We had a wonderful trip with our daughter and 7 yr old autistic granddaughter. Her first trip ever on a plane to see the ocean and her delight in the house, her bedroom, all the bathrooms, the swing and the POOL was a joy to see. It was a 3 person effort to clean up after her but we did our best. The people in town were Soo nice to her and us, we were in the pool constantly and delta learned to swim! We loved the kitchen, very well stocked and the lovely products in the bathrooms. Also very much appreciated the restaurant recommendations, spot on. We ventured down to Cerritos for beach swimming, I’d advise going to the beach club unlike us who stopped at the first parking lot where you get hustled by local characters who insist they gave to be paid to allow you entry. Small blip, we loved everything else.

My wife and I booked Penny-Jo’s place for our anniversary weekend. Everything was great about the house and location. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

The house, pool and grounds were all amazing!! The neighborhood was quiet, and it was an easy walk to the beach. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! My friends and I all had an unforgettable trip!

Casa Deseo was nothing short of incredible for a summer getaway with a 10 year old and 1 year old. The spacious location and great pool allowed us to put the baby to bed and hang out comfortably in the pool or upper balconies with the baby monitor. The actual site is probably better than the photos - the pool and landscaping is incredible and peaceful and we felt very secure with the gated property. The beach nearby although not for swimming, was great for a walk and watching the (HUGE!) waves. The property manager was amazing and I appreciate there wasn’t a literal list of requirements at check out - just the basics. We are already planning our trip back!

The ultimate vision for our stay in Todos Santos was a nice, clean, quiet space with a pool that had views of the ocean and the mountains and was walkable to the beach and also close to town, and Casa Deseo provided all of that at a reasonable price. Penny, our host, has been helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend. Casa Deseo will be the first place we check next time we plan a visit to Todos Santos!

What a fabulous air bnb right on the coast of Baja California. This house and property were the perfect getaway just a 10 minute drive from downtown Todos Santos. Would absolutely stay again.

Casa Deseo is one of our all time favorite AirBnbs (and we have stayed at a LOT of AirBnbs!) The house is on a quiet dead-end road. The space is impeccably landscaped -- with ample shade and peaceful places to sit, read, and relax by the pool. We were all obsessed with the gorgeous (and big, heated!) pool, and the palapa upstairs was breezy and beautiful. I particularly loved the swinging couch. Everything was well stocked and communication was great. We had an amazing time and would love to return some day!

Everything about the house was absolutely perfect for us. It is very private, quiet and secure. Penny was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Highly recommended!

Our family visited Todos Santos for a partial week in February. These accommodations were perfect for our crew - a couple with two teens and grandma. Having three separate sleeping spaces with bathrooms, plus so much lovely outdoor space was ideal. We loved the extra lounge on the second-floor patio and the rooftop views. It was secure and had all the amenities we were looking for except a clothes washer and dishwasher. We loved walking on the beach near the house, and the whales gave us a show every day! The house is a 10-minute drive from town and about a 20-minute drive from a swimming/surfing beach. The pool was wonderful for the afternoons! Thank you, Casa Deseo!

Casa Deseo is a gem! The house is just as pictured -- very well appointed, comfortable, beautifully landscaped, and fully equipped with everything needed for a fun stay: pool amenities, beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, and loads of games. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk, the heart of Todos Santos is about a five-minute drive, and sunset is memorable on the rooftop deck. Penny-Jo and her property manager Diego offered extremely helpful suggestions for beach activities and restaurants and the market, and Penny-Jo even arranged private massages for us on Casa DeSeo's palapa. Fabulous! We hope to visit again one day, and we'll definitely be recommending this special home to friends visiting Todos Santos!

We loved our time at Penny-Jo’s house in Todos Santos. The property feels like your own oasis (it’s a gated private compound) and it’s maintained very well. The house itself and all of the decor is very modern, but still Baja chic, and the house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed that it had a heated saltwater pool, great appliances (including a Vitamix blender), and just beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxing, including a rooftop patio perfect for watching the sunset and seeing whales. It’s a close walk to the beach and a short drive to town. We would absolutely rent this airbnb again!

Our time in Todos Santos at Penny-Jo’s place was amazing! We loved swimming in the pool and watching wildlife from the balcony. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for a three night stay. The road to get there is a little bumpy. I’d recommend an SUV if you can get one. But our VW Jetta did fine.

