The apartment is in a 24 hour secured building in the walled historic center. It was spacious and had all the essential amenities. It is located across the street from San Fernandez plaza and surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops and markets. The roof top pools and veranda were an ideal respite from outings each day. This is a great place to stay and experience the food, culture and people of Cartegena. The host responded promptly and the doormen were all helpful and courteous. It provides a safe, comfortable retreat in a unique, colorful and magical city.

Apartment was wonderful, we stayed there for our wedding and everything was perfect. Andres and Marelbis was wonderful did a great job taking care of us. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone I know.

The apartment was in central location within the walled city. He apartment itself was clean, modern and very spacious. It was never more than a 10-15 min walk to any of the restaurants or bars we visited. Check in was super easy and the security/front desk staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was comfortable and well-appointed, with each bedroom having its own bathroom—such a great convenience for families. The building itself is secure with a doorman, which gave us peace of mind, and the amenities were excellent. The location couldn’t be better—centrally located in the walled city and within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The building is modern, nice, and very comfortable, making it a great place to come back to after a day out in Cartagena. The host was very responsive and detailed, which made the whole stay smooth and easy. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

This is a great location. The home is not as big as it looks in the pictures and the pool is more like a hot tub size. Having said that it is a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The maid cooked us some fantastic Colombian food that we loved!!

The perfect spot for your Cartagena trip, great location easy to walk to just about everything. It’s an apartment complex with a doorman so someone is there at all times. We felt very safe. The BEST restaurants are in this area. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our host Alvaro was super nice and accommodating. We loved staying here.

I had a great stay! The place was just as described clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the historic center, so I could easily walk everywhere. Everything went smoothly, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, super clean & safe. Friendly doormen. The roof terrace is beautiful but the jacuzzi tubs were just warm without jets. The swimming pool in the courtyard is inviting and peaceful. Thanks for having us.

I had a great stay! The location of this place is truly unbeatable. It made getting around so easy and really enhanced the whole trip. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and I loved being able to explore so much on foot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located stay!

Room was not ready at check in, not a big deal but wasn't comfortable leaving luggage alone while they cleaned that first day. Front entry was not obvious and even the taxi driver couldn't locate it--would be nice to have a pic of where to go and where the doorbell is. Home was great. I would recommend more cooking utensils (especially knives). Please let guests know that only bodywash/soap is provided so we can plan accordingly. Also, a note for where the cutlery is located would be great. The house was fantastic and we appreciate each room having its own bathroom. The location is ideal and easy to get around.

We had a wonderful stay. From the day we made the reservation to the day we checked out, we communicated clearly with the hosts and had nothing but great things to say about the management staff, as well as the on premise staff. Having J there to help us with a delicious breakfast every morning was the perfect way to start the day. The location is perfect and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place right where you want to stay.

Alvaro and the topspot team are one of a kind. Check in was seamless, the front staff are very professional. We chose to get a maid for certain days and she was amazing. Left the house clean, cooked great breakfast and got all our groceries for those days. This airbnb is located amazingly. We walked everywhere and only had to take a couple of ubers throughout our stay. We are looking forward to coming back and staying here the next time. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay and experience Cartagena.

Nice place, very comfortable, and well equipped kitchen… A really good building, with clean and relaxing pools… Very safe, close to everything, even supermarkets… The front park, compliments the whole experience in Cartagena! We will consider booking this place on our next trip to Cartagena!

We loved our stay. There was so much to do in the area. The security was on point and had no issues with random people coming to the airbnb, it was really safe. The security helped with recommendations and were awesome. We used a driving service that the host recommended and we loved them. Kept us safe and were always on time for pick up and drop offs. The airbnb was bigger than we expected. Comfortable beds, cleans bathrooms (4), and the living area and kitchen are a decent size with big windows to let in sunlight. The rooftop was beautiful with the views. Overall great experience to bring in my 30th birthday. Greatly appreciate it and will be booking again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We loved spending a time at the pool and on the rooftop, and the house was well appointed and very clean. You can't beat the location if you want to experience the charm of the walled part of Cartagena. Having one bedroom on the main floor and two upstairs was perfect for our family. The beds are very firm, but comfortable. Good wifi too. This was our first trip to Colombia and everything felt very manageable and very safe.

We were a family of seven and this property was perfect for us. Please note that the price is for six people and there is an added fee for each extra guest, up to eight guests. Very friendly and responsive host! They have a recommended maid for an extra fee. Juliet was great, and she cooked us some delicious local food 😋 Shout out to the 24h front desk personnel - they were always very helpful, friendly and efficient!

This was a great stay for my group of 4. The check in process was easy , we just didn’t feel comfortable of our personal information being taken on cell phones. Without reassurance that this would be deleted . The property itself was well kept. Only complaint is there are no full size mirrors in the whole apartment. Such a bummer! The check out was smooth. We felt safe during our stay, security was always at the desk . Neighborhood was convenient and close to all great restaurants! We would def stay again .

I came to Cartagena with my mom, sister, and soon to be mother in law for a wedding planning trip and this apartment was perfect! It is in a great location and the space looks just like the pictures in real life. There is 24/7 security which made us feel super safe and there were no issues at all. The space was clean, the A/C worked great, and it felt like a luxury stay. I would recommend this to anyone!

