The house is fully satisfactory, the rooms are super nice and clean, as is the entire house. The pool is very warm and clean. The service is super good and they are always ready to respond and cooperate. You just have to keep in mind that the entrance to the house area is ugly and dangerous, with the risk of getting stuck, but once inside, the service and facilities are excellent.

Regarding access, we would like to clarify for future guests that the last stretch of the road is a dirt road, since the property is located in a wooded area of Valle de Bravo. This road is public and its maintenance is the responsibility of the municipality, so it is beyond our control. It is precisely this location that offers the privacy, tranquility and natural environment that those who visit us are looking for. Even so, we understand that this type of access may not be to everyone's liking, and we appreciate the feedback, as it allows us to better inform our future guests. Regarding the truthfulness section, we understand the confusion. At that time, there was an unintentional error in the photo gallery, as a picture of a bedroom appeared duplicated, which could give the impression that there was a fifth bedroom. However, both the description and the capacity of the accommodation always correctly indicated that the property has 4 bedrooms. We appreciate you pointing this out to us, as it allowed us to correct that detail immediately to avoid future confusion. The house is truly beautiful, and it has all the amenities included. The welcome and service provided by the cleaning lady were excellent. Just as a suggestion, they should include the cost of her service in the rent and make it clear that the house rent includes cleaning.

Very nice house, but the cost is very high because everything is charged separately and if you don't read the instructions well you will be surprised by the extra cost.

Hi José, yes, it is important to read well before renting. You rented, and you said that there were 8 people and at the last minute you arrived with 14. Also, yes, you paid extra, but why did you cover the damage to the pool table and the living room? Likewise, the horses are not included either, they are separate. I don't do that, I just do them the favor to try to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. Best regards!

Eduardo's house is amazing, it has everything to go in and not leave the whole stay, you have to go quite a few days to be able to take advantage of all the areas of the house and the attention of the hosts and the lady who does the cleaning is excellent. We really liked it and we definitely want to come back.

The house is perfect for resting and in Avandaro there are many activities if you want to go out. It has various kitchen utensils, which makes it much easier to prepare things at home. It has a covered barbecue and an outdoor one. If it rains, you can follow the barbecue plan. The cleaning service is good and Rosa helps a lot with whatever you need in the house. There is a supermarket nearby in case you need to buy something Against: If it rains and the power goes out, the pool cannot be heated. I highly recommend it, just order as it says in the publication, at least two days in advance the weather in the pool. The app hosts respond very quickly to any questions or issues you may have.

Everything was very good, we had a great time. I love clean and tidy places and this is one of them. Rosa is very diligent and solves everything you ask of her. It was a very pleasant stay!

The house is very nice, comfortable and the indoor pool is even more enjoyable. Mrs. Rosa is very helpful, she allows you to have a more restful stay. In 13 minutes you reach the shopping area where you can find everything.