The home was exactly what we were looking for. The alkine pool was very enjoyable and relaxing. The home was very well stocked and very spacious. Coffee and cold beverages were certainly a bonus. We would love to return one day. Thanks for a great private retreat!

very smooth check in,. loved that she was responsive as well as the local host. at first I was disappointed that we didn't have a tv, however that turned out to be a blessing as we played the table games that they had and it was better than any TV show.

We had a great stay at Casa Deseo for our second time in Todos Santos. The house is ideal- well-equipped kitchen, spacious saltwater pool (with shade), deck for ocean sunset views, covered porch for in-house massages, beach chairs and umbrellas, comfortable bed, and good vibes! You can feel that the home is a an actual home (not just a short term rental) and is well-loved. Communication with the host and local property manager was great. We’d definitely book again.

This is a magical and peaceful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and truly felt like a getaway. Our family could have stayed longer - 3 nights wasn’t enough! Penny-Jo, Kristina, and their entire team of on-the-ground support were super helpful and communicative with any questions or needs we had. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Todos Santos, and hope to return one day!

Absolutely stunning home. A slice of paradise in an oasis of palm trees. Having a rental car is a must to get around. Our kids loved playing in the gorgeous pool for hours. Would love to go back one day.

Such a beautiful home, in an amazing town! We loved our morning walks along the beach and relaxing in the pool during the heat of the day. Had fun checking out Todos Santos and the local food. We loved our vacation and will be back for sure!

Lovely home. Clean. Well built. Stocked kitchen (+gas stove). The pool was awesome. Cool rooftop area for sunsets. Close to todos Santos. Walk to the beach.

What. A. Treat. Group of 6 old friends decided to meet up in Mexico and wanted to share a beautiful space- this was ideal and beyond our expectations! Beach access is easy, incredibly responsive host, and the home made us feel spoiled rotten with private spaces, bars and views for miles. Only downside, was that we didn’t allocate more time to spend here! Will be back!

Penny’s place is a fantastic oasis that feels quiet and removed but at the same time only a short drive from all the fantastic places to eat and things to do in and around todos santos.

I really cannot say enough good things about our amazing stay at this beautiful home in Todos Santos. it is such a pleasure to arrive at a place that not just matches but exceeds both the photos and your expectations. the pool was fantastic the home was exceptionally appointed spotless and comfortable and our family had an extraordinary stay in this magical and beautiful town in Baja.

The home was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was an easy walk to the beach. Great kitchen and outdoor grilling space. Casa Deseo is a perfect place to relax with family or friends. The accommodation was amazing, it is fully equipped, the pool is at the perfect temperature for the cold weather and there are many rest areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at Penny-Jo‘s place. It looked exactly like on the pictures. It even exceeded our expectations with great selection of kitchen equipment, towels as well as umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The pool and garden area are well maintained. We didn’t miss a thing! Communication was superb, with Penny-Jo as well as Diego. Very responsive, helpful and supportive. Exactly what you wish for, when thinking about a literal super host. It’s approx a 5 min drive to the next supermarket (walkable distance) and a 10 min drive to the center and not ideal for walking, but with the car it was perfect. As an FYI: the close by beach is not ideal for swimming.

Awesome, central place!

We loved Casa Deseo! Beautiful home inside and out. With our family of six, it was wonderful to have so many places -- both inside and out -- to find solitude if needed, relax, read a book, or be together as a family. The home truly has it all! The location is fantastic -- very close to the beach and also close to town so both of best worlds! I might amend the 'walk to beach time' from 3 mins to more like 5-6 mins just to set expectations :) Still FANTASTIC! The kitchen and grill were so much fun for our family, loved the outdoor dining area and the pool was used daily. Penny Jo is super responsive, and Diego met us at the home right when we got to Todos Santos, no waiting around - it was so seamless!! Overall, we definitely would plan to come back to Casa Deseo!

Casa Deseo was a fantastic place to stay for our trip to Todos Santos. The property is truly a sanctuary; very private, with beautiful gardens, a lovely salt water pool, and such a quick walk to the beach! The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the amenities. Diego, the property manager, took great care of us during our stay. We appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, galleries, and shopping in Todos Santos! We will definitely be returning to Casa Deseo for our next trip to Baja!