The air bnb was located in the walled city and very accessible to everything. The host was very responsive and security was excellent. The housekeeper purchased groceries but never cooked them, didn’t make the beds and didn’t wash our towels or pillowcases and we were there for 6 days. Some of the things in the air bnb were broken (small light fixtures) and stains on the doors upon arrival but overall it was a nice stay.

This place is wonderfully well located and very spacious. The decor is very beautiful and the apartment is perfectly equipped. The bedding is ultra comfortable and the cleaning is done regularly. The apartment is located in an ultra-secure residence with a permanent caretaker, a swimming pool on the ground floor and a superb rooftop with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and two hot tubs. In short, it is really the ideal place to stay in Carthagene and I will be happy to come back. I recommend it 100%!

The apartment is great, very clean. It is located very close to the city center yet a few blocks away the more noisy bars. There is security at the building entrance and so we felt extremely safe.

This is a great find in a top location in Historic Cartagena…. I needed a place for my family to stay and this was the perfect place. Owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

The location was great in the walled city! Was easy to get around to nearby shops and restaurants. They had a maid who helped us to do groceries and cleaning up. Only comment is that I thought the pool was a bit small but despite that we were able to use it sometimes when the weather was permitting. Overall had a great birthday there with my friends! Perfect spot for a group get away!

This was a fantastic place to stay! It was beautiful and the private entrance with 24/7 security made us feel very safe. It is in the center of the city and walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot. This place came with a housekeeper and Catalina was amazing! She cooked for us and kept the place clean. She was truly so so helpful! The rooftop pool was also a great amenity since it is so hot in Cartagena. Truly a great, clean place!

Beautiful home. Clean, modern, perfect location, secure. Only issue we had was the construction happening near the place so we woke up to a drill and saw every morning. Pools are shared by all the units. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay with 3 bedrooms. Very accommodating host and the front desk staff / security were extremely helpful and kind. My wife and I stayed with my toddler son and my elderly mother-in-law and this place was a perfect fit for a multi-generational family like ours. I would stay here again. The location is excellent and you can easily walk all over the walled city and even walk to Getsemani with ease.

My friends and I are very new to Colombia and nervous to visit. The checkin process was smooth as butter. We all felt safe and everyone there was extremely nice. The maid was AMAZING and super nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to those who don’t really speak Spanish.

This is a great apartment with an excellent location in the old city. The staff in the building were very friendly and helpful and the roof has a beautiful view. It was great having pools in the building to cool off on hot days. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet and communication with the host was excellent. We'd certainly stay here again next time we're in Cartagena.

Great spot close to a lot of things, can walk out and find bars, restaurants, nightlife nearby. Jacuzzi on rooftop was great with nice views. Group of 4 and we were comfortable. Nice having washer/dryer in the unit. Host was great we had an issue with one of the ACs and they came out the next day to fix it. Would come back here, great place!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for 4 girls for 3 nights for my birthday. The apt is gorgeous - having 4 full bathrooms is amazing! The balcony is stunning & loved the added security of the lobby. It felt so safe & the lobby attendants were wonderful, as was Juliet, the housekeeper. The rooftop pools were incredible & we used them daily. Hosts were fantastic & responsive. Finally, the location truly cannot be beat - easily walkable to everything. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing stay and will look to stay here again when we are in Cartagena next! Our maid and cook Catalina really made us feel like we were at home and we were treated so well the entire stay. The location is also excellent and right in the center of town and easy to walk anywhere.

Area was very walkable and attractive to be in and we loved that there was security in the lobby 24 hours. Made us feel safe. We even left the luggage with them for a few hours after we checked out. They are very friendly! Host was very responsive as well. Comfortable for a family of 5!

Location, location, location! If you’re looking to enjoy the nightlife and visit wonderful restaurants without the hassle of calling a cab, this location is for you! EVERYTHING was walking distance. I loved it and knew this was the place for me while I celebrated my birthday for the weekend. The rooftop pool area was also clutch for tanning and lounging. The kitchen needed more/updated utensils. But we barely used the kitchen, we spent most of our time enjoying the walled city. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone staying in Cartagena!

Group Trip - I would stay here again. The house looked just like it was advertised. The rooftop was beautiful and peaceful. The host was super fast at responding and provided great recommendations. Catalina, the house manager, was amazing! She was full of smiles, friendly and professional. She made us a delicious breakfast spread with the best pancakes a few days out of our trip. The 24hr security were attentive and helpful. The made all of us feel safe. The area is perfect! Grocery, money exchange, mall, restaurants, bars and historical monuments all within walking distance, but there are also taxi’s and horse carriages readily available. Overall, we had an amazing time staying here. Cons that didn’t ruin our trip:Towels are old and hard..They don’t provide face cloths. A leak in the ceiling at the entrance. We kept a towel on the floor to keep from slipping. Upstairs bedroom AC unit needs repair. There was a bottle in it to keep the vent open. Again, this didn’t ruin our trip.

The Airbnb was in a beautiful neighborhood equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Easy to locate, walkable in the beautiful Walled City. We felt very safe with the door attendant always on duty. The pool was lovely, and the rental was very spacious!

The property was spacious and modern. The central air was perfect and extremely necessary! This city is unbelievably hot!! Almost impossible to be outside. Catalina made us delicious breakfasts every morning. Plenty of hot water. Nights were quiet. The only minor problem was the washing machine spin cycle didn't work.Clothes came out dripping. Highly recommend this property!
