Very nice house with all the amenities and more than basic utensils for a pleasant stay. To use the pool, it was not necessary to use a water heater since it has a very good temperature. For large groups, he created a more serious shower, which was very useful. Great service and helpfulness from the hosts.

Everything is great, especially if you're traveling with family and dogs. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a great weekend. They were always in touch with me to make sure everything was going well. In front of the house, there is a very nice place to have breakfast/lunch, and right there, you can rent a sailboat at a very good price (much more affordable than what they charge you at the pier). My recommendation is to arrive early and rent it directly.

We had a very pleasant weekend at Mario's house. Due to the time of year (January - winter) we had to use the boiler to heat the pool and it worked perfectly to keep the water at about 34 degrees during the stay... yes, you have to ask for it in advance since it takes 8 hours to heat the pool (it is the normal time for the type of equipment). Mario was always attentive to questions and comments and the response time was always very timely. The house has all the amenities advertised, it is a few meters from the jetty to be able to rent a boat or a sailboat. The garden and outdoor area is very nice to be with the family.

Cute and cozy place. Good accessibility to the activities you can do in Valle. The amenities of the house allowed us to spend a nice evening outside and inside the house. We didn't enjoy the pool much because of the weather, but in hot seasons I imagine it's nice. Cleanliness, everything was good.

The truth is that we all enjoyed the stay at Mario's house a lot, since it gave us a lot of peace of mind. We left the stress of work behind. Everything was excellent in the stay of the Weekend. I had an inconvenience with my phone so I could not answer the messages and we were unable to arrive at the agreed time to go to receive the house; and Mr. Mario very empathic understood the situation and they gave us the house after the agreed time. She was always available for us. The house is very comfortable with the rooms and beds advertised. The pool water was warm even though it was cloudy and rainy. Highly recommended to stay at Mario's house.