We had the best time at Casa Deseo! If you have teens or younger kiddos, this the place to stay in Todos Santos. The open floor plan in the kitchen/living room was great to host our family as we could enjoy making meals together and converse at the same time. Everything is fully stocked with your basic necessities and even came with a high chair. Casa Deseo has plenty of spaces to hang out from the roof top, middle deck, courtyard, patio and pool area. We found this helpful because everyone had a place to hang out if they wanted alone time or to quietly relax. The hosts have put together an amazing book with local recommendations that we found to be helpful especially for restaurants. Todos Santos is a great place to visit if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of outdoor activities! We also made a trip La Paz and stayed at Tecolote Beach (next to Balandra & is free to visit) for the day and got to rent Jet Skis! Thank you Penny, Kristina & Diego for being great hosts :)

A beautiful new house close to town with a lovely beach to walk on. Penny Jo was very helpful and communicative. The house was well appointed and perfect for a family retreat . We highly recommended this property.

We made a good choice to choose this house in Todos Santos, we felt very comfortable since our expectations were met, especially that coordination by Diego and Eduardo since thanks to him we had the opportunity to rent a car. Casa Deseo is a very quiet place, suitable with everything you need to enjoy a few days in BCS, you can move towards La Paz or Los Cabos located in the magical Pueblo de Todos Santos. We loved this trip, we hope to come back soon:)

Great place, great stay! We loved it.

Penny-Jo's home was a beautiful destination for our family's vacation in Todos Santos. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everyone slept great with the fans and AC even though it was a hot week. The living spaces are modern and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed hanging out inside and on the two different levels with ocean views. We spent a ton of time in the heated pool and really appreciated the large Baja shelf for our two toddlers to play safely. The other awesome thing about the house is that the water is all filtered, which made it easy to stay hydrated safely in the heat. You definitely need an SUV for some of the dirt roads (which is standard around TS) but the house is located close to town and lots of our favorite spots in the area. We had a tiny bit of trouble finding it initially but Diego was super helpful and we got settled in quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and Penny-Jo and Diego were wonderful hosts. We absolutely want to come back again!

This a 3rd visit to the Todos Santos area. The 4-wheel drive Jeep in addition to this home was perfect. Penny-Jo's recommendation for Cactus Auto rental was spot on. A great private home base from which to explore private beaches and nice restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay with our 3-year-old and friends! I'm big on clean open spaces and felt right at home with the tidy and warm atmosphere. The pool area is one of the best features! The wide shallow area of the pool was great for a toddler and us when we wanted to relax in the water. The home is also fully equipped with great beach accessories for day trips and Penny + Diego (house manager) was always available to help with any questions or concerns. Another feature is the wonderful evening ambiance at night and the incredible sunsets from the second level and roof! We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway in Todos Santos.

We had the pleasure of spending 3 wonderful weeks at Penny-Jo's house. The house is very tastefully decorated, and it has everything you need. The garden and pool are very, very well maintained. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. A few minutes by car to Todos Santos, which has many good restaurants. We were lucky that the neighboring houses were mostly unoccupied, so it was very quiet. Communication with Penny-Jo and Diego on site worked out great. We would gladly come back.

Nice location! We were able to walk to the beach, have a private yoga class, a massage, fished, biked, surfed, shopped, and relaxed! We enjoyed playing the available games and spending time cooking in the kitchen and the BBQ! Just a side note for families- laundry is not available on the property but there is a laundry service near by that was very affordable (2 day turn around time). Another piece of info is the 3rd bedroom is not located inside the home but is located via a separate staircase outside. While it worked for us, it may not be ideal for families with younger children (or plan on using the two bedrooms in the main home). It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you to everyone!

Absolutely perfect retreat for 3 couples (family or not) with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for cooking, eating, swimming, and lounging, while three good bedrooms with private bathrooms provide privacy for each couple. The outdoor areas have a good balance of light and shade. You feel like you're in a private place, yet the modern complex is in a developed area close to the beach but not far from town. The unexpected highlights were the views from all the upper areas and the blissful sounds of rustling mature palms and the crashing waves that sound closer than they are!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a work retreat. Great reliable internet, a nice pool, private area. Highly recommended and communication was excellent. Diego was available if we needed him and Penny was available as well! We will be back!

Diego was very welcoming, showing us around and even leaving a cold beer in the fridge – a nice touch! The pool was a highlight – perfect temperature and clean. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the stunning views from upstairs and the rooftop. The house was super clean with a fully functional kitchen, great for families.
