We loved this house and had an amazing time with our family of 6. It was better than the pics and was a perfect location with everything we needed. Carla was very responsive to anything we needed and was easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure.

Casa Palmera was amazing! The rooftop pool was incredible with views of the ocean. The location was a phenomenal - right around the corner from the beach and steps away from amazing restaurants. The layout was ideal for our group (3 couples). It is unique in that it had the feel of a boutique hotel with 3 master suites with the common spaces being the roof top “living room” and kitchen right by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook simple meals and plenty of plates, bowls, cups etc. Jugs of fresh water were provided for drinking. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were lovely. Overall experience was amazing and we all can’t wait to be back!

This was our fourth stay at this property, and it continues to be a wonderful place to unwind. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the terraces, or taking the short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, everything felt easy and inviting. While the price was a bit higher than in past visits, the space, privacy, and unbeatable location make it a special place to return to. We soaked up all that San Pancho has to offer and loved having the flexibility to relax however we chose. Thank you for another great getaway!

This was a perfect place to share with friends. The three bedrooms are very private from one another and the communal hangout space on the top floor is perfectly set up with the pool and covered kitchen and dining area. With a keycode at the front door and separate room keys, we were free to come and go without having to worry about who had "the key." The spot is in an excellent spot for popping out to grab a coffee or snacks, as well as to head to the beach or find a restaurant — completely walkable. There was a building under construction right next door which was a loud operation at times, but it didn't bother us too much.

Check in was easy. The house was even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and the shower pressure was amazing with filtered shower heads. The beds were on the firm side and construction noise could be heard during the day. The location was perfect! One block to the beach and one block to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. We miss San Pancho already and can’t wait to come back! We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Palmera is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. You enter from the street into a private courtyard that has a garage and the owner's private residence. Next you climb the stairs to the 2nd floor which has the 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have in suite bathrooms and locked front doors off a common hallway. Then you continue up to the 3rd floor roof deck. On the way up, you pass a terrace that faces the street and an additional bathroom. The terrace has a comfortable sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. It's a great place to have coffee in the morning or a night cap while listening to live music drift up from main street. Finally you climb a few more steps to the stunning 3rd floor roof deck which has an outdoor kitchen, dining area and the pool. There is ongoing construction that you can see and hear two doors away but is was not a big problem. The town is growing fast! The pool was not heated but the host said a repair was in the works so ask if that is important to you.

This place is adorable with local charm. The convenience to town is great and around the corner from the beach including nightly sunsets! Pool and upstairs outdoor kitchen was great. The rooms are all individual entrance so you can have your space with teenagers - ha! We would recommend.

"The BEST Air BNB ever." Our crew has stayed at many Air BNBs and had great experiences across the globe, but we all greed this was THE BEST EVER. For our families the ability to cook in the outdoor kitchen while the kids played in the roof top pool made our vacation extra enjoyable for all. Location is EASY walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Lovely having fresh water provided for the kitchen. The cooler worked well for ice and we never felt a need for a larger refrigerator or freezer. Maria was fabulous at responding to all of our questions. Tropical wonderland for those looking for an authentic experience!

Had the most wonderful week at this beautiful Airbnb! We swam in the pool, watched and listened to the birds from the front deck and slept easy in the big, comfy king bed in the master bedroom. It is centrally located just a block from the beach and right in town. We brought our 9 month old and enjoyed all the space in the master for his travel crib and playtime. For families considering this spot, I'd say it's helpful to be aware of two things 1. the only common space is the pool area - a consideration for those with littles on the move. It wasn't an issue for us because our baby is small enough to be held most of the time but it would be tough for older kids. 2. there isn't a freezer, but the upstairs fridge gets VERY cold if you turn it to the full cold setting. 3. the rooms are very separate and set up to have the option to rent them separately as well. Carla was very communicative about the space characteristics but we decided to come anyway and are so glad we did!

This home is impossible to miss. The entire home is clean and well maintained in an excellent location to get straight to the beach, restaurants, and the square in a matter of moments. If there's anything going on in town, you're going to be a part of it. During the day you're moments away from everything, the ocean can be heard from the rooftop pool, with breezes off the ocean (the outdoor kitchen is great for snacks). At night, go up to the pool, leave the lights off, shut down, relax, and watch the stars. There are a hundred beaches in Mexico that are nicer than San Pancho. Come for the people. Be brave, go out of your comfort zone, and you will be richly rewarded. Support the locals, they're what makes the place so special. Casa Palmera is a great place for you to explore the town, the people, and the beauty of San Pancho.

