The house is quite lovely and lots of room for our group of 6 adults. Appreciated the peaceful safe location. Dana was very responsive throughout the booking and visit. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach within walking distance is just beautiful, and short drives to grocery stores, other beaches, and Cabo San Lucas for activities. For full disclosure, we had a few quirks with the house. The bedrooms on the one side of the house took 5-10 minutes to produce hot water for a shower. Not a big deal since you learned to plan for it. Another quirk was the bedroom across from the garage had a strange smell to some of us. Dana kindly had it checked out right away, and it mostly went away with the humidifier AC feature on, but for some sensitive noses in our party it was still detectable. The same bedroom does not have the best shower design with some water collecting behind the toilet due to floor pitch. Pros outweighed the quirks/cons.
