I would like to thank the hosts, Javier and Vicky, who did an amazing job keeping the house clean and ready on time. The pool, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at Casa Nereida again!

We are IN LOVE with each Nereida. We are a group of 6 friends (30-34 years old) who chose Mazatlán as a destination to celebrate a bachelorette party. Our theme was Mermaids, so it was amazing to arrive and see the decor and lots of mermaid and sea details. The decor of the house was awesome. We enjoyed the pool like never before. That was our favorite part. Although Mazatlán is very hot in July, the pool was warm, so whenever we went in, we were super comfortable. Another great, great, great advantage was that Javier was super flexible. We told him that our flight was arriving very early, so we were able to check in earlier and leave a little later than the scheduled time. And the best thing was Ms. Vicky. She gave us a very warm welcome, and she also offered us a breakfast service where we told her what we wanted, and she took care of us wonderfully. Very nice your energy. I highly recommend choosing Casa Nereida, especially in the historic center. You don't need anything else.

A beautiful residence! It met our expectations, super equipped, very nice and with all the amenities. The location is excellent! Vicky is the housekeeper and treated us really well. She prepared a delicious breakfast for us and was very attentive, as well as very flexible. They made our vacation unique. It's 10,000% worth renting the residence. The room on the 3rd floor is beautiful and very, very spacious, as are the other rooms. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us <3

Casa Nereida is the perfect location for your trip - prime location with lots of eateries and bars yet still quiet and peaceful, super clean, and the place looks exactly as it does in the photos, if not better. Communications with Javier were extremely smooth as he was very responsive from the get go. He provided plenty of recommendations for services I was in need of such as transportation and decor. What really made this stay a 10/10 was Javier’s staff, particularly Vicky who was available during check in and for any other needs during the stay. She is such a sweetheart who went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and provide you what you need. She was extremely responsive to some requests we had while we stayed. She is also available to provide any breakfast services for a fee - this was so worth it, super super yummy. My group and I will happy consider staying here again for future trips to mazatlan

Our stay at Casa Nereida was very pleasant, a quiet place with all the amenities you could need. It met our accommodation expectations 100%. Javier was always attentive from before our arrival until our departure, Vicky's service was excellent and she was always attentive to any questions or whatever we needed. Definitely a highly recommended place and of course we would return.

Javier is an incredible host, he was always attentive and answered all my questions. The house is beautiful with large and spacious, clean rooms. The downtown area is very nice and perfect for walking. The house has an oxxo, pharmacies nearby for any emergency. We would definitely stay at Nereida's house again.

Javier's place is much better than he describes it. The place is amazing and very comfortable. Both the bedrooms and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The common areas are perfect for family living as they are very spacious and cozy. The decor of the house is great. We loved the pool. The place is very close to everything, close to restaurants, pharmacies, shopping centers and the esplanade. Its location is in a very safe and quiet area. What makes the stay much better is the service from Javier and Mrs. Vicky. They are excellent hosts, very friendly and respectful, they make you feel at home, which makes you enjoy all the amenities of the house even more. The special touch is provided by Mrs. Vicky with her delicious breakfasts!! We were delighted with everything!! Thank you very much Javier and Mrs. Vicky!!

Great home in Mazatlan, we had a great trip being so close to the downtown centro area. Javier was great in helping us plan our stay, check in and making recommendations. Vicky was at the home everyday ready to cook, clean, and pickup groceries for us which made it extra easy to spend our days at the beach and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. We really enjoyed Mazatlan and would come back to Javier’s place again.

This was the second time my family and myself have stayed at Javier’s home. It is a beautiful home in a great Historico location ! Great restaurants in the area, coffee shops, and close to the beach. We will be returning!!

Beautiful house, we hosted an intimate wedding in the backyard and stayed about a week. The area is peaceful, as is the house and Vicky, the housekeeper, was friendly. We had all the amenities that were needed, I really can’t think of anything that would have improved our stay. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable for large groups as everyone has their own private space, but we enjoyed the common areas such as the pool. The house is very conveniently located and in an area that seems to be quiet. He gave us the opportunity to check in early and to store our luggage at check-out

Javier and his team were great hosts and the place is awesome. There is enough space for my group to find time together in the large living room and outside patio, but also have their own time in their room and the connected outside spaces. One cannot say enough about the pool. My family spent most of the day lounging in the pool. There were plenty of towels for us staying at the house and our guests. I appreciate the openness of the internal circulation of the house (you can open the sliding glass doors to connect the pool patio and the living area) but also the privacy from neighbors. The location was great. We took Javier’s suggestion and took the short walk to the Malecon to watch the sunset, and enjoy a restaurant in the less touristy area of the city. We also enjoyed a meal in the historic plaza. The house is blocks away from two convenience stores where we were able to buy drinks and snacks for the house. My family and I will be going back.