Well, well, it was great!! The place was magical n every way. There’s one problem. It’s noisy at times during the day with the adjacent construction. Other than that, we loved our stay!!!!!!!!

Great place, Great location for downtown, food, and beach.

This house was the perfect spot for our family! I'd highly recommend to others, and would happily stay again. Including details specifically for families (family of 4, children aged 2 & 4). Finding a house in Mexico with railings safe for toddlers is a challenge, so the close railings along with a pool with a gated entry were top selling points for me. The home has a large wall with locked gate; bedrooms open to outside hallways each with their own door lockable from exterior. Bedrooms on 2nd floor, pool, kitchenette, lounge on 3rd. We felt comfortable putting our children each in their own bedroom. We brought baby monitors & sound machines from home (rooms each have curtains and while not blackout, my kids napped through construction without issue). We locked each bedroom at night for added peace of mind. Home has mini-fridges & kitchenette; great for light meal prep. We spent our days at the pool, which is a great size and heated! Great communication with owner & manager!

This place is fantastic, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Pancho. Close to everything, great pool, private and absolutely stunning. You hardly ever want to leave even with all the great stuff to do in the area!

This was pretty much perfect. Loved it.

This place is fantastic, beautiful, and literally a stone’s throw from the beach. It’s extremely walkable with dozens of restaurants and cafe’s nearby since it’s right in the heart of San Pancho. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and each has its own bathroom. Because there are separate entrances, it’s tougher if you have little kids who might need help or attention at night. It’s better for groups of adults or families with older kids. Also note that there is a fair amount of noise from the beach and town because it’s right in the heart of the town. The noisemakers provided helped!

The “Casa Narana” was fabulous for our group. We had two places rented but the rooftop pool and bar stole the show. Beautiful sunsets, amazing location, fabulous rental as good or better than the pictures or the description! I loved it so much I’m booking again for next year and a little Longer ! Carla the property manager and host for Lisa was amazing! *and yea there are stairs, you get your stair climber workout in but it’s worth it!! My new home away from Home if/when possible perfect for 3 people or 3 couples or a family needed 3 rooms/suites and a twin day bed if you have a little one

We just spent six nights at Lisa's place and it was perfect for our family to be together and celebrate my parents' 60th anniversary. The rooms are separated from each other, providing a nice amount of privacy, and we enjoyed gathering each day at the rooftop pool and deck, our favorite part of the house. Sitting out there at dusk and listening to the incredible birdsong was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. The house is spacious, well equipped and beautiful. As others have noted, there is some construction noise from a building going up next door, but the tradeoff - being just around the corner from the beach and a short walk to San Pancho's restaurants - was totally worth it. The location really can't be beat, and San Pancho is pleasantly quiet at night. Carla was super responsive throughout the process, meeting us when we arrived and checking to see how things were going. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Lisa'a place and would love to return.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place! Her home is absolutely beautiful and could not be more centrally located in town. She was responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. I would love to come back to San Pancho in the future and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa‘s place. She and Carla were extremely attentive to any need we had although we really didn’t need much during our stay. We had our two young children with us, and they made special accommodations for us to make the stay more fun for them too. San Pancho is a lovely little town and Lisa’s place is right in the thick of it. We loved how close it was to the beach and to the center of town. We will definitely stay here again.

If you’re considering booking Lisa’s place, do it! It was exactly as described and a great jumping off point for all of our activities in and around San Pancho. We also enjoyed a few lazy days at the pool, and all kinds of good options were in a quick distance Carla was fantastic and responsive, answering all of our questions and also arranging a driver to/from the airport. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful gem of a place and fantastic hosts! We traveled with our family of four (2 kids) and two grandparents. The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, and is in a fantastic location, easily walkable to everything San Pancho has to offer. The rooftop pool and open kitchen and seating areas were great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Carla was friendly and extremely responsive to any of our needs and questions and was there to meet us on arrival and when we left. You could hear a lot of hustle and bustle including live music at night, and some spicy roosters and occasional construction during the day, but it always quieted down by 10-11pm and is to be expected when staying in the center of town. Plus the music was great and we liked listening from the rooftop as we enjoyed a beer! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa's place. We traveled with our family of four and two grandmothers. My husband and I and our two small boys slept in the largest room and the grandmas each had their own room and bathroom. Lisa was willing to accomodate the arrangement by providing a blow up mattress for the boys to sleep on. It worked out perfect and everyone had enough space and privacy. The upstairs pool and kitchen was great. We spent hours enjoying the pool and lounging in the sun. The location is wonderful for easy access to the beach and town although anticipate noise in the evening from local restaurants and bars playing music. There was also construction happening next door which was occasionally noisy. Communication with Lisa and especially Carla the property manager was easy and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with our teenage daughters! The rooms all have their own private entrances with bathrooms on the second floor. Pool and kitchen are on the roof which was heavenly. The pool gets sun all day which is very rare in our experience in Sayulita/San Pancho. Carla was very responsive and met us at the door when we arrived. Being in the heart of town, it is noisy at night but always quieted down by 10:30pm. We loved being a block from the beach and restaurants. We would definitely book this house again!

