The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a perfect location close to the city centre, restaurants, and shops. It also had a beautiful view. Communication with the owner was excellent, as was our interaction with Melania, who welcomed us into the apartment and explained everything clearly. The only downside was that the upstairs neighbours were quite noisy, but that was simply bad luck. Overall, we had a great stay!

The apartment is great, spacious and clean. The private terrace offers stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The small pool offers a welcome refreshment from the sun. Questions always answered by the host and any issues dealt with promptly. Lots of bars and restaurants close to the apartment.

We had an idyllic stay at Belaqua! We had the third floor corner space so the view was fantastic! What a wonderful way to start the day...drinking coffee (generously provided by Luis!), watching the sun rise over the stunning turquoise water. We were so impressed by how clean the windows and patio railing was, allowing us to have the beautiful views! All of the necessities were provided, even beach towels and a filtered water dispenser! And having A/C was really nice but we liked to keep it off at night so we could hear the waves. Be sure to watch the sun set and the moon rise from the roof deck! What a fun space to relax in the water in the cooler evenings. We also enjoyed hanging out in the shared pool. We highly recommend staying at Belaqua! Our hosts Luis and Melania were super helpful. (And be sure to dine at Al Natural, which is a one-minute walk away!)

Truly amazing!!! This is definitely a gem of a place and owned/operated truly professionally. The place is top notch, from condo to location. The place is very very nice with all the amenities to relax but also explore the island. The place is spacious and rooms are really pretty with a full kitchen and comfortable living room, and I really liked because we had two tvs for all to enjoy. You step out of the patio to the pool which feels like private and hear the waves crashes on the boardwalk and then out the door to enjoy the food and good vibes of downtown. The beach is so close, Playa Norte is like less than 10 mins. What makes it even more special is the amazing owners/staff, they were extremely helpful at all times and so quick to respond, especially when I left some belongings and they made that extra effort to help me get them back. They recommended a beach club and we had a blast. Can’t wait to book with them again. Truly didn’t want to leave this paradise. You won’t regret it.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view

Not only was the condo amazing but the host was top notch! Everything was seamless! We utilized the host to help with round trip transportation from airport to rental and It made it so nice to not have to worry about anything! He gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants. Marina Bartolome was fantastic!! We ended up using a cab a few times instead of a golf cart and used Victor. Very knowledgeable about the area and even gave us a number to one of his friends who was a local to take our family out on a boat for some fishing, swimming with sea turtles and snorkeling for an amazing price! Look him up:) Great service as well! We are so fortunate to have found this space! We will be back!! Thank you for the memories!!

Luis was extremely responsive, friendly, and very helpful. Melania was also full of great local recommendations. The home is stunning! Beautiful views and clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very nice, super clean condo. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. Host was quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved the roof pool, the ocean view, and how close we were to restaurants, beaches, and activities. Luis helped us with transportation and local recommendations too! Will definitely be back.

Unbeatable spot! The views of the ocean, walkability, airport transfers, Zama beach club access, and shops/restaurants were exceptional perks. The space itself was clean and cozy. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and had wonderful recommendations.

Luis could not have been more accommodating. His partner met us when we checked in and explained where everything was and how to access everything we needed. Electricity can be a little temperamental on the island and we did struggle with that once but Luis was proactive and updated us every time he could. We also had a mishap on the way to the airport and missed our flight, so had to come a day later and he was extremely accommodating about this as well. You could not ask for better hosts and this was our best stay on the island so far. Can’t wait to return.

An absolutely outstanding stay! The place was beautiful and the view was simply incredible. Luis was the perfect host he was attentive, helpful and kind throughout the entire stay. He made sure everything went seamless. If you're looking for a stunning space with a host who truly cares, this is it. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The host was very responsive and helped set up transportation to and from the airport which was easy and convenient. Additionally, we loved our ocean view, walk out access to the pool, and how walkable everything was from the condo. Would recommend!
