We loved the house, everything was clean, the sunset views were beautiful, we had a lot of fun in the pool and although the beach had a lot of stones, my children had a lot of fun playing in the sand. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Chad and Amy's Villa. The villa is right on the beach, literally a couple of steps from the ocean and the pools. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and the views from almost every room are amazing.

This tops the list for our best AirBnB experience yet! The place is fantastic—the pics don’t do justice! The beds were clean & super comfortable; all 4 bedrooms have beautiful, spacious bathrooms; the kitchen is great; the common spaces are roomy; the views are spectacular; & you cannot get any closer to the beach in all of PV! The pool is enormous & less than 20ft from the villa patio. The closest end of the pool has a large, shallow section perfect for kids or for lounging. There is a poolside bar with good drinks & food. We walked to the nearby Marina for a few meals & Uber’d into town (~20 min/<$10) for several meals. Highly recommend seafood at Tuna Azul! Chad & Amy were very responsive. At one point, the batteries in a remote for the AC unit died, & the caretaker, Norma, showed up with new batteries in about 40 minutes! So much to explore in PV, tons of excursion options in the ocean or jungle, or just relax at this amazing villa. Wish I could give more stars!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Place is big and better than in the pictures. Pool just a few steps from the patio. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Very safe. Very close to the beach. Amy was very helpful with local recommendations. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

We had the best week at Chad and Amy's villa! We were 7 adults and one toddler and had more than enough space. The villa was even more spacious than it looks in the photos. You can't beat the location - steps from the pool and beach with an unobstructed sunset view each night. It was well stocked and very clean. The complex itself was very well maintained and clean. We walked to the marina for restaurants and took Uber to the grocery store. The whole area felt very safe! Thank you for having us and we hope we can come back next year!

Chad & Amy's beachfront villa was amazing. We've been visiting the Bay View Grande for more than a decade, and this was, by far, our favourite place. We loved the location, appreciated the fine finishings of the villa, and were grateful for the easy communication. It was a bit of a splurge, but I can't wait to return!! Thanks Chad & Amy!!

Beautiful home, highly recommend. Has everything you need for a family vacation. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights and it was one of the best vacations ever. We used the BBQ, enjoyed our own private patio, had a beautiful view of the ocean, beach, pool, sunset. We all had our own bathroom with everything needed. Bedrooms were super clean and welcoming. This will be our go to vacation home every year in March! Thank you Amy for being so responsive and a wonderful host!

Perfect! Best location at the Bay View Grand. Excellent service. Had everything we could need. Walk right out at ground level to the pool and beach. Absolutely beautiful, gorgeous decor and furniture, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was truly perfect!!

Amy was an excellent host, very responsive and considerate. The property was in a perfect location with beautiful views and only steps from the beach and pools. We loved relaxing on the patio. The BVG property is also well maintained with large pools to enjoy. Restaurants are a relatively close walk to the Marina or you can get groceries from Walmart or Costco. Overall, an amazing time and we look forward to coming back.

it was a family trip, both the apartment and the location are the best. The house has what one needs to feel like our own house. Nothing is needed and everything is of excellent quality and works 100%. The kitchen is very well equipped and we really enjoy the stay and having the pool and the beach a few steps from the terrace and that ocean view, is what we were looking for. Incredible home for a large group. Perfect for families with kids. Huge bathrooms in every room. The spot is IDEAL! You are steps away from the shallow kids pool/tanning pool and steps away from the beach! NOTHING BEATS being outside in the common area while watching your kids in the pool or playing in the sand. We travelled with a baby and 2 young kids and didn’t have to pack up for the beach or pool EVER! They had a Bose for tunes and internet boosters in every room. The outdoor kitchen works and the spacious common areas were ideal for all 8 of us to feel together but have a ton of space to also have solo time when needed. The master is perfect for a couple and their baby because it has sliding doors to separate you and the pack and play (they had one there) We will be back!!

I can't say enough good things about this place and we are beyond happy that we came. Inside: it was even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The rooms were huge and we had plenty of space (and private bathrooms!) for the five of us. Outside: The back patio looks directly at, and is steps away from, a very nice beach. The pools (so many giant pools!) are just to the right as you go out the back door. I was a little concerned about privacy being on the ground floor, but it is off to the side of the complex, so there really wasn't much foot traffic going by the patio. The patio has a big table to eat at as you watch the ocean, and two comfortable loungers to relax in. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a sink and a portable grill (I would have preferred a full size grill, but it wasn't a big deal). From the patio you will see the most amazing sunsets, and the pools are practically deserted by 8 pm. I'm out of space. Recommended 1000%

Place was amazing and it’s even nicer than the pictures. Very well stocked with utensils and supplies. The view is beautiful and close to pool. Cannot think of one bad thing to say. Great overall experience

We had a wonderful stay here! The place is as advertised and we had no issues. This is a great place for families with kids because the kids pool is right outside and the beach is 50 feet away. The residents are mostly retirees so the crowd is mostly seniors with a few grand kids & some renters like us mixed in, but not many. The HOA has very strict rules here so make sure you read up on them. Security makes their rounds every 15-30 minutes & will enforce the rules, & in our case even some rules that are not posted on the sheet we received during check-in. We had an infraction for carrying our insulated cups in the pool. This was not listed as not allowed, only food but nevertheless we got dinged for it. Also, stay close to the lounge chair you're using, if you wander too far away from it while in the pool they will remove your items if they cannot find you. Thought I 'd share what we learned so you're prepared. The condo is beautiful! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for paradise, look no further! Beachfront with an expansive swimming pool directly to your right. The pictures on Air BnB honestly don't do this place justice. This location is ideal for families young and old.

How can I accurately describe this one of a kind Airbnb? We had the most phenomenal experience. With 7 adults and one child, we had more than enough space. From the beginning, Amy was responsive and helpful, even gave me her cell number. Upon arrival, it was absolutely spotless. It was the cleanest, most beautiful Airbnb I have ever been to! We were speechless. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt right at home in this well equipped unit. The pool is literally right outside the door-the window/doors open up to the grass and you can walk right over to the pool which is perfect for kids and down to the beach! The location couldn’t be better. It’s a ten minute Uber to the airport and marina. So many wonderful restaurants and things to do. We went on a fabulous boat tour by a company Amy recommended. I don’t know if I’ve ever said this about an Airbnb-but we will be back! I can’t wait to be there again. If you have any doubts, don’t doubt! You will not regret staying here.

Gorgeous condo in a phenomenal location. The unit has nice and new appliances, cookware and utensils. The ground floor unit right on the ocean and next to the pool is a perfect location.
