C works perfectly. The apartment is just like the photos. Elizabeth, the person in charge of welcoming us, was always attentive. The common areas are amazing and the service of the condo staff is excellent. The beach is very comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, the photos do not do it justice, really the details are taken care of, the kitchen is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the view is very nice and the service in the common areas is wonderful, all super friendly and accessible. Finishing the pool is the beach where there is even a toruguero camp, we had to watch turtles spawn!! As observations I would point out that the 4th room, the one with the single bed, is the service room. I would recommend leaving it very, very specific because it is not what we expected. It does not have the same finishes or the same type of air conditioning at all, this one does not work the same, the bathroom is very small and the laundry is next to it, after the kitchen. In truth, the bed is comfortable but we prefer to move the mattress to another four because the room is very hot and has a very small window, no light coming in and it is much more humid. Whoever carries the building administration and all the contact to clarify doubts was very kind, accessible and cordial, although on arrival we reported that the fan in the service room did not serve and said that he would fix it but never arrived. On a couple of occasions she forgot to answer my messages but in general she was very kind and helpful. Our stay was actually super pleasant and comfortable. The common areas are very nice and the pools are very well maintained.