Lisa’s place was a lovely place to stay in San Pancho. The private rooms and bathrooms were a plus since we traveled with friends. The pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect for gathering with our friends and people watching on the street below. The location was a little noisy, most nights multiple live bands were playing at the bars below, but ended by 10pm-ish. The beach was lovely and just right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s beautiful house in San Pancho. The location was great, steps to the shops and restaurants on the main drag. There are a lot of stairs at the house so not a great choice for anyone with disability issues. Thanks to Carla, the property manager for all her help and Lisa, the gracious owner. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in San Pancho! The set up of the house was perfect with private bedrooms and the rooftop kitchen and pool area was essentially our living room. We loved it!

Lisa’s place was amazing! This was our 6th time in San Pancho and this house topped all the others! You are in the action but I’m your own private oasis. Close to everything! We traveled with another family and we had all the privacy we needed and the best gathering space ever! The rooftop pool makes this place so special!

We just returned from spending 12 nights in Casa Palmera. What an amazingly beautiful house. We were three couples and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It would also be ideal for a larger family. Three separate rooms beautifully decorated with private bath and fridge. The rooftop pool and kitchen were our hangout space. We loved it. Only about two blocks from the beach. We’re hoping to stay here again next year. The owner Lisa and manager Carla were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Stay at Casa Palmera. You will not be disappointed.

Location, location, location. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops, but found myself not wanting to leave the top deck pool, dinning, and porch area. This place is perfect for a group but loved it just with my wife.

Very good location, central. We do not use the car at all. The rooms are very comfortable and the night sky is perfect from the terrace at night, the pool temperature is very nice.

The location is second to none - 1 min from the beach and from downtown San Pancho. The host was also lovely, Carla took care of everything we needed right away. I am visiting from Europe with my 4 children. The house is tasteful and very well located in the center The rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The kitchen well equipped Lisa is an amazing host and accommodated all our needs I highly recommend this place

Just perfect. Casa Palmeras is ideal for a group trip with three distinct suites and a shared kitchen/pool deck. Everyone gets their own private space and the communal space is upstairs. We spent HOURS lounging, cooking, floating in the pool, then simply pop downstairs for coffee, all the restaurant and night life, a two minute walk to the consistently amazing San Pancho sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are super comfy, and the whole place is immaculately clean. To top it off, Lisa is an incredible and kind host with a great knowledge of the area and always ready to share a recommendation. The house is located dead set in the center of the most lively part of town, so expect music and revelry well into the night in the high season, but we didn't suffer or lose sleep over it. Can't wait to come back!

We have been coming to San Pancho for years. Our last two trips we stayed at Casa Palmera -- and look forward to doing so again. The location is the best in San Pancho, the communication with Lisa was easy, and the check-in was a breeze. Best of all, you have a rooftop pool to yourself, a view of the ocean, and if you like bird life, you'll be able to sit for hours and watch the view from the trees. Seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle? This is the place!

This is a fantastic property & a perfect location in the heart of San Pancho. The house is large & beautiful. Each room is comfortable, well appointed & self contained for each guest to have everything they need. The rooftop pool & kitchen area were perfect for enjoying the afternoons & after dinner nightcaps listening to the local live music. Directly across the street you have the best coffee in downtown & one of the most popular breakfast spots in the whole town: KOKONATI. To the right of them a multi restaurant space with some of everything, a great bar & live music. You are about a block from the beach & the heart of downtown with it’s amazing boutiques & restaurants. Highly recommend!