Beautiful house to enjoy a few days with the family , perfect , comfortable and unique spaces with every detail , we had a wonderful time, they helped us with the location of good restaurants , the location is perfect , every year we visit Mazatlán and it was our best stay for the location , the spaces and amenities of the house , the kindness of the people who attended us, always pending what we needed !!!

Everything was excellent from when we got to the house until we left. The cleaning lady was always very friendly and respectful, and Ms. Linda also gave us good recommendations for places to visit.

Staying at Casa Nereida was magical! It felt more like staying at a nice hotel or resort with 5/6 of the rooms having on suite bathrooms and plenty of space. The pool is absolutely amazing! We had a group of 9 adults stay in 5 of the rooms and then hosted an intimate wedding party with 13 guests. The large table in the common area was perfect for a large dinner and the property is gorgeous with all the local plants, a mango tree (!), and flowers. Outside of Casa Nereida is an absolutely charming and quiet neighborhood. A quick walk to many restaurants, Plaza Machado, and Olas Altas. Waaaaay better (in my opinion) than anything in Zona Dorada. Vicky was also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely return!

Very nice, very clean, and excellent service

It far exceeded our expectations. It is an incredibly beautiful, super clean house with very comfortable bedrooms, which many of us look for. We loved the location, the delicate details in every corner of the house, and the service from Javier and Linda, the hosts, which was immediate and very friendly. Without diminishing this service, the service we received from Vicky every day was incredibly personalized and pleasant. She was very attentive to our needs and kept our spaces impeccable. Definitely highly recommended, and if life allows, we will return

Javier’s place was unique and definitely a beautiful place to stay! The house was very clean and he provided us with lots of supplies that makes you feel like you’re at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

Javier's home served as a great home base for our family of 10! Exactly as pictured - very clean, rooms were very spacious and had absolutely everything we could need for our 5 day stay. We loved the pool and indoor/outdoor living space. Javier and Linda were also very communicative and helpful leading up to our stay. Convenient location for exploring the historic center of Mazatlan and would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough! We had an amazing trip to Mazatlan and much of that had to do with Javier and Linda. Javier was a wonderful host and made sure all our needs were met. Linda was absolutely wonderful and was such a tremendous help to us. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout our trip and was always very responsive. The house was stunning and we can’t wait to return.

Javier's place was by far the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The pictures do not do it any justice! This place is beyond words! We could have easily stayed inside the whole time and we would have been fine with that! Javier, Linda, and Vicky were all so very nice and welcoming. We really could not have asked for a more perfect spot or hosts! Needless to say, when we come back to Mazatlan, this spot is the only place we will request!

This house is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, it’s walking distance from good restaurants, and the best part was having a cleaning lady which is so nice. The host are also great the respond quickly and make every effort to make your stay the best! Definitely recommend this property!

Love the house Javier was always very helpful I will definitely be back. Only issue I had was that the cleaning lady that came back from vacation on Monday morning she was always watching the outside cameras which I didn’t felt I had privacy. She question us why was this here why was this there. I saw it on the cameras that u guys had this here why?? Why??. But after all with Javier I had no issues at all? Clean and beautiful house

Javier and Linda were excellent hosts. Javier helped with the accommodation process of the 14 adult guests and 1 infant. Linda was very kind and explained the rules of the house and was even able to help at late night hours when we locked a door and couldn't open. Vicky was super friendly and gave great recommendations for sightseeing as well as providing any help we needed. Roberto, the night watch, made us feel comfortable and great to have conversations, felt like another member of the family.

Everything was great, the service from the hosts and the housekeeper, and all the facilities were very nice.

This house was absolutely wonderful as it had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel! The property is gorgeous, super clean, & air conditioned. The rooms were very spacious, private, and they each had their own bathroom. The property included a housekeeper who was very kind and attentive to our needs (we made sure to leave her a generous tip). Most of all, we really enjoyed the pool as it was well shaded and a great spot to stay cool during the hot days. We were able to walk to all the restaurants/bars/cafes in the neighborhood, & take daily strolls to the boardwalk to catch the sunset. All in all, our stay was delightful & we can wait to book this house again for future visits!

Casa Nereida is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. This home is fabulous, a 5 star stay! The entire home is very clean, beautifully decorated/designed and has everything you need. This magic retreat had a full time housekeeper, an excellent cook available upon request, and a night watch man so we all felt safe during our stay. The home has ample space for everyone in each room, premium hotel bedding/soaps, and a heated pool. Linda the manager gave us a wonderful welcoming reception. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help when we called her. Vicky the housekeeper was also helpful and an excellent cook. Javier, the host was helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. The location is majestic, the streets, sidewalks and trees are all lit up, so clean you felt as if you’re walking on a movie set. Everything is close by, walking distance to delicious restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach and great entertainment. Totally recommend Casa Nereida! I can’t wait to go back and will always stay there!

Absolutely beautiful home. Great touches, wonderfully designed, and right in the heart of everything. A quick walk to the beach, the centro historico, wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff is outstanding, and I would recommend hiring the Victoria to cook, she is masterful. The food was delicious. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be coming back.
